本发明公开了一种九脚卡板托盘,包括于底部凸出有九个支脚形成田字状分布并为一整体结构的九脚卡板、与九脚卡板的九个支脚对应安装配合的底板、设置于九个支脚和底板之间的方钢管、套入支脚内并于底部带有插脚的盖板,以及穿过底板、支脚、插脚和九脚卡板形成固定安装的六角螺丝;从支脚的顶部至底部向内凹陷形成凹槽,盖板与凹槽配合安装并插脚插入凹槽内;支脚底部设有支脚卡槽,底板顶部设有底板卡槽,方钢管卡装于支脚卡槽与底板卡槽之间形成紧密安装;底板顶部设有对应支脚位置设置并令支脚底部崁入安装于底板内的底板凹槽位;底板卡槽的一部分置于底板凹槽位内。该九脚卡板托盘的结构简单,设计合理、使用方便,强度高,成本较低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种托盘结构,尤其涉及一种九脚卡板托盘的结构。
背景技术
托盘是用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置作为单元负荷的货物和制品的水平平台装置。作为与集装箱类似的一种集装设备,托盘现已广泛应用于生产、运输、仓储和流通等领域。托盘作为物流运作过程中重要的装卸、储存和运输设备,与叉车配套使用在现代物流中发挥着巨大的作用。托盘给现代物流业带来的效益主要体现在:可以实现物品包装的单元化、规范化和标准化,保护物品,方便物流和商流。由于托盘作业效率高、安全稳定,使用率越来越大。
在现有技术中,托盘基本都是采用PP注塑而成,同时在托盘的面板底部灯设置塑料加强筋,这样就形成了一个完整的托盘结构。而其中PP注塑的托盘由带增高砥柱的面板、纵向连接增高砥柱的底板、封闭相邻增高砥柱之间形成开口的塑料封塞这三部分塑料部件组成,而这三部分的塑料部件都是一体注塑形成托盘,即整个托盘都是一体式结构,连同加强筋也一起注塑成型才能达到加强的目的。另外,这类托盘的整体采用一体注塑,虽然在加强强度上有一定的作用,但托盘不能进行分拆,在运输托盘的过程中会占用较大的体积和空闲不使用时也占用体积,不能很好地节省运输成本和场地面积。虽然,也有一些能够分拆面板和底板的结构出现,但这类托盘结构的面板是带有增高砥柱的(实心结构),即底板和增高砥柱是一体注塑成型的,增高砥柱一般设置有9个,在分拆时,底板之间是不能进行叠加堆放的(因为增高砥柱的位置限制,增高砥柱不能套合),这同样解决不了上述的问题。另外,现有的托盘采用PP注塑,其成本虽然较低,但整体耐用性低,托盘的面板和底板单纯采用塑料材质(即使带有塑料加强筋),当面板和底板承受较重的重量后会容易发生破裂和损坏,当有部分损坏时一体式结构的托盘需整个报废,浪费且成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种九脚卡板托盘,该九脚卡板托盘的结构简单,设计合理、使用方便,强度高,成本较低。该九脚卡板托盘采用带九个支脚的九脚卡板、田字底板或川字底板、方钢管此三大部件组件,在底板上崁入具有加强强度作用的方钢管,同时以六角螺钉等连接件把底板和九脚卡板连接牢固形成整体结构;九脚卡板、底板设有与方钢管相对应设置卡紧安装的卡槽形成整体的位置限定,且采用方钢管而不采用圆管等也能实现位置的卡紧作用和不易移位、脱落的效果;此九脚卡板托盘的底板能设计成川字和田字结构的形状,形成两种不同底板形状的托盘结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种九脚卡板托盘,包括于底部凸出有九个支脚形成田字状分布并为一整体结构的九脚卡板、与九脚卡板的九个支脚对应安装配合的底板、设置于九个支脚和底板之间的方钢管、套入支脚内并于底部带有插脚的盖板,以及穿过底板、支脚、插脚和九脚卡板形成固定安装的六角螺丝;从支脚的顶部至底部向内凹陷形成凹槽,盖板与凹槽配合安装并插脚插入凹槽内;支脚底部设有支脚卡槽,底板顶部设有底板卡槽,方钢管卡装于支脚卡槽与底板卡槽之间形成紧密安装;底板顶部设有对应支脚位置设置并令支脚底部崁入安装于底板内的底板凹槽位;底板卡槽的一部分置于底板凹槽位内。
进一步的,所述的底板为一体成型注塑的田字底板结构,方钢管由多条方钢管组成一体成型结构并呈田字状,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
或者是,所述的底板由三条长脚板形成分布的川字底板,方钢管为对应每条长脚板设置的单条方钢管,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成横向平行凹陷或纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
进一步的,所述的六角螺丝从底板穿入经过支脚和插脚并与置于底板内的六角螺母固定连接安装,盖板端面设有套住六角螺母和使六角螺丝端头不外露的防滑垫。
