本发明涉及电气安装领域的一种用于电缆安装的双槽挂架。
背景技术
随着我国电力建设的发展，电缆的应用场合越来越广泛，固定电缆用夹具的需求也呈现多样化趋势，而目前市场上广泛应用的电缆固定夹大多是固定在电缆支架或桥架上的，不适合在墙壁上固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的局限，提供一种电缆安装固定的装置一种双槽挂架。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种双槽挂架，包括支撑架、电缆托槽和固定压钩，电缆托架设置在支撑架上，电缆托架上安装有固定压钩，其特征在于：所述的支撑架为三角支撑架，三角支撑架上分别设有水平支撑条、垂直支撑条和倾斜支撑条，支撑架上设有2个电缆托槽，电缆托槽呈半圆弧形，上方为大电缆托槽，下方为小电缆托槽，电缆托槽的开口处设有固定压钩，电缆通过固定压钩夹紧在电缆托槽，支撑架整体用膨胀螺栓、化学锚栓或预埋螺栓直接固定在墙壁上；所述固定压钩为两个半圆组成的一体弹簧夹，一端连接在大电缆托槽的压钩孔内，另一端连接在小电缆托槽的固定槽内。
本发明具有安装方便灵活、牢固可靠的特点。

如图所示为双槽挂架的结构图，包括支撑架1、大电缆托槽2、小电缆托槽3、固定压钩4和支撑条5。
双槽挂架用于将电缆固定在墙壁或设备装置上，首先将支撑架整体用膨胀螺栓、化学锚栓或预埋螺栓直接固定在墙壁上，电缆放置在电缆托槽内，电缆托槽有大小两个不同规格的托槽，用于放置不同规格的电缆，电缆托槽为半圆弧形，电缆托槽的开口处有固定压钩，固定压钩将电缆固定在电缆托槽内。

1.一种双槽挂架，包括支撑架、电缆托槽和固定压钩，电缆托架设置在支撑架上，电缆托架上安装有固定压钩，其特征在于：所述的支撑架为三角支撑架，三角支撑架上分别设有水平支撑条、垂直支撑条和倾斜支撑条，支撑架上设有2个电缆托槽，电缆托槽呈半圆弧形，上方为大电缆托槽，下方为小电缆托槽，电缆托槽的开口处设有固定压钩，电缆通过固定压钩夹紧在电缆托槽，支撑架整体用膨胀螺栓、化学锚栓或预埋螺栓直接固定在墙壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双槽挂架，其特征在于：所述固定压钩为两个半圆组成的一体弹簧夹，一端连接在大电缆托槽的压钩孔内，另一端连接在小电缆托槽的固定槽内。
