the fat injection assembly comprises a fat injection power device, a fat injection plug seat device and a fat injection device;
the grease injection power device comprises a grease injection cylinder (15), a grease injection cylinder mounting frame (14) and a grease injection piston (16), wherein the grease injection cylinder mounting frame (14) is arranged on the upper surface of the replacement sleeve cover plate (9), and the grease injection cylinder (15) is arranged on the grease injection cylinder mounting frame; the upper end of the grease injection piston (16) is connected with a cylinder shaft of a grease injection cylinder (15), and the lower end of the grease injection piston is inserted into the grease injection plug seat device;
the fat injection plug seat device comprises a fat injection plug seat (13) and a fat injection plug seat cover plate (17), wherein the section of the fat injection plug seat (13) is in a convex shape, a vertical piston hole for inserting a fat injection piston (16) is formed in the middle of the fat injection plug seat, the fat injection plug seat (13) is arranged on a fat injection replacement sleeve (20) exposed from the middle hole of a replacement sleeve cover plate (9), and the piston hole of the fat injection plug seat is communicated with a fat injection replacement sleeve through hole (30) on the fat injection replacement sleeve (20);
the fat injection device comprises a fat injection head (10) and a fat injection connector (11), wherein a vertical fat injection connector inner through hole (22) is formed in the middle of the fat injection connector (11), and the upper end of the fat injection connector (11) is connected with the lower part of a fat injection replacement sleeve through hole (30) of a fat injection replacement sleeve (20); the upper end of the grease injection head (10) is connected with the lower end of the grease injection connector (11), and more than two grease injection nozzles (33) are arranged at the lower end of the grease injection head.
