Detailed Description
Further advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention, which is described by the following specific examples.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 5. It should be understood that the structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are for illustration purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the invention to the extent that it can be practiced, since modifications, changes in the proportions, or otherwise, used in the practice of the invention, are not intended to be critical to the essential characteristics of the invention, but are intended to fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. Also, the terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "middle," and "a" and the like recited in the present specification are merely for descriptive purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but are intended to provide relative positional changes or modifications without materially altering the technical context in which the invention may be practiced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the invention provides a low-temperature smokeless suction device, which comprises an inner shell 1, an outer shell 2 sleeved on the inner shell 1, and a suction cigarette holder 3 arranged at the end part of the outer shell 2, wherein a smoke placing cavity 11 for placing smoke 4 is arranged in the inner shell 1, an air inlet 21 communicated with the outside is arranged at one end of the outer shell 2 far away from the suction cigarette holder 3, an air inlet channel 5 is arranged between the outer shell 2 and the inner shell 1, a suction port 31 communicated with the outside is arranged in the suction cigarette holder 3, and the suction port 31, the air inlet channel 5 and the air inlet 21 are communicated to form a suction channel penetrating through the suction device; the peripheral surface of the inner shell 1 is provided with a plurality of volatilization holes 12, and the volatilization holes 12 are communicated with the smoke placing cavity 11 and the air inlet channel 5.
The user sucks through the suction opening 31 of the mouthpiece 3 to generate a high-speed air flow in the air intake passage 5. Due to the arrangement of the volatilization holes 12 which are communicated with the smoke placing cavity 11 and the air inlet channel 5, volatile substances generated by the smoke 4 volatilize into the air inlet channel 5 through the volatilization holes 12, and high-speed air flow generated by suction enters the oral cavity of a user. Therefore, the low-temperature smokeless suction device meets the requirement of a consumer for supplementing nicotine, and provides a nicotine supplementing device except for electronic cigarettes and heating non-burning tobacco products.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, at least one ventilation groove 13 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner casing 1, the volatilization holes 12 are located in the ventilation groove 13, and the ventilation groove 13 communicates the spaces located at both ends of the inner casing 1 as a part of the air intake passage 5.
In order to ensure that the entire air flow generated by suction flows through the vent grooves 13, the outer peripheral surface of the inner case 1 may be in sealing engagement with the inner peripheral surface of the outer case 2 except for the vent grooves 13. In this way, the consumer is assured of being able to replenish a sufficient amount of nicotine with each puff.
The shape of the ventilation slot 13 can be flexibly set according to the requirements of the suction air flow and the ventilation slot length.
As shown in fig. 2, the ventilation groove 13 is at least one linear long groove extending in the axial direction of the inner case 1. At this time, the number of the linear elongated grooves may be set to be plural, and the plural linear elongated grooves are uniformly distributed along the circumferential surface of the inner housing 1. The ventilation groove 13 is a straight long groove, so that the air flow of each suction can be greatly increased on the premise that the volume of the inner shell 1 is fixed, and the smoothness of the consumer during suction is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 3, the ventilation groove 13 is a spiral long groove extending spirally along the peripheral surface of the inner case 1. The ventilation groove 13 is a spiral long groove, so that the length of the ventilation groove 13 can be greatly prolonged on the premise of a certain volume of the inner shell 1, and the nicotine amount obtained by a consumer during each suction can be increased.
The smoke 4 can be a paste or other solid smoke, and a plurality of vent holes 41 are arranged in the smoke 4, and the vent holes 41 are communicated with the volatilization holes 12, so that the volatilization of volatile substances in the smoke 4 is ensured. The diameter of the evaporation hole 12 is preferably set to 0.5mm to 1.5mm, so that the liquid in the smoke 4 is prevented from flowing out of the evaporation hole 12. The density of the volatilization holes 12 can be adjusted according to the volatility of the smoke 4 and the desired nicotine concentration.
The inner shell 1 is also provided with an inner shell cover 14, and the smoke 4 can be placed in the smoke placing cavity 11 by opening the inner shell cover 14; after the tobacco material 4 is placed, the inner housing lid 14 is closed again. By providing the inner housing cover 14, the smoke 4 in the inner housing 1 can be replaced, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to ensure the volatility of the smoke 4, the suction device further comprises a smoke heating part 6 for heating the smoke 4, and the smoke heating part 6 is located between the outer casing 2 and the inner casing 1.
The fume heating unit 6 includes a battery 61, a control circuit 62, and a heating body 63, the battery 61 is connected to the control circuit 62, and the control circuit 62 is connected to the heating body 63. The battery 61 supplies electric power to the control circuit 62, and the heating body 63 converts the electric power into heat energy under the control of the control circuit 62 to heat the soot 4. The heating body 63 may be positioned at the front end of the tobacco air flow, i.e., the end of the inner housing 1 facing the air intake hole 21; the heating body 63 may be fixed to the outer casing 2 or the inner casing 1. To ensure the heating effect, the heating body 63 is usually placed close to the inner housing 1. As shown in fig. 5, the smoke heating part 6 is provided between the end of the outer case 2 having the air intake hole 21 and the end of the inner case 1 facing the air intake hole 21.
The heating body 63 is preferably heated to a temperature lower than 150 degrees celsius, and the heating of the smoke 4 to a temperature lower than 150 degrees celsius can make the fragrance in the smoke 4 be released more sufficiently.
To ensure the smoothness of the intake passage 5, a gap is maintained between the heating body 63 and the outer case 2. If the heating body 63 is tightly matched with the outer case 2, a heating body through hole 631 needs to be provided in the middle of the heating body 63, and the heating body through hole 631 serves as a part of the air inlet channel 5 to communicate the spaces located at both sides of the heating body 63.
In summary, according to the low-temperature smokeless suction device disclosed by the invention, through suction of the suction opening of the suction cigarette holder, nicotine in smoke can enter the mouth of a user along with suction airflow, so that the requirement of a consumer for supplementing nicotine is met, and a nicotine supplementing device except for electronic cigarettes and heating non-burning tobacco products is provided. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and its effectiveness, and are not intended to limit the invention. Modifications and variations may be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications and variations of the invention be covered by the claims, which are within the ordinary skill of the art, be within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
