Abstract
The invention discloses a fan silencer which comprises a silencing channel (1), a front silencer (3), a rear silencer (4) and a lengthening silencer (6), wherein first silencing cotton (2) is arranged on the inner wall of the silencing channel (1). The front silencer (3) and the rear silencer (4) are connected with each other, the silencing channel (1) comprises a front silencing channel (1 a) arranged in the front silencer (3), a rear silencing channel (1 b) arranged in the rear silencer (4) and a lengthened silencing channel (1 c) arranged in the lengthened silencer (6), the front silencing channel (1 a) accommodates the front part of the fan, the rear silencing channel (1 b) accommodates the rear part of the fan, and the lengthened silencer (6) is arranged in the front silencer (1 a) and can move relative to the front silencer. The fan silencer enables noise generated by the fan to be reabsorbed through reasonable structural design, and noise pollution is greatly reduced.

Fans are required in many industrial processes and tests to provide ventilation or to provide wind simulation. As shown in fig. 1, the fan silencer of the present invention includes a silencer duct 1, a front silencer 3 and a rear silencer 4 connected to each other, and an elongated silencer 6 movable relative to the front silencer 3, and the silencer duct 1 includes a front silencer duct 1a provided in the front silencer 3, a rear silencer duct 1b provided in the rear silencer 4, and an elongated silencer duct 1c provided in the elongated silencer 6. The front and rear silencing channels 1a, 1b are mutually communicated and form an included angle of 90 degrees. The front silencing channel 1a is used for accommodating the front part of the fan, the rear silencing channel 1b is used for accommodating the rear part of the fan, and the fan is integrally arranged in the silencing channel 1. The inner walls of the front silencing channel 1a and the rear silencing channel 1b are respectively provided with first silencing cotton 2, and the first silencing cotton 2 and the inner wall can be adhered by glue, and the thickness of the first silencing cotton 2 and the inner wall is preferably 50mm. The air outlet of the rear silencer 4 is provided with a plurality of parallel arranged silencing sheets 5, in this embodiment, 3 silencing sheets 5 divide the rear silencing channel 1b into 4 cavities, so that the silencing area can be increased to better eliminate noise. The lengthened silencer device 6 comprises a metal plate outer frame 7 which is approximately U-shaped and second silencing cotton 8 which is arranged on the inner portion and the outer portion of the metal plate outer frame 7, a lengthened silencing channel 1c is formed in the metal plate outer frame 7, and the lengthened silencer device 6 is arranged in the front silencing channel 1a and can accommodate a fan. When not in use, the lengthened silencing device 6 can be pushed into the front silencing channel 1a, so that occupied space is reduced; when the fan silencer is used, the required length can be pulled out according to the requirement, so that the silencing effect of the fan silencer is further improved.
After the fan is started, air flows through the lengthened silencing channel 1c and the front silencing channel 1a and is discharged from the rear silencing channel 1b, and generated noise is reabsorbed by the second silencing cotton 8 arranged inside and outside the sheet metal outer frame 7, the first silencing cotton 2 arranged on the inner walls of the front silencing channel 1a and the rear silencing channel 1b and the silencing sheet 5 arranged on the tail part of the rear silencing device 1b, so that the noise generated by the fan is greatly reduced; in addition, the air flow generated by the fan passes through a 90-degree bend after flowing into the rear silencing channel, so that the energy of the air flow is greatly absorbed, and the noise of the air flow is further reduced. Through testing, the fan silencer can meet the testing requirement of 25dB isolation volume.
According to the fan silencer disclosed by the invention, through reasonable structural design, noise is reabsorbed by the second silencing cotton 8, the first silencing cotton 2, the silencing sheet 5 and the like after the fan is started, so that the noise of the fan is greatly reduced, and the lengthened silencer 6 can be stored in the front silencing channel 1a when not used, so that the space occupation is reduced.
