本发明公开了一种高性能木塑复合包装箱，包括采用高性能木塑复合包装板制成的长方形盒盖、长方形盒体；高性能木塑复合包装板由至外而内的耐磨层、木塑层组成，耐磨层是选用透明PVC、ASA、PE、PET和PMMA中一种或多种材料制成的超薄淋膜，木塑层为减震消音层；盒盖盖合在盒体上端；盒盖四周向侧下方折弯形成裙边；盒盖裙边内壁设有环绕盒体的凸起Ⅰ，盒体外壁上端设有环绕四周的凸起Ⅱ，盒盖裙边内壁的凸起Ⅰ扣合在盒体外壁凸起Ⅱ的下方，使盒盖、盒体上下方向紧密结合；进一步改进在于：盒盖中部内凹，形成凹槽；盒盖凹槽内设有若干加强筋板；盒盖凹槽内加强筋板垂直相交。本发明耐磨，使用寿命长，减震消音效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于包装领域，具体涉及一种采用木塑复合板制作的包装盒。
背景技术
木塑复合包装箱采用高性能木塑复合包装板制成，所采用的高性能木塑复合包装板由至外而内的耐磨层、木塑层组成，这种木塑复合包装箱主要存在下列缺陷：一是耐磨性差，使用寿命短；二是减震消音效果差；三是盒盖盖合到盒体上后密封性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种能显著提高耐磨性，延长使用寿命，显著提高减震消音效果，并能显著提高盒盖盖合到盒体上后密封性的高性能木塑复合包装箱。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高性能木塑复合包装箱，包括采用高性能木塑复合包装板制成的长方形盒盖、长方形盒体；所述高性能木塑复合包装板由至外而内的耐磨层、木塑层组成；所述盒盖盖合在盒体上端；所述盒盖四周向侧下方折弯形成裙边；其改进之处在于：所述高性能木塑复合包装板耐磨层是选用透明PVC、ASA、PE、PET 和PMMA中一种或多种材料制成的超薄淋膜；所述高性能木塑复合包装板木塑层为减震消音层；所述盒盖裙边内壁设有环绕盒体的凸起Ⅰ，盒体外壁上端设有环绕四周的凸起Ⅱ，盒盖裙边内壁的凸起Ⅰ扣合在盒体外壁凸起Ⅱ的下方，使盒盖、盒体上下方向紧密结合。
上述结构中，所述盒盖中部内凹，形成凹槽。
上述结构中，所述盒盖凹槽内设有若干加强筋板。
上述结构中，所述盒盖凹槽内加强筋板垂直相交。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：
1、本发明所采用高性能木塑复合包装板耐磨层是选用透明PVC、ASA、PE、PET 和PMMA中一种或多种材料制成的超薄淋膜，这种耐磨层能显著提高耐磨性，延长本发明使用寿命。
2、本发明所采用高性能木塑复合包装板木塑层为减震消音层，由软木垫、EVA 发泡垫、PVC 发泡垫中的一种制成，具有较好的减震消音效果，显著提高本发明减震消音效果。
3、盒盖裙边内壁设有环绕盒体的凸起Ⅰ，盒体外壁上端设有环绕四周的凸起Ⅱ，盒盖裙边内壁的凸起Ⅰ扣合在盒体外壁凸起Ⅱ的下方，使盒盖、盒体上下方向紧密结合，这样显著提高盒盖盖合到盒体上后密封性。
4、盒盖中部内凹，形成凹槽，显著提高盒盖结构强度和刚性，减少变形。
5、盒盖凹槽内设有若干加强筋板，进一步提高盒盖结构强度和刚性，减少变形。
6、盒盖凹槽内加强筋板垂直相交，更进一步提高盒盖结构强度和刚性，减少变形。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示高性能木塑复合包装箱，包括采用高性能木塑复合包装板制成的长方形盒盖1、长方形盒体2，高性能木塑复合包装板由至外而内的耐磨层、木塑层组成；高性能木塑复合包装板耐磨层是选用透明PVC、ASA、PE、PET 和PMMA中一种或多种材料制成的超薄淋膜，木塑层为减震消音层。
盒盖1盖合在盒体2上端；盒盖1四周向侧下方折弯形成裙边1.1；盒盖1裙边1.1内壁设有环绕盒体2的凸起Ⅰ1.1.1，盒体2外壁上端设有环绕四周的凸起Ⅱ2.1，盒盖1裙边1.1内壁的凸起Ⅰ1.1.1扣合在盒体2外壁凸起Ⅱ2.1的下方，使盒盖1、盒体2上下方向紧密结合。
盒盖1中部内凹，形成凹槽1.2，凹槽1.2内设有两个（其他实施例中多于两个）加强筋板1.3，本实施例中，加强筋板1.3垂直相交。

1.一种高性能木塑复合包装箱，包括采用高性能木塑复合包装板制成的长方形盒盖（1）、长方形盒体（2）；所述高性能木塑复合包装板由至外而内的耐磨层、木塑层组成；所述盒盖（1）盖合在盒体（2）上端；所述盒盖（1）四周向侧下方折弯形成裙边（1.1）；其特征在于：所述高性能木塑复合包装板耐磨层是选用透明PVC、ASA、PE、PET 和PMMA中一种或多种材料制成的超薄淋膜；所述高性能木塑复合包装板木塑层为减震消音层；所述盒盖（1）裙边（1.1）内壁设有环绕盒体（2）的凸起Ⅰ（1.1.1），盒体（2）外壁上端设有环绕四周的凸起Ⅱ（2.1），盒盖（1）裙边（1.1）内壁的凸起Ⅰ（1.1.1）扣合在盒体（2）外壁凸起Ⅱ（2.1）的下方，使盒盖（1）、盒体（2）上下方向紧密结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能木塑复合包装箱，其特征在于：所述盒盖（1）中部内凹，形成凹槽（1.2）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高性能木塑复合包装箱，其特征在于：所述盒盖（1）凹槽（1.2）内设有若干加强筋板（1.3）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高性能木塑复合包装箱，其特征在于：所述盒盖（1）凹槽（1.2）内加强筋板（1.3）垂直相交。
