The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The embodiment of the disclosure is directed to a process of how to process a fingerprint unlocking operation if the fingerprint unlocking operation is detected in a standby state or a screen locking state of a terminal. The screen locking state refers to a state that the terminal is on screen but not unlocked, and the standby state may refer to a black screen state, that is, a state that the terminal screen is locked and extinguished. When the terminal is placed in a bag or a pocket, surrounding obstacles are likely to touch the terminal to trigger the fingerprint unlocking operation, and at the moment, the fingerprint unlocking operation is misoperation rather than user operation, so that the fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with a fingerprint which is input and stored in the terminal in advance by the user, wherein the misoperation means that the user does not want to perform, but the user operation means that the user wants to realize a certain function and actively perform the operation due to unconscious touch. In the prior art, when a terminal detects a fingerprint unlocking operation and a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with a fingerprint pre-stored in the terminal, the terminal displays an error prompt message, and the fingerprint error prompt message is used for prompting a user that a fingerprint is input incorrectly. Therefore, when multiple misoperation occurs easily, the terminal needs to display the error prompt message for multiple times, and the resource consumption is large. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a processing method, when a fingerprint unlocking operation is detected, if a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with a pre-stored fingerprint, and when a current fingerprint error frequency reaches a certain frequency, a terminal may determine whether there is an obstacle around according to current environment information, that is, whether the terminal currently meets a condition in a bag or a pocket, and if so, the detected fingerprint unlocking operation is regarded as an error operation, so the fingerprint unlocking operation is not executed, and a screen is not turned on to prompt a fingerprint error, and a specific process is referred to an embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2. The non-execution of the fingerprint unlocking operation may include two cases: one is to abandon the fingerprint unlocking operation, i.e. directly ignore the fingerprint unlocking operation; the other is to block the fingerprint unlock operation, i.e. not to respond to this fingerprint unlock operation temporarily, unless a certain condition is reached.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an unlocking operation processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the unlocking operation processing method is used in a terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
in step 101, in a standby state or a screen lock state, when a fingerprint unlocking operation is detected, a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is acquired.
In step 102, when the fingerprint does not match the pre-stored fingerprint, the number of fingerprint errors is increased once.
In step 103, when the fingerprint error frequency is greater than a first preset frequency, the environment information of the terminal is acquired.
In step 104, when the environment information meets a preset condition, the fingerprint unlocking operation is not executed, and the preset condition is used for indicating that an obstacle exists around the terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the number of times of fingerprint errors reaches a certain threshold, the terminal may acquire current environment information, and since the environment information may reflect a shielding condition of surrounding obstacles on the terminal, it may be determined whether the terminal currently conforms to a condition in a bag according to the environment information, and if so, it may be determined that the currently detected fingerprint unlocking operation is a misoperation, and the terminal may not execute the fingerprint unlocking operation, that is, no prompt for a fingerprint error is performed, thereby avoiding a problem of resource consumption caused by the fact that the terminal always prompts regardless of the number of times of fingerprint errors in the related art.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an unlocking operation processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 2, the unlocking operation processing method is used in a terminal and includes the following steps:
in step 201, in a standby state or a screen lock state, when a fingerprint unlocking operation is detected, a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is acquired.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may provide a fingerprint unlocking function, and based on the function, the user may perform a fingerprint unlocking operation on the terminal, for example, input a fingerprint in a fingerprint identification area of the terminal, where the fingerprint identification area has a fingerprint collecting function, that is, collects a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation. When detecting the fingerprint unlocking operation, the terminal can acquire the fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation based on the fingerprint acquisition function of the fingerprint identification area. If the fingerprint matches the fingerprint pre-stored in the terminal, i.e. the fingerprint is correct, the terminal may unlock and display a normal operation interface, and if the fingerprint does not match the fingerprint pre-stored in the terminal, i.e. the fingerprint is incorrect, the terminal may perform the following step 202.
The fingerprint prestored in the terminal can be the fingerprint input by the user in advance on the terminal, for example, before the user performs fingerprint unlocking operation for the first time, the user can input the fingerprint on the fingerprint identification area of the terminal according to the fingerprint input guide provided by the terminal, and the terminal can store the fingerprint, so that the input of the fingerprint is completed.
In step 202, when the fingerprint does not match the pre-stored fingerprint, the number of fingerprint errors is increased once.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may determine whether the currently acquired fingerprint is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint according to a fingerprint matching algorithm, and if not, the terminal may increase the number of times of error of the recorded fingerprint by one time. For example, after each screen locking, the terminal may create a temporary file or empty an existing file for recording the number of times of fingerprint errors during the current screen locking, and the terminal may obtain the number of times of fingerprint errors recorded before the current fingerprint unlocking operation from the temporary file or the fixed file, and then increase the number of times of fingerprint errors by one time.
