3. The icon control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reading operation includes one or more of a single click, a double click, a triple click, and a long press.
4. The icon control method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the predetermined action is an execution action included in the first program.
5. An icon control system based on an intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising a hiding unit and a starting unit; the hiding unit is used for hiding an icon of the first program; the starting unit is used for starting the first program;
the hidden unit comprises a dragging module, a marking module and a setting module;
the starting unit comprises a dragging module, a receiving module, a processing module and a control module;
in the hidden unit, the hidden unit is provided with a plurality of hidden units,
the dragging module is in communication connection with the marking module, drags at least one icon of the first program and places the icon in a hidden area;
the marking module is in communication connection with the dragging module and is used for marking the hidden area;
the setting module is in communication connection with the marking module and the processing module, sets corresponding reading operation for the first program, and sends the reading operation to the processing module;
the dragging module is used for further dragging an icon of a second program to cover the hidden area and hide the icon of the first program;

the dragging module drags the icon of the second program to leave the hidden area;

6. The icon control system of claim 5, wherein in the hiding unit, the setting module further comprises setting a preset action for the first program; in the starting unit, the control module further comprises executing the preset action.
7. The icon control system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the read operation includes one or more of a single click, a double click, a triple click, and a long press.
