本发明提出一种显示基板、显示面板及显示装置,其中,显示基板包括:基板、在基板上设置的显示阵列,显示阵列包括若干个多边形显示单元,每个多边形显示单元均包括多个子像素和光电二极管,多个子像素与光电二极管在基板上的正投影不具有交叠。本发明实施例的显示基板、显示面板及显示装置,可以最大限度地采集光信号,提高光电二极管的光电效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示基板、显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,显示屏幕大多数采用传统的RGB排列方式,即将一个正方形的像素,平均分成三等份,每一部分分别用红、绿、蓝进行表示,从而构成一个彩色像素。光电二极管设置在彩色像素的正下方,且与彩色像素一一对应。对于嵌入式指纹识别,舍弃了传统的指纹识别按键,而是手指直接按压显示屏幕来进行指纹识别。因此,如何改进显示屏幕,对提升嵌入式指纹识别的准确率具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种显示基板,能够最大限度地采集光信号,提高光电二极管的光电效率。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种显示面板。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种显示装置。
为达上述目的,本发明第一方面实施例提出的显示基板,包括:基板、在所述基板上设置的显示阵列,所述显示阵列包括若干个多边形显示单元,每个所述多边形显示单元均包括多个子像素和光电二极管,所述多个子像素与所述光电二极管在所述基板上的正投影不具有交叠。
本发明实施例的显示基板,通过将多个子像素和光电二极管设置在所述多边形显示单元内,形成多边形显示单元,再由若干个多边形显示单元组成显示阵列,最终将显示阵列设置在基板上形成显示基板,可以最大限度地采集光信号,提高光电二极管的光电效率。
为达上述目的,本发明第二方面实施例提出的显示面板,包括如前一实施例所述的显示基板。
为达上述目的,本发明第三方面实施例提出的显示装置,包括如前一实施例所述的显示面板。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述本发明实施例的显示基板、显示面板及显示装置。
图1是根据本发明的一个实施例的显示基板的结构示意图。
如图1所示,显示基板10可包括基板11、在基板11上设置的显示阵列12,显示阵列12包括若干个多边形显示单元121,每个多边形显示单元121均包括多个子像素1211和光电二极管1212,多个子像素1211与光电二极管1212在基板11上的正投影不具有交叠。
其中,多个子像素1211设置在多边形显示单元121的边缘上,且每一个子像素1211的远离多边形显示单元121的中心的边与多边形显示单元121中的一条边重叠。
其中,光电二极管1212为PIN二极管。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当子像素1211包括三种颜色时,即RGB红绿蓝三原色,多边形显示单元121为六边形。红色子像素、绿色子像素以及蓝色子像素分别设置在六边形的第一条边、第三条边和第五条边上。
下面以多边形显示单元121为六边形为例进行描述。
在本发明的一个实施例中,子像素1211可以呈现为三角形形状。则由该子像素1211组成的多边形显示单元121,可如图2所示。红色子像素设置在六边形的左上角对应的边,绿色子像素设置在六边形的右上角对应的边,蓝色子像素设置在六边形的底边。此时,光电二极管1212对应的三个区域并不互相联通,为三个独立的区域,每个区域对应一个光电二极管1212,分辨率更高。应当理解的是,子像素的排布不仅限于图2中所示的方式,还可以将红色子像素设置在六边形的顶边,绿色子像素设置在六边形的右下角对应的边,蓝色子像素设置在六边形的左下角对应的边等等。图2仅仅是众多排布方式中的一种。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,子像素1211可以呈现为等腰梯形。则由该子像素1211组成的多边形显示单元121,可如图3所示。此时,光电二极管1212对应的三个区域互相联通。也就是说,一个多边形显示单元121对应一个光电二极管1212。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,子像素1211的接近多边形显示单元121的中心的边呈弧线形,且弧形弯曲的方向远离多边形显示单元121的中心。则由该子像素1211组成的多边形显示单元121,可如图4所示。此时,光电二极管1212对应的三个区域互相联通。也就是说,一个多边形显示单元121对应一个光电二极管1212。
同理,当子像素1211包括四种颜色时,即RGBW红绿蓝白四色,多边形显示单元121为八边形。红绿蓝白四个子像素分别设置在八边形的第一条边、第三条边、第五条边和第七条边上。例如:红色子像素设置在八边形的左上角对应的边,绿色子像素设置在八边形的右上角对应的边,蓝色子像素设置在八边形的右下角对应的边,白色子像素设置在八边形左下角对应的边。
此外,为了避免子像素1211发出的发射光对光电二极管1212产生影响,在本发明的一个实施例中,可将光电二极管1212与子像素1211设置在不同层,且光电二极管1212设置在子像素1211远离触控主体的一侧。如图5所示,子像素1211发出的发射光经过反射物的遮挡后,形成的反射光被光电二极管1212接收。由于光电二极管1212相对于子像素1211要低,因此光电二极管1212无需接收子像素1211发出的发射光,避免发射光对光电二极管1212产生影响。
本发明实施例的显示基板,通过将多个子像素和光电二极管设置在多边形显示单元内,形成多边形显示单元,再由若干个多边形显示单元组成显示阵列,最终将显示阵列设置在基板上形成显示基板,可以最大限度地采集光信号,提高光电二极管的光电效率。
为实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种显示面板,包括前一实施例的显示基板。
为实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种显示装置,包括前一实施例的显示面板。其中,显示装置可以是移动终端、平板电脑等的显示屏幕。基于该显示装置,可以实现嵌入式指纹识别方法。具体地,显示装置在进行显示时,显示装置会发出显示光线。用户可以将手指按压到显示装置上,显示装置可以接收经过用户手指反射的反射光线。显示装置中的光电二极管在接收到反射光线后,可将光强信息发送给处理器,由处理器生成指纹图像。再将指纹图像与预先录入指纹库的指纹模板进行比对,从而对指纹进行识别。采用该显示装置,可以有效地提升嵌入式指纹识别的准确率。

本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。

Claims (11)

1.一种显示基板,其特征在于,包括:
基板、在所述基板上设置的显示阵列,所述显示阵列包括若干个多边形显示单元,每个所述多边形显示单元均包括多个子像素和光电二极管,所述多个子像素与所述光电二极管在所述基板上的正投影不具有交叠,所述光电二极管位于所述多个子像素之间,所述光电二极管与所述子像素设置在所述基板上的不同层,且所述光电二极管设置在所述子像素远离触控主体的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示基板,其特征在于,多个所述子像素设置在所述多边形显示单元的边缘上,且每一个所述子像素的远离所述多边形显示单元的中心的边与所述多边形显示单元中的一条边重叠。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示基板,其特征在于,所述子像素呈三角形或等腰梯形。
4.如权利要求2所述的显示基板,其特征在于,还包括:
所述子像素的接近所述多边形显示单元的中心的边呈弧线形,且弧形弯曲的方向远离所述多边形显示单元的中心。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的显示基板,其特征在于,当所述子像素包括三种颜色时,所述多边形显示单元为六边形。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示基板,其特征在于,多个所述子像素分别设置在所述六边形的第一条边、第三条边和第五条边上。
7.如权利要求1-4任一所述的显示基板,其特征在于,当所述子像素包括四种颜色时,所述多边形显示单元为八边形。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示基板,其特征在于,多个所述子像素分别设置在所述八边形的第一条边、第三条边、第五条边和第七条边上。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示基板,其特征在于,所述光电二极管为PIN二极管。
10.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示基板。
11.一种显示装置,包括如权利要求10所述的显示面板。