Of course, the terminal may also acquire the historical operation information, acquire the fingerprint error frequency before the current operation from the historical operation information, and increase the fingerprint error frequency once. For example, the terminal may maintain a historical operation database, the historical operation database is used for storing historical operation information detected by the terminal, the historical operation information may be recorded in the form of data items, each data item may include one-time operation information, in this case, the terminal may screen out the fingerprint unlocking operation before the current fingerprint unlocking operation from the historical operation information, and count the number of fingerprint errors. Of course, a data item may also include statistical information of the same type of operation, for example, a fingerprint unlocking operation with a fingerprint error is used as the same type of operation, the statistical information of the data item is the number of times of the fingerprint error, the terminal may read the data item to obtain the number of times of the fingerprint error before the present fingerprint unlocking operation, and then add 1 to the number of times of the fingerprint error to obtain the number of times of the fingerprint error including the present error operation.
The foregoing steps 201 to 202 are processes of increasing the number of times of fingerprint error once when the terminal detects a fingerprint unlocking operation and determines that a fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with a pre-stored fingerprint, where after the number of times of fingerprint error is increased each time, the terminal determines whether the number of times of fingerprint error is greater than a first preset number, and when the number of times of fingerprint error is greater than the first preset number, the subsequent step 203 is executed.
In step 203, when the fingerprint error frequency is greater than a first preset frequency, acquiring environment information of the terminal, and when the environment information meets a preset condition, where the preset condition is used to indicate that there is an obstacle around the terminal, executing step 204 or step 205.
The environment information of the terminal may include at least one of a distance between the terminal and a surrounding obstacle and an intensity of light around the terminal, and the environment information of the terminal may be used to indicate a blocking condition of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, considering that if a user actively performs a fingerprint unlocking operation to unlock a terminal, the user generally performs the fingerprint unlocking operation once, even though an improper operation may occur, for example, the user performs the fingerprint unlocking operation using a finger different from a finger used for inputting a fingerprint, which results in a fingerprint error, but the user immediately exchanges a correct finger to perform the fingerprint unlocking operation again after the unlocking failure, therefore, the number of times of the fingerprint error is generally not too large for the case that the user actively unlocks the terminal, for this reason, the terminal may set a first preset number of times, and when the number of times of the fingerprint error is greater than the first preset number of times, the terminal may consider that the currently performed fingerprint unlocking operation is likely not a user operation but a wrong operation, at this time, the terminal may acquire environment information, and further confirm whether the fingerprint unlocking operation is a user operation or a wrong operation according to the environment information, and performs different steps according to different operations.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal may detect the environment around the terminal through a sensor, and obtain the environment information. Specifically, the terminal may be configured with a distance sensor or a light sensor, and the acquiring of the environment information of the terminal by the terminal may include: acquiring the distance between the terminal and surrounding obstacles through a distance sensor, and taking the distance as the environmental information; and/or acquiring the light intensity around the terminal through a light sensor, and taking the light intensity as the environment information. The environment around the terminal is detected through the distance sensor and/or the light sensor to obtain the environment information of the terminal, and a possible implementation mode for obtaining the environment information is provided.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal acquires the environment information, whether the fingerprint unlocking operation is user operation or misoperation can be determined according to whether the environment information meets the preset condition. Considering that the distance between the terminal and the surrounding obstacles is short and the light intensity is low when the terminal is in the bag, the preset condition may be that the distance between the terminal and the surrounding obstacles is smaller than a preset distance, where the environmental information is the distance between the terminal and the surrounding obstacles; regarding the environmental information as the light intensity around the terminal, the preset condition may be that the light intensity around the terminal is lower than a preset light intensity; the preset condition may be that the distance between the terminal and the surrounding obstacle is less than a preset distance and the light intensity around the terminal is less than a preset light intensity, where the environment information is the distance between the terminal and the surrounding obstacle and the light intensity around the terminal.
If the environment information does not accord with the preset condition, namely the terminal does not accord with the condition in the package, the terminal can confirm that the fingerprint unlocking operation is the user operation, and at the moment, the terminal can display a fingerprint error prompt message to prompt the user that the fingerprint input is wrong. And if the environment information accords with the preset condition, namely the terminal accords with the condition in the package, the terminal can confirm that the fingerprint unlocking operation is misoperation, and at the moment, the terminal can not execute the fingerprint unlocking operation. When the fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint, the terminal does not perform fingerprint error reminding aiming at the fingerprint unlocking operation, so that unnecessary resource consumption is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, two manners in which the terminal does not perform the fingerprint unlocking operation are provided, the first manner is referred to as a subsequent step 204, and the second manner is referred to as a subsequent step 206.
In step 204, when the environment information meets a preset condition, a first screen-locking interface is displayed, where the first screen-locking interface is used to prompt a user to perform a specified operation before inputting a fingerprint again, and the preset condition is used to indicate that there are obstacles around the terminal.
