本发明的目的是一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,包括墙体木板,其特征在于:所述的墙体木板由相互拼接安装的墙体内板和墙体外板构成,所述的墙体内板和墙体外板上均设有隔热孔和导热腔,导热腔和隔热孔分别依次间隔设置在墙体内板和墙体外板,能够有效的对通过墙体板内的热量进行阻绝和吸收,提高墙体板的隔热效果,又能根据隔热孔内的连接结构提高墙体的抗变形能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑的结构方面领域,主要涉及到建筑墙体板结构隔热方面的改进和设计,尤其时涉及一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板。
背景技术
在当前建筑行业的快速发展中,尤其是在建筑墙体板方面,已经步入到快捷化和舒适化方面,但是由于以往的墙体板都是通过三合板进行拼接制作而成,在很大程度上来讲硬度要求足够,但是隔热效果较差,由于采用的是密合的压缩板,导热速度极快,尤其是在现在高温情况下的大城市,导致屋内温度较高,在开空调时会由于内外温差较大,会导致墙体木板变形,影响正常使用。提高使用成本。
因此,提供一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,通过对建筑墙体板的隔热及墙体稳固方面的结构进行改进,通过使用双层墙体板进行相互牵制,同时在墙体木板内设置导热腔和隔热孔,能够有效的对通过墙体板内的热量进行阻绝和吸收,提高墙体板的隔热效果,又能根据隔热孔内的连接结构提高墙体的抗变形能力,延长使用周期,降低使用成本,就成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,通过对建筑墙体板的隔热及墙体稳固方面的结构进行改进,通过使用双层墙体板进行相互牵制,同时在墙体木板内设置导热腔和隔热孔,能够有效的对通过墙体板内的热量进行阻绝和吸收,提高墙体板的隔热效果,又能根据隔热孔内的连接结构提高墙体的抗变形能力,延长使用周期,降低使用成本。
为解决背景技术中所述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,包括墙体木板,其特征在于:所述的墙体木板由相互拼接安装的墙体内板和墙体外板构成,所述的墙体内板和墙体外板上均设有隔热孔和导热腔,导热腔和隔热孔分别依次间隔设置在墙体内板和墙体外板。
优选地,所述的导热腔设为长圆形状结构,且墙体内板和墙体外板上对应位置上的导热腔之间通过导热管连接,通过导热管将墙体内板和墙体外板上的热量进行内外串流,对墙体内部的热量进行分散,提高吸收和隔热效果。
优选地,所述的导热腔内的设有导热层和热量吸收层,且热量吸收层包裹在导热层外侧。
优选地,所述的隔热孔设为矩形状的隔热腔孔,隔热孔的内外两侧上的墙体内板和墙体外板上均设有锯齿状的墙体连接槽,通过隔热孔能够有效的根据隔热孔内的空气进行有效的隔热。
优选地,所述的墙体连接槽的形状为梯形结构,墙体连接槽的梯形斜边夹角为60度,通过梯形结构的墙体连接槽能够有效的增加墙体的支撑强度,能够防止墙体受热膨胀变形,延长使用周期。
优选地,所述的墙体内板和墙体外板的外表面上均设有隔热层,隔热层内设有纵横交错连接的龙骨墙体架,能够提高墙体木板的支撑强度,防止变形。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过使用双层墙体板进行相互牵制,同时在墙体木板内设置导热腔和隔热孔,能够有效的对通过墙体板内的热量进行阻绝和吸收,提高墙体板的隔热效果,又能根据隔热孔内的连接结构提高墙体的抗变形能力,延长使用周期,降低使用成本。

请参考图1、图2,一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,包括墙体木板1,其特征在于:所述的墙体木板1由相互拼接安装的墙体内板2和墙体外板3构成,所述的墙体内板2和墙体外板3上均设有隔热孔9和导热腔5,导热腔5和隔热孔9分别依次间隔设置在墙体内板2和墙体外板3。
本实施例中,所述的导热腔5设为长圆形状结构,且墙体内板2和墙体外板3上对应位置上的导热腔5之间通过导热管8连接,通过导热管8将墙体内板2和墙体外板3上的热量进行内外串流,对墙体内部的热量进行分散,提高吸收和隔热效果。
本实施例中,所述的导热腔5内的设有导热层7和热量吸收层6,且热量吸收层6包裹在导热层7外侧。
本实施例中,所述的隔热孔9设为矩形状的隔热腔孔,隔热孔9的内外两侧上的墙体内板2和墙体外板3上均设有锯齿状的墙体连接槽10,通过隔热孔9能够有效的根据隔热孔9内的空气进行有效的隔热。
本实施例中,所述的墙体连接槽10的形状为梯形结构,墙体连接槽10的梯形斜边夹角为60度,通过梯形结构的墙体连接槽10能够有效的增加墙体的支撑强度,能够防止墙体受热膨胀变形,延长使用周期。
本实施例中,所述的墙体内板2和墙体外板3的外表面上均设有隔热层4,隔热层4内设有纵横交错连接的龙骨墙体架11,能够提高墙体木板1的支撑强度,防止变形。

1.一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,包括墙体木板,其特征在于:所述的墙体木板由相互拼接安装的墙体内板和墙体外板构成,所述的墙体内板和墙体外板上均设有隔热孔和导热腔,导热腔和隔热孔分别依次间隔设置在墙体内板和墙体外板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,其特征在于,所述的导热腔设为长圆形状结构,且墙体内板和墙体外板上对应位置上的导热腔之间通过导热管连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,其特征在于,所述的导热腔内的设有导热层和热量吸收层,且热量吸收层包裹在导热层外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,其特征在于,所述的隔热孔设为矩形状的隔热腔孔,隔热孔的内外两侧上的墙体内板和墙体外板上均设有锯齿状的墙体连接槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双层隔热建筑墙体木板,其特征在于,所述的墙体连接槽的形状为梯形结构,墙体连接槽的梯形斜边夹角为60度。