进一步的,所述的底板底部端面设有方形防滑垫。
综上所述,本发明的九脚卡板托盘的结构简单,设计合理、使用方便,强度高,成本较低。该九脚卡板托盘采用带九个支脚的九脚卡板、田字底板或川字底板、方钢管此三大部件组件,在底板上崁入具有加强强度作用的方钢管,同时以六角螺钉等连接件把底板和九脚卡板连接牢固形成整体结构;九脚卡板、底板设有与方钢管相对应设置卡紧安装的卡槽形成整体的位置限定,且采用方钢管而不采用圆管等也能实现位置的卡紧作用和不易移位、脱落的效果;此九脚卡板托盘的底板能设计成川字和田字结构的形状,形成两种不同底板形状的托盘结构。

本实施例1所描述的一种九脚卡板托盘,如图1所示,包括于底部凸出有九个支脚1形成田字状分布并为一整体结构的九脚卡板2、与九脚卡板的九个支脚对应安装配合的底板、设置于九个支脚和底板之间的方钢管4、套入支脚内并于底部带有插脚5的盖板6,以及穿过底板、支脚、插脚和九脚卡板形成固定安装的六角螺丝7;从支脚的顶部至底部向内凹陷形成凹槽8,盖板与凹槽配合安装并插脚插入凹槽内;支脚底部设有支脚卡槽9,底板顶部设有底板卡槽11,方钢管卡装于支脚卡槽与底板卡槽之间形成紧密安装;底板顶部设有对应支脚位置设置并令支脚底部崁入安装于底板内的底板凹槽位12;底板卡槽的一部分置于底板凹槽位内。
该底板为一体成型注塑的田字底板3结构,方钢管由多条方钢管组成一体成型结构并呈田字状,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
该六角螺丝从底板穿入经过支脚和插脚并与置于底板内的六角螺母13固定连接安装,盖板端面设有套住六角螺母和使六角螺丝端头不外露的防滑垫14。
该底板底部端面设有方形防滑垫15。
实施例2
本实施例2所描述的一种九脚卡板托盘,如图2所示,包括于底部凸出有九个支脚1形成田字状分布并为一整体结构的九脚卡板2、与九脚卡板的九个支脚对应安装配合的底板、设置于九个支脚和底板之间的方钢管4、套入支脚内并于底部带有插脚5的盖板6,以及穿过底板、支脚、插脚和九脚卡板形成固定安装的六角螺丝7;从支脚的顶部至底部向内凹陷形成凹槽8,盖板与凹槽配合安装并插脚插入凹槽内;支脚底部设有支脚卡槽9,底板顶部设有底板卡槽11,方钢管卡装于支脚卡槽与底板卡槽之间形成紧密安装;底板顶部设有对应支脚位置设置并令支脚底部崁入安装于底板内的底板凹槽位12;底板卡槽的一部分置于底板凹槽位内。
该底板由三条长脚板形成分布的川字底板10,方钢管为对应每条长脚板设置的单条方钢管,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成横向平行凹陷或纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
该六角螺丝从底板穿入经过支脚和插脚并与置于底板内的六角螺母13固定连接安装,盖板端面设有套住六角螺母和使六角螺丝端头不外露的防滑垫14。
该底板底部端面设有方形防滑垫15。

1.一种九脚卡板托盘,其特征在于,包括于底部凸出有九个支脚形成田字状分布并为一整体结构的九脚卡板、与九脚卡板的九个支脚对应安装配合的底板、设置于九个支脚和底板之间的方钢管、套入支脚内并于底部带有插脚的盖板,以及穿过底板、支脚、插脚和九脚卡板形成固定安装的六角螺丝;从支脚的顶部至底部向内凹陷形成凹槽,盖板与凹槽配合安装并插脚插入凹槽内;支脚底部设有支脚卡槽,底板顶部设有底板卡槽,方钢管卡装于支脚卡槽与底板卡槽之间形成紧密安装;底板顶部设有对应支脚位置设置并令支脚底部崁入安装于底板内的底板凹槽位;底板卡槽的一部分置于底板凹槽位内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种九脚卡板托盘,其特征在于,所述的底板为一体成型注塑的田字底板结构,方钢管由多条方钢管组成一体成型结构并呈田字状,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种九脚卡板托盘,其特征在于,所述的底板由三条长脚板形成分布的川字底板,方钢管为对应每条长脚板设置的单条方钢管,支脚卡槽为与方钢管配合卡装形成横向平行凹陷或纵横交错凹陷的卡槽。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种九脚卡板托盘,其特征在于,所述的六角螺丝从底板穿入经过支脚和插脚并与置于底板内的六角螺母固定连接安装,盖板端面设有套住六角螺母和使六角螺丝端头不外露的防滑垫。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种九脚卡板托盘,其特征在于,所述的底板底部端面设有方形防滑垫。