In this step 204, if the environment information meets the preset condition, the terminal may determine that the fingerprint unlocking operation in step 201 is an incorrect operation, and the terminal may display the first lock screen interface without executing the fingerprint unlocking operation. In the process of displaying the first lock screen interface, the terminal can close the fingerprint unlocking function of the terminal, so that a user cannot unlock the terminal through fingerprint unlocking operation, for example, the terminal can close the fingerprint acquisition function of a fingerprint identification area, so that the terminal cannot acquire a fingerprint, and of course, the terminal does not close the fingerprint acquisition function, and after the fingerprint is acquired, the step of matching the acquired fingerprint with the pre-stored fingerprint is not executed. Therefore, the user can input the fingerprint again to unlock the terminal after the user performs the specified operation according to the prompt of the first screen locking interface, and the occurrence probability of misoperation is reduced to a certain extent.
In addition, in order to ensure that the designated operation is performed by the user, the terminal may set the designated operation as a combination of multiple operations, for example, pressing and holding the designated icon to slide upwards, so that the user may manually perform the multiple operations according to the prompt before inputting the fingerprint again to unlock the terminal. Referring to fig. 3, a first lock screen interface is provided that can provide designated icons and prompt the user to "detect screen occlusion, press and slide up to unlock".
In step 205, when the specified operation is not detected within the first preset time period, the first lock screen interface is hidden and restored to the standby state or the lock screen state.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, if the specified operation is not detected within the first preset time period, the terminal may hide the first screen locking interface and restore to the standby state or the screen locking state. Specifically, if the terminal does not detect the specified operation prompted by the first screen lock interface within the first preset time period for displaying the first screen lock interface, the terminal may consider that the user does not see the first screen lock interface, and at this time, the terminal is likely to be in a pocket or a bag, so as to further confirm that the fingerprint unlocking operation in step 201 is the misoperation, so the terminal may hide the first screen lock interface, and if the display state of the first screen lock interface is set to be hidden, and is restored to the standby state or the screen lock state before the fingerprint unlocking operation is detected, of course, the terminal may also directly turn off the screen when the specified operation is not detected, so as to save the electric quantity. Then, each time the fingerprint is wrong and the environment information meets the preset condition, the terminal may not count the fingerprint error, that is, the number of times of the fingerprint error is not increased, and the user is prompted to perform the designated operation to input the fingerprint again by the bright screen in step 205, so that the problem of terminal locking caused by too many times of the fingerprint error can be avoided. Certainly, the terminal may also count the fingerprint error, but the number of fingerprint error times for triggering terminal locking is set to a larger threshold, for example, 10 times, and when the number of fingerprint error times reaches 10 times, the terminal is locked, thereby reducing the probability of terminal locking to a certain extent.
In the above steps 204 to 205, the terminal does not execute the fingerprint unlocking operation by displaying the first lock screen interface, and the user is required to input the fingerprint again to unlock the terminal after performing a manual operation according to the prompt of the first lock screen interface, so that the probability of occurrence of a misoperation is reduced to a certain extent, and the problem of terminal locking caused by too many fingerprint errors due to the misoperation is avoided.
It should be noted that, the above steps 204 to 205 are only one possible implementation manner for the terminal not to perform the fingerprint unlocking operation, and another possible implementation manner for not performing the fingerprint unlocking operation is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, see the subsequent step 206.
In step 206, when the environment information meets the preset condition, the standby state or the screen locking state is maintained.
In this step 206, if the environment information meets the preset condition, the terminal is likely to be in the package, and the terminal may determine that the fingerprint unlocking operation in step 201 is an incorrect operation, and at this time, if the terminal displays the fingerprint error prompt message, the display of the fingerprint error prompt message does not play a role in prompting the user for a fingerprint error, and unnecessary resource waste is also caused by unnecessary display. Therefore, the terminal can adopt a mode of keeping a standby state or a screen locking state, and the fingerprint unlocking operation is not executed, so that the problem of resource consumption caused by displaying the fingerprint error prompt information is solved.
In addition, in the process of maintaining the standby state or the screen locking state, when the fingerprint unlocking operation is detected again, and the fingerprint corresponding to the detected fingerprint unlocking operation is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint, the terminal may continue to maintain the standby state or the screen locking state, and increase the number of times of the fingerprint error once, and of course, if the fingerprint matching is successful, the terminal may unlock directly. By keeping the mode in the standby state or the screen locking state, even if the wrong fingerprint is detected again, the screen is not lightened to display the fingerprint error prompt message, so that unnecessary resource consumption can be avoided.
