the positioning device comprises a first guide plate, a second guide plate and a guide plate seat, wherein the first guide plate is fixedly connected with the second guide plate or integrally formed, a positioning space for placing a flat rope is arranged between the first guide plate and the second guide plate, the first guide plate is close to the bottom roller relative to the second guide plate, and the first guide plate is rotatably connected with the guide plate seat;
the outer surface of the bottom roller is provided with a first bulge, and the first bulge intermittently props against the first guide plate along with the rotation of the bottom roller, so that the first guide plate is close to or far away from the bottom roller;
