本发明涉及到质量检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种产品检测系统。
背景技术
产品的质量检测怎样与对应的产品快速匹配,能够时刻显示产品的质量状况,常见的产品质量检测的结果信息不能够共享,影响了产品检测的质量和出厂效率,增加了产品加工的成本,不利于大规模流水线作业生产。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种产品检测系统,该产品检测系统能够在产品上激光喷绘出二维码,并将信息输入到数据库中,数据库中的信息在质量检测部门可以同时享用,质量检测部门将检测的结果输送到数据库中,能够实现信息共享,提高了产品检测出厂的效率。总之,该产品检测系统结构设计合理,使用方便,该产品检测系统的使用,提高了产品检测的效率,适合推广使用。

为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种产品检测系统,包括二维码扫描识别装置和数据库,其特征在于:流水线生产出来的产品经过激光喷绘二维码装置,激光喷绘二维码装置对每件产品喷绘出相应的二维码,所述激光喷绘二维码装置与二维码扫描识别装置相连接,二维码扫描识别装置能够将产品上对应的二维码扫描进入数据库,质量检测部门与数据库相连接,质量检测部门能够读取录入数据库中产品的信息,质量检测部门能够将录入数据库产品的质量信息补充到数据库中。