Of course, the terminal may also display the error prompt message at a specific time, where the specific time may be when the user uses the terminal, and considering that in the screen-off state, if the user wants to use the terminal, the user generally performs a trigger operation on a designated key, where the designated key is used to light up the screen of the terminal, for example, the user may manually click a power key. In a possible implementation manner, when the terminal detects the triggering operation of the specified key, a fingerprint error prompting message for prompting a user that the fingerprint is input incorrectly may be displayed. When the triggering operation of the appointed key is detected, the user can be considered to use the terminal, so that the error prompt message is displayed, and the error prompt message is displayed only when the user uses the terminal, so that the accuracy of fingerprint error prompt of the user by the terminal is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, before continuing to maintain the standby state or the screen locking state, the terminal may also obtain the environment information of the terminal again; and when the environment information acquired again conforms to the preset condition, continuously keeping the standby state or the screen locking state. When the environment information acquired again does not accord with the preset condition, the terminal can display a fingerprint error prompt message in a bright screen mode. By keeping the terminal in a standby state or a screen locking state and re-acquiring the environment information of the terminal when the wrong fingerprint is detected again, and re-determining whether to carry out fingerprint error prompt on the user according to the environment information, the reliability of an execution result is improved while unnecessary resource consumption is avoided due to the fact that the real-time condition of the terminal is considered.
The foregoing steps 201 to 206 are processes in which when the terminal detects the fingerprint unlocking operation in the standby state or the lock screen state, and the number of times of fingerprint errors including the fingerprint unlocking operation is greater than a first preset number of times, the terminal detects the surrounding environment through the sensor to obtain the environment information, and then processes the fingerprint unlocking operation according to the environment information.
In consideration of the fact that the fingerprint unlocking function may be out of order due to some reasons during the use of the terminal, so that the user can only increase the number of wrong fingerprint operations no matter how many times the user performs the fingerprint unlocking operation, and the terminal cannot be unlocked. Therefore, in order to ensure normal use of the user, the terminal can further provide a password unlocking function on the basis of providing the fingerprint unlocking function, for example, when the number of times of fingerprint errors is too large, the terminal can provide the password unlocking function for the user, so that the user can unlock the terminal through the password under the condition that the fingerprint cannot be unlocked. After the terminal performs the steps 204 to 205, or performs the step 206, the terminal may detect the fingerprint unlocking operation again, and each time the fingerprint unlocking operation is detected, the terminal determines whether the fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking operation matches the pre-stored fingerprint, if the fingerprint does not match the pre-stored fingerprint, the number of fingerprint errors is increased once, and after the number of fingerprint errors is increased each time, the terminal determines whether the current number of fingerprint errors is greater than a second preset number, and when the number of fingerprint errors is greater than the second preset number, the terminal may provide three processing manners, where a first manner is referred to as subsequent steps 207 to 209, a second manner is referred to as subsequent steps 210 to 212, and a third manner is referred to as subsequent steps 213 to 215.
In step 207, when the number of times of fingerprint error is greater than a second preset number of times, a second screen locking interface is displayed, where the second screen locking interface is used to prompt a user to perform a designated sliding operation to unlock with a password, and the second preset number of times is greater than the first preset number of times.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the number of times of fingerprint errors is greater than a second preset number of times, the terminal may display a second screen locking interface before displaying the password unlocking interface, and the user is required to use the password to unlock the terminal after having to perform a specified sliding operation. Referring to fig. 4, a second lock screen interface is provided that may prompt the user to "fingerprint authentication fails a maximum number of times, sliding up to unlock with a password".
The terminal can set the display duration of the second screen locking interface to be a second preset duration, and take different processing measures according to whether the user performs specified sliding operation within the second preset duration. For example, if the user performs the designated sliding operation within the second preset time period, the terminal may perform the subsequent step 208 when detecting the designated sliding operation, and if the user does not perform the designated sliding operation, the terminal may perform the subsequent step 209.
It should be noted that, in step 207, the terminal prompts the user to perform the specified sliding operation through the second lock screen interface as an example, in practice, the terminal may also prompt the user to perform other operations through other lock screen interfaces, and the specific process refers to the following step 208.
In step 208, when the specified sliding operation is detected within the second preset time period, a password unlocking interface is displayed, and the password unlocking interface is used for prompting the user to input a password for unlocking.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, within a second preset time (e.g., 5 seconds) after the terminal displays the second screen locking interface, if the specified sliding operation prompted by the second screen locking interface is detected, the terminal may consider that the user sees the second screen locking interface, and at this time, the user may need to unlock the terminal, so the terminal may display a password unlocking interface, and the user may input a password on the password unlocking interface to unlock the terminal, and may also wait for a certain time period, and, if the terminal is waited to be turned off, perform the fingerprint unlocking operation again. Referring to fig. 5, a password unlock interface is provided that may prompt the user to "fingerprint authentication fails a maximum number of times, please retry or use password unlock later".
