Abstract
The invention discloses a heat-dissipation dustproof aluminum frame of a wall-embedded refrigerator, which consists of an upper dustproof heat-dissipation assembly, a side frame and a bottom heat-dissipation assembly; the upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly comprises an upper frame, a middle dustproof heat dissipation strip and a bottom edge dustproof heat dissipation strip which are sequentially connected in an inserted mode; the side frame is composed of a transverse U-shaped outer decorative plate and a longitudinal U-shaped mounting plate which are connected along the edge; the bottom heat dissipation assembly comprises a clamping strip and a heat dissipation component arranged in a clamping opening on the clamping strip, and the heat dissipation component comprises heat dissipation fins and U-shaped covers arranged at two ends of the heat dissipation fins. The heat dissipation structure of the invention does not need power consumption, has simple structure and low cost, solves the heat dissipation problem of the in-wall refrigerator, has good heat dissipation effect, solves the problem of dust accumulation at the top of the refrigerator, and integrates heat dissipation, dust prevention and attractive appearance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a refrigerator heat dissipation structure, in particular to a wall-in type refrigerator heat dissipation dustproof aluminum frame.
Background
In modern families, in order to save space or make space layout beautiful and the like, the refrigerator is usually designed into a wall, when the refrigerator runs, the two sides and the back of the refrigerator can generate higher temperature, the problem of heat dissipation of the refrigerator after entering the wall is obvious, and flowing air is needed for heat dissipation. And because the space at the top of the refrigerator is small, dust deposited at the top of the refrigerator is not easy to clean, and the problems cause inconvenience to users in the use process of the wall-in type refrigerator.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

the upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly comprises an upper frame, a middle dustproof heat dissipation strip and a bottom edge dustproof heat dissipation strip which are sequentially connected in an inserted mode; the upper frame comprises a U-shaped outer decoration plate, an I-shaped mounting plate and an arc-shaped fin for connecting the U-shaped outer decoration plate and the I-shaped mounting plate, the inner side surface of a connection area of the I-shaped mounting plate and the arc-shaped fin is provided with an inserting strip, and the outer side surface of the arc-shaped fin is provided with a screw hole for connecting the side frame; the middle dustproof heat dissipation strip comprises a vertical dustproof plate, inserting strips and inserting grooves matched with the inserting strips in shape are respectively arranged along the lower edge and the upper edge of the dustproof plate, and arc-shaped fins bent downwards are arranged on the outer side surface of the dustproof plate; the bottom edge dustproof heat dissipation strip comprises a vertical dustproof plate, inserting strips and inserting grooves matched with the inserting strips in shape are respectively formed along the lower edge and the upper edge of the dustproof plate, and arc-shaped fins which are bent downwards and provided with notches facilitating the rotation of a refrigerator door shaft on the lower edges of two ends are formed on the outer side surface of the dustproof plate;