Considering that the terminal may be in a bag during displaying the password unlocking interface, in order to reduce the probability of false touch of surrounding obstacles on the password unlocking interface, the terminal may adopt the following possible implementation manners:
in a first possible implementation manner, the terminal may display the password unlocking interface and simultaneously reduce and display a password input area in the password unlocking interface.
The password input area may be a number input area or a pattern input area. Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of a password unlock interface is provided, in which a number input area is smaller than that in fig. 5, and the number input area includes numbers "1", "2", … …, "9", "0", and the like. Through the mode of reducing display, the barrier is not easy to touch the password input area, and the false touch probability of surrounding barriers to the password unlocking interface is reduced to a certain extent.
In this way, in the process of displaying the password unlocking interface, if the input of any password such as a number or a pattern is detected and the input password is the same as the pre-stored password, the terminal can unlock, otherwise, the terminal can display a password error prompt message to prompt the user that the password is input incorrectly. Wherein the pre-stored password (number or pattern) can be set on the terminal in advance by the user. For example, after the entry of the fingerprint is completed in step 201, the terminal may continue to guide the user to set the password, and the terminal may store the password set by the user. Of course, the terminal may also provide the password setting function alone, for example, the terminal may provide a password setting button, and after the user performs a trigger operation on the password setting button, the terminal may display a password setting interface and store the password input by the user in the password setting interface.
Of course, within a certain time (e.g., 3 seconds), if the password input operation on the password unlocking interface is not detected, the terminal may consider that the user does not use the terminal currently, and the terminal is likely to be in a bag. And when the triggering operation of the appointed key (such as a power key) is detected, displaying a main screen locking interface, wherein the main screen locking interface is the screen locking interface of the terminal before the fingerprint is input for the first time. Referring to fig. 7, a main lock screen interface is provided, which may include an upper slide unlocking button and two shortcut operation indication buttons, where when an operation of sliding the upper slide unlocking button upwards is detected, the terminal may display a password unlocking interface, and when a sliding operation to a direction in which any one shortcut operation indication button is located is detected, a corresponding function is entered, for example, the left button may be a control center indication button for indicating a user to slide left into the control center, and the right button may be a camera indication button for indicating a user to slide right into the camera.
Under the main lock screen interface, a user can perform the upward sliding operation on the upward sliding unlocking button, continue the password unlocking operation after the password unlocking interface is displayed, and also can perform the fingerprint unlocking operation directly to unlock the terminal without operating the upward sliding unlocking button.
In a second possible implementation manner, the password unlocking interface includes a first function key, where the first function key is used to confirm that the password is input, and after the password unlocking interface is displayed, when the password input operation is detected but the trigger operation on the first function key is not detected, the password input operation is not executed.
Referring to fig. 8, a password unlocking interface is provided, in which an "OK" button is a form of a first function button.
In this way, in the process of displaying the password unlocking interface, if the input operation of the password and the trigger operation of the first function key are detected, and the password corresponding to the input operation is the same as the pre-stored password, the terminal can be unlocked, and if the input password is different from the pre-stored password, the terminal can display a password error prompt message to prompt the user that the password is input incorrectly. However, if only the input operation of the password is detected, for example, after the user inputs the password, the "OK" button is not clicked for confirmation, the terminal may not perform the password input operation of the user, and may not determine whether the input password is the same as the password stored in advance, that is, may not respond to the password input operation. When the triggering operation of the first function key is detected, the password input operation is responded, and even if the wrong password is input through misoperation, the terminal does not execute the password input operation, so that the mistaken touch probability of surrounding obstacles on the password unlocking interface is reduced to a certain extent, and the problem that the terminal is locked due to too many times of password errors is avoided.
Of course, within a certain time (e.g., 20 seconds), if the triggering operation on the first function key is not detected, the terminal may consider that the user does not try to unlock the terminal currently, and the terminal is likely to be in a bag. Similarly to the first mode, when the trigger operation of the designated key (e.g., power key) is detected, the main lock screen interface shown in fig. 7 is displayed.
In a third possible implementation manner, the password unlocking interface includes a second function key, the second function key is used for re-inputting the password, and after the password unlocking interface is displayed by the terminal, when the number of times of password input errors is equal to a third preset number of times, the password input area in the password unlocking interface is locked.
Referring to fig. 9, a password unlock interface is provided, in which a "re-enter" button is a form of a second function button, and the password unlock interface may prompt the user that the password is wrong and the user clicks re-enter.
In this way, in the process of displaying the password unlocking interface, if the user inputs an incorrect password for a plurality of times (e.g., 3 times), the terminal may lock a password input area in the password unlocking interface, such as the number input area in fig. 9, so that the user cannot operate the password input area any more, and thus cannot input a password. Thereafter, if a triggering operation on the second function key is detected, for example, the user clicks a "re-input" key, the terminal may unlock the password input region so that the user may re-perform a password input operation on the password input region. By limiting that the user can input the password again only after the user needs to trigger the second function key, the false touch probability of surrounding obstacles on the password unlocking interface is reduced to a certain extent.
In a fourth possible implementation manner, after the terminal displays the password unlocking interface, the terminal detects a password input operation, and when it is determined that the password input operation is an incorrect operation, the password input by the password input operation is cleared.
The terminal determines that the password input operation is an incorrect operation, which may include the following situations:
in case 1, before the password input operation is detected, when an operation of inputting the same password or similar passwords is detected a plurality of times, it is determined that the password input operation is an erroneous operation.
This is the case for the same input or similar inputs, for example, inputting the same password (e.g. 8888) or the same gesture (e.g. a gesture continuously drawing a certain direction) multiple times, or inputting "8888", "8080", "0000", "0808" continuously, etc. with the same number and similar passwords according to a certain repetition rule.
In case 2, when a trigger operation for an area other than the password input area is detected during the password input operation, it is determined that the password input operation is an erroneous operation.
This is the case for an input interruption, for example, the password is a 4-digit number, and after the password input region clicks input "88", if another position on the screen is clicked, or a slide operation (a slide distance is greater than 30px) is performed, the terminal may consider the input of "88" as an erroneous operation.
And in case 3, before the password input operation is detected, when the clicking operation on the terminal screen is detected for multiple times, the password input operation is determined to be the misoperation.
This case is directed to a meaningless operation that is an operation not performed for realizing the target function, for example, continuously clicking the screen (e.g., more than 5 times) during the screen lock period before the password input operation is detected.
In case 4, when the fingerprint input operation is detected a plurality of times during the password input operation, it is determined that the password input operation is an erroneous operation.
This case is also for meaningless operations, e.g. continuously inputting a fingerprint (e.g. more than 3 times) during inputting a number. Various ways of determining a malfunction are provided by considering various situations that are most likely to occur when a malfunction occurs and determining whether the current password input operation is a malfunction according to the situations.
In this manner, if the terminal confirms that any one or more of the above-described situations occur during the current password input operation, the terminal can determine that the password input operation is an erroneous operation, and thus the terminal can blank the password that has been input by the password input operation. If "00" has been entered when it is determined that either of the above occurs, the terminal may clear the entry of "00". When the current password input operation is determined to be the misoperation, the password input by the password input operation is cleared, so that the probability of mistaken touch of surrounding obstacles on the password unlocking interface is reduced to a certain extent, and the problem that the terminal is locked due to too many times of password errors is avoided.
In a fifth possible implementation manner, after the terminal displays the password unlocking interface, the terminal detects a password input operation, and when it is determined that the password input operation is an incorrect operation, the password input operation is not executed, the displayed password unlocking interface is hidden, and the standby state or the screen locking state is recovered.
In this way, in the process of the current password input operation, if the terminal confirms that any one or more of the above-mentioned fourth modes occur, the terminal may determine that the password input operation is a wrong operation, and therefore the terminal may not perform the password input operation, cancel the display of the password unlocking interface, that is, set the display state of the password unlocking interface to be hidden, and restore to the original standby state or the screen locking state of the terminal, and of course, the terminal may also directly turn off the screen when determining that the password input operation is a wrong operation, so as to save the electric quantity. When the current password input operation is determined to be the misoperation, the password input operation is not executed, so that the mistaken touch probability of surrounding obstacles on the password unlocking interface is reduced to a certain extent, and the problem that the terminal is locked due to too many password error times is avoided. After the terminal is turned off, if the triggering operation of the specified key (such as a power key) is detected again, the user can be considered to be using the terminal, and the terminal can continue to display the password unlocking interface, so that a mode of entering the password unlocking interface is provided.
In the above step 207 to step 208, when the number of times of fingerprint error is too many, the terminal first displays the second lock screen interface to prompt the user, and if the user performs the specified sliding operation according to the prompt, the terminal may consider that the user currently needs to unlock the terminal, so that the password unlock interface is displayed, so that the user may input the password in the password unlock interface to unlock the terminal. The display of the password unlocking interface is triggered by the operation of a user, so that the situation of excessive password error times can not occur generally, and the problem that the terminal is directly locked due to excessive password error times caused by multiple times of misoperation due to the fact that the password unlocking interface is directly displayed in the prior art is effectively solved.
In step 209, when the specified sliding operation is not detected within the second preset time period, the second screen locking interface is hidden and restored to the standby state or the screen locking state.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, within a second preset time period for displaying the second screen locking interface, if the terminal does not detect the designated sliding operation prompted by the second screen locking interface, the terminal may consider that the user does not see the second screen locking interface, at this time, the terminal is likely to be in a pocket or a bag, and the user does not need to unlock the terminal, so that the terminal does not need to display a password unlocking interface, can hide the second screen locking interface, and recovers to a standby state or a screen locking state. In one possible implementation manner, after the terminal is turned off, when the triggering operation of the designated key (such as a power key) is detected, the terminal may display a main screen locking interface shown in fig. 7. When the trigger operation of the appointed key is detected, the user can be considered to use the terminal, so that the main screen locking interface is displayed, the user can re-enter the password unlocking interface through the main screen locking interface, and a mode of entering the password unlocking interface is provided.