the bottom heat dissipation assembly comprises a clamping strip and a heat dissipation component arranged in a clamping opening on the clamping strip, and the heat dissipation component comprises heat dissipation fins and U-shaped covers arranged at two ends of the heat dissipation fins; the radiating fins comprise a transverse upper shield plate, a transverse lower shield plate and clamp spring mounting plates which are respectively connected to the outer edges of the upper shield plate and the lower shield plate along two ends, screw holes for connecting the U-shaped cover are respectively formed in the upper edge and the lower edge of the inner side surface of each clamp spring mounting plate, clamp springs capable of being clamped with the bayonet are fixed in the middle area, and arc-shaped fins for connecting the two clamp spring mounting plates are formed in the outer side surfaces of the two clamp spring mounting plates.
The heat-dissipation dustproof aluminum frame of the wall-embedded refrigerator is characterized in that arc-shaped fins are arranged on the outer side surface of the connection bending position of the clamp spring mounting plate and the upper masking plate.
The heat dissipation structure of the invention has the advantages of no power consumption, simple structure, low cost, good heat dissipation effect, capability of solving the heat dissipation problem of the wall-in refrigerator, capability of solving the problem of dust accumulation at the top of the refrigerator, and integration of heat dissipation, dust prevention and beauty.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
The mounting and use structure of the present invention is shown in fig. 10, and the exploded structure is shown in fig. 1, and the present invention is composed of an upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly, a side frame 2 and a bottom heat dissipation assembly.
The upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly comprises an upper frame 1, a middle dustproof heat dissipation strip 3 and a bottom side dustproof heat dissipation strip 4 which are sequentially connected in an inserting mode, and as shown in the figure 2, the upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly is an aluminum alloy extruded section. The cross-sectional structure of the upper frame 1 is shown in fig. 4, and the cross-sectional structure is divided into three parts according to the shape, the action and the position: the U-shaped outer decorative plate 7, the I-shaped mounting plate 13 and the arc-shaped fins 11; the U-shaped outer decorative plate 7 is provided with a vertical flat plate-shaped bottom edge and a transverse flat plate-shaped side edge; the I-shaped mounting plate 13 is of a flat plate structure, and is provided with a mounting hole for fixing on a wall; the two side edges of the arc-shaped fins 11 are respectively connected with the side edge of the U-shaped external decorative plate 7 and one side edge of the I-shaped mounting plate 13; in addition, the inner side surface of the connection area between the I-shaped mounting plate 13 and the arc-shaped fin 11 is provided with an inserting strip 9, and the outer side surface of the arc-shaped fin 11 is provided with a screw hole 8 for connecting the side frame 2. The cross-sectional structure of the middle dustproof heat dissipation strip 3 is shown in fig. 5, and the cross-sectional structure of the middle dustproof heat dissipation strip 3 is divided into a dustproof plate 12, an arc-shaped fin 11, an inserting strip 9 and a slot 10 according to the positions and functions of all parts; the dust guard 12 is a vertically arranged flat plate structure, the lower outer side face and the upper outer side face of the dust guard 12 are respectively provided with an inserting strip 9 and a slot 10 matched with the inserting strip in shape, and the middle area of the outer side face of the dust guard 12 is provided with an arc-shaped fin 11 bent downwards. The bottom side dustproof heat dissipation strip 4 is basically the same as the middle dustproof heat dissipation strip 3 in structure, and the difference is that the bottom side dustproof heat dissipation strip 3 is provided with notches 6 (shown in figure 2) which are convenient for the rotation of a refrigerator door shaft at two ends of the lower edge of an arc-shaped fin 11.
The cross-sectional structure of the side frame 2 is shown in fig. 6, which is divided into two U-shaped structures, namely a transverse U-shaped outer decoration plate 7 and a longitudinal U-shaped mounting plate 14, wherein one side edge of the U-shaped outer decoration plate 7 is connected with one side edge of the U-shaped mounting plate 14, and the notch of the U-shaped mounting plate 14 faces outwards.
The structure of the bottom heat sink assembly is shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bottom heat sink assembly includes a clamping bar 18 and a heat sink member 5 mounted on the clamping bar 18, and the heat sink member 5 includes heat sink fins and U-shaped covers 19 mounted at both ends of the heat sink fins. The clamping strip 18 is fixed on the refrigerator and is positioned below the refrigerator door, and a bayonet 21 is arranged on the clamping strip. The cross-sectional structure of one end of the radiating fin is shown in fig. 9, and the radiating fin comprises a transverse upper masking plate 16, a transverse lower masking plate 17 and clamp spring mounting plates 15 respectively connected to two ends of the outer edge of the upper masking plate 16 and the outer edge of the lower masking plate 17, wherein the end of the upper masking plate 16 is provided with a certain length of retraction relative to the end of the lower masking plate 17, so that the purpose of facilitating the rotation of a door shaft when the refrigerator door is opened and closed is the same as that of the openings 6 on the arc-shaped fins 11 of the bottom-edge dustproof radiating strip 4. Screw holes 8 for connecting a U-shaped cover 19 are respectively formed in the upper edge and the lower edge of the inner side surface of the clamp spring mounting plate 15, and a clamp spring 20 capable of being clamped with a bayonet 21 on a clamp strip 18 is fixed in the middle area of the inner side surface of the clamp spring mounting plate 15; the outer side surfaces of the two clamp spring mounting plates 15 are provided with arc-shaped fins 11 connected with the two clamp spring mounting plates 15; in addition, the outer side surface of the connection bending part of the clamp spring mounting plate 15 and the upper mask plate 16 is also provided with an arc-shaped fin 11, so that the heat dissipation effect can be enhanced.
When the refrigerator is installed and used, as shown in fig. 3, according to the distance between the top of the refrigerator and the top space of the wall body, a plurality of middle dustproof heat dissipation strips 3 are firstly inserted into the upper frame 1, and then the bottom side dustproof heat dissipation strips 4 are inserted into the middle dustproof heat dissipation strips 3 on the lowest side. Then, the upper end (pre-perforated) of the side frame 2 and the upper frame 1 (pre-provided with the screw hole 8) are fixed through screws. Then the upper frame 1 and the side frames 2 are respectively fixed on the wall body by using screws. After the refrigerator is arranged, the bottom heat dissipation assembly is buckled at the position below a refrigerator lower side door of the refrigerator, the clamp springs 20 on the inner side faces of the clamp spring mounting plates 15 are buckled in the bayonets 21 of the clamp strips 18, the U-shaped covers 19 at the two ends of the bottom heat dissipation assembly are buckled on the inner side faces of the side frames 2 on the two sides in an inserting mode, on one hand, elastic contact is formed, on the other hand, the rotating shaft portion of the refrigerator door is shielded, the appearance is attractive, and therefore the dustproof heat dissipation aluminum frame of the refrigerator is installed.
The structure of the invention perfectly solves the dustproof problem of the wall-in type refrigerator, greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the refrigerator, and greatly reduces the temperature of the north and the side of the refrigerator.

1. A wall-embedded type refrigerator heat dissipation dustproof aluminum frame is characterized by comprising an upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly, a side frame and a bottom heat dissipation assembly;
the upper dustproof heat dissipation assembly comprises an upper frame, a middle dustproof heat dissipation strip and a bottom edge dustproof heat dissipation strip which are sequentially connected in an inserted mode; the upper frame comprises a U-shaped outer decoration plate, an I-shaped mounting plate and an arc-shaped fin for connecting the U-shaped outer decoration plate and the I-shaped mounting plate, the inner side surface of a connection area of the I-shaped mounting plate and the arc-shaped fin is provided with an inserting strip, and the outer side surface of the arc-shaped fin is provided with a screw hole for connecting the side frame; the middle dustproof heat dissipation strip comprises a vertical dustproof plate, inserting strips and inserting grooves matched with the inserting strips in shape are respectively arranged along the lower edge and the upper edge of the dustproof plate, and arc-shaped fins bent downwards are arranged on the outer side surface of the dustproof plate; the bottom edge dustproof heat dissipation strip comprises a vertical dustproof plate, inserting strips and inserting grooves matched with the inserting strips in shape are respectively formed along the lower edge and the upper edge of the dustproof plate, and arc-shaped fins which are bent downwards and provided with notches facilitating the rotation of a refrigerator door shaft on the lower edges of two ends are formed on the outer side surface of the dustproof plate;