In the above steps 207 to 209, before the terminal displays the password unlocking interface, the terminal requires the user to perform a designated sliding operation by displaying the second screen locking interface, and determines whether the user is currently using the terminal according to whether the user feedback is obtained, and then adopts a proper processing mode according to the user use condition, thereby avoiding the problems of unnecessary resource consumption and terminal locking caused by misoperation. The steps 207 to 209 are a possible processing method adopted by the terminal when the number of fingerprint errors is greater than the second preset number, and actually, the terminal may not perform the steps 207 to 209, but perform the following steps 210 to 212 or the steps 213 to 215.
In step 210, when the number of times of the fingerprint error is greater than a second preset number of times, a third screen locking interface is displayed, where the second preset number of times is greater than the first preset number of times, and the third screen locking interface is used to prompt a user to perform a trigger operation on a preset button to unlock with a password.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the number of times of fingerprint errors is greater than the second preset number of times, the terminal may display a third screen locking interface before displaying the password unlocking interface, and the user is required to use the password to unlock the terminal after having to trigger the preset button. Referring to fig. 10, a third lock screen interface is provided that may prompt the user to "fingerprint authentication fails a maximum number of times, please unlock with a password".
The terminal can set the display duration of the third screen locking interface to be a third preset duration, and take different processing measures according to whether the user triggers the preset button within the third preset duration. For example, if the user performs the triggering operation within the third preset time period, the terminal may perform the subsequent step 211 when detecting the triggering operation, and if the user does not perform the triggering operation, the terminal may perform the subsequent step 212.
In step 211, when the trigger operation on the preset button is detected within a third preset duration, a password unlocking interface is displayed, where the password unlocking interface is used to prompt a user to input a password for unlocking.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, within a third preset time (for example, 5 seconds) after the terminal displays the third screen locking interface, if the trigger operation prompted by the third screen locking interface is detected, the terminal may consider that the user sees the third screen locking interface, and at this time, the user may need to unlock the terminal, so that the terminal may display the password unlocking interface shown in fig. 5, and the user may input a password on the password unlocking interface to unlock the terminal.
Similar to step 208, the terminal may reduce the probability of false touch of the peripheral obstacle to the password unlocking interface in any one of the manners in step 208, which is not described herein again.
In the foregoing steps 210 to 211, when the number of times of fingerprint error is too large, the terminal first displays the third screen locking interface to prompt the user, and if the user performs a trigger operation on the preset button according to the prompt, the terminal may consider that the user currently needs to unlock the terminal, so that a password unlocking interface is displayed, and the user may input a password in the password unlocking interface to unlock the terminal.
In step 212, when the trigger operation of the preset button is not detected within the third preset time period, the third screen locking interface is hidden and the standby state or the screen locking state is recovered.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, within a third preset time period for displaying the third screen locking interface, if the terminal does not detect the trigger operation of the preset button prompted by the third screen locking interface, the terminal may consider that the user does not see the third screen locking interface, and at this time, the terminal is likely to be in a pocket or a bag, and the user does not need to unlock the terminal, so that the terminal does not need to display a password unlocking interface, but can hide the third screen locking interface and recover to a standby state or a screen locking state, and of course, the terminal can also directly turn off the screen when the trigger operation is not detected, so as to save electric quantity. In one possible implementation manner, after the terminal is turned off, if a trigger operation on a designated key (e.g., a power key) is detected, the terminal may display a main screen-locking interface shown in fig. 7. When the trigger operation of the appointed key is detected, the user can be considered to use the terminal, so that the main screen locking interface is displayed, the user can re-enter the password unlocking interface through the main screen locking interface, and a mode of entering the password unlocking interface is provided.
In the above steps 210 to 212, before the terminal displays the password unlocking interface, the terminal requires the user to perform a trigger operation on the preset button by displaying the third screen locking interface, and confirms whether the user is currently using the terminal according to whether the user feedback is obtained, and then adopts a proper processing mode according to the user use condition, so that the problems of unnecessary resource consumption and terminal locking caused by misoperation are avoided. The steps 210 to 212 are a possible processing method adopted by the terminal when the number of fingerprint errors is greater than the second preset number, and actually, the terminal may not perform the steps 210 to 212, but perform the following steps 213 to 215.
In step 213, when the fingerprint error count is greater than a second predetermined count, a password unlock interface is displayed, where the second predetermined count is greater than the first predetermined count, and the password unlock interface is used to prompt a user to input a password to unlock.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the number of times of fingerprint errors is greater than the second preset number of times, the terminal may directly display the password unlocking interface shown in fig. 5. The terminal can set the display duration of the password unlocking interface to be a fourth preset duration, and take different processing measures according to whether the user performs password input operation within the fourth preset duration. For example, if the user performs a password input operation within a fourth preset time period, the terminal may compare the input password with a pre-stored password when detecting the password input operation, and unlock the terminal if the input password is the same as the pre-stored password. If the user does not perform the password input operation, the terminal may perform the following step 214.
When the number of times of fingerprint errors is too large, the terminal can display the password unlocking interface in time, so that when the user really needs to unlock the terminal, the terminal can quickly provide the password unlocking interface for the user to unlock, and the user can be prevented from waiting for too long time.
In step 214, when the password input operation on the password unlocking interface is not detected within the fourth preset time period, the standby state or the screen locking state is recovered.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, within a fourth preset time period of displaying the password unlocking interface, if the terminal does not detect the password input operation on the fourth screen locking interface, the terminal may consider that the user does not see the password interface, and at this time, the terminal is likely to be in a pocket or a bag, and the user does not need to unlock the terminal, so that the terminal does not need to display the password unlocking interface, can hide the password unlocking interface, and recovers to the standby state or the screen locking state.
In step 215, when the trigger operation on the designated key is detected, displaying a second screen locking interface or a third screen locking interface, where the designated key is used to light the screen of the terminal, the second screen locking interface is used to prompt the user to perform a designated sliding operation to unlock with the password, and the third screen locking interface is used to prompt the user to perform a trigger operation on the preset button to unlock with the password.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal is restored to the standby state or the screen locking state, a user may perform a trigger operation on an assigned key (such as a power key) to light a screen of the terminal, and while the terminal is lighted, the second screen locking interface shown in fig. 4 or the third screen locking interface shown in fig. 10 may be displayed, so that after the user needs to perform a manual operation according to a prompt, the terminal may display a password unlocking interface for the user to use a password to unlock the terminal.
For the situation that the terminal displays the second screen locking interface, similar to step 208, after the terminal displays the second screen locking interface, when the specified sliding operation is detected within the second preset time period, the password unlocking interface is continuously displayed.
For the situation that the terminal displays the third screen locking interface, similar to step 210, after the terminal displays the third screen locking interface, when the trigger operation on the preset button is detected within the third preset time period, the password unlocking interface is continuously displayed.
Under any one of the above screen locking interfaces, if the user triggers the preset button according to the prompt, the terminal can think that the user needs to unlock the terminal currently, so that the password unlocking interface is continuously displayed, and the user can input the password in the password unlocking interface to unlock the terminal. The continuous display of the password unlocking interface is triggered by the operation of a user, so that the problem that the terminal is directly locked due to too many times of password errors caused by multiple times of misoperation is effectively solved.
In the above steps 213 to 215, when the number of times of fingerprint error is too large, the password unlocking interface is directly displayed, but after the screen is turned off due to timeout, if the screen is turned on again, a screen locking interface is displayed first, and the user is required to perform corresponding operations according to the prompt, and then the password unlocking interface is continuously displayed. The continuous display of the password unlocking interface is triggered by the operation of a user, so that the problem that the terminal is directly locked due to too many times of password errors caused by multiple times of misoperation is effectively solved.
The steps 207 to 209, 210 to 212, and 213 to 215 are three processing modes of the terminal when the fingerprint error count is greater than a second predetermined count. In steps 207 to 209 and steps 210 to 212, the terminal displays a screen locking interface before displaying the password unlocking interface, and displays the password unlocking interface when detecting the operation of the user; in steps 213 to 215, the terminal directly displays the password unlocking interface, after the screen is turned off due to timeout, if the screen is turned on again, a screen locking interface is displayed first, and when the user operation is detected, the password unlocking interface is continuously displayed.
In addition, the terminal can display the first lock screen interface to not execute the fingerprint unlocking operation, and a user is required to input the fingerprint again to unlock the terminal after performing manual operation according to the prompt of the first lock screen interface, so that the probability of occurrence of misoperation is reduced to a certain extent, and the problem that the fingerprint is locked due to too many times of errors caused by misoperation is avoided.
In addition, when the number of times of fingerprint errors reaches a higher threshold, the terminal can display a screen locking interface which needs manual operation by a user before displaying the password unlocking interface so as to further confirm whether the user needs to unlock the terminal currently, if the user operates according to the prompt of the screen locking interface, the terminal can display the password unlocking interface, and because the display of the password unlocking interface is triggered by the user operation, the situation that the number of times of password errors is too large generally can not occur, the problem that the number of times of password errors is too large due to multiple times of misoperation, and the terminal is directly locked under the situation that the user does not know, is effectively avoided.
