Abstract

本发明公开一种地沟排风用圆形调节阀,包括安装在圆形壳体内的固定中轴、穿过固定中轴的螺纹丝杆以及螺纹丝杆顶端连接的旋转手轮;叶片与固定中轴铰接连接;所述螺纹丝杆中部与叶片通过连杆铰接连接,螺纹丝杆与连杆由主动轴铰接,连杆与叶片由从动轴铰接,所述叶片处于水平状态时与所述圆形壳体的内壁面密封接触。本发明嵌套安装在地面排风格栅下部的埋地圆形风管上,取下排风格栅即可通过旋转手轮调节叶片开度,在地面上即可实现排风格栅风量的有效调节与控制,进而使得整个排风系统高效运行,解决了地沟排风系统调节阀安装不便、调节困难、运行效果不好的难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及地沟排风技术领域,具体涉及一种地沟排风用圆形调节阀。
背景技术
以汽车工厂检测线为例,机动车上线检测时一般以低速驶入每个工位,且受检时多处于怠速工况,有些处于加速工况。在受检的若干分钟内,大量的机动车废气排放在检测线上,其主要成份为碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、含铅化合物等对人体有害气体。由于线上部分检测工作仍需人员操作完成,因此及时将机动车废气排出,为操作人员营造可接受的空气品质尤为重要。
目前检测线通风多采用地沟机械排风的形式,通过检测线地面排风钢格栅、地沟风道、风机等将机动车废气排至室外。由于排风系统主要部件位于地面下,不便设置调节阀,导致地沟通风效果不好,检测线空气品质较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种用于地沟机械排风系统中的地沟排风用圆形调节阀,嵌套安装在埋地圆形风管上、地面排风格栅下,可实现排风格栅风量的有效控制与调节。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种地沟排风用圆形调节阀,包括安装在圆形壳体内的固定中轴、穿过固定中轴的螺纹丝杆以及螺纹丝杆顶端连接的旋转手轮;叶片与固定中轴铰接连接;所述螺纹丝杆中部与叶片通过连杆铰接连接,螺纹丝杆与连杆由主动轴铰接,连杆与叶片由从动轴铰接,所述叶片处于水平状态时与所述圆形壳体的内壁面密封接触。
所述固定中轴的两端焊接在圆形壳体的内侧,所述螺纹丝杆穿过固定中轴上的螺纹孔并能通过螺纹上下移动。
所述圆形壳体的顶部延伸外折形成滚边,所述圆形壳体通过滚边嵌套安装在排风格栅下面的埋地圆形风管中。
本发明调节阀嵌套安装在地面排风格栅下部的埋地圆形风管上,取下排风格栅即可通过旋转手轮调节叶片开度,在地面上即可实现排风格栅风量的有效调节与控制,进而使得整个排风系统高效运行,解决了地沟排风系统调节阀安装不便、调节困难、运行效果不好的难题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参见附图1-2所示,一种地沟排风用圆形调节阀,包括安装在圆形壳体9内的固定中轴2、穿过固定中轴2的螺纹丝杆5以及螺纹丝杆5顶端连接的旋转手轮1;两个叶片3与固定中轴2铰接连接并对称设置;所述螺纹丝杆5中部与叶片3通过连杆4铰接连接,螺纹丝杆5与连杆4由主动轴6铰接,连杆4与叶片3由从动轴7铰接;所述叶片处于水平状态时与所述圆形壳体的内壁面密封接触,所述壳体的顶部外围有向外延伸的滚边8,调节阀通过滚边8嵌套安装在排风格栅10下面的埋地圆形风管11中。
所述固定中轴为截面为矩形状的管状体,所述固定中轴的两端焊接在调节阀的圆形壳体的内侧,中部加工有螺纹孔,所述螺纹丝杆穿过固定中轴上的螺纹孔并能通过螺纹孔内的螺纹上下移动。
所述叶片的外侧端面为圆弧状面,与所述圆形壳体的内壁面的弧度相适应,所述叶片处于水平状态时与所述圆形壳体的内壁面密封接触,并可90°范围内任意角度调节位置并被锁定在相应的位置。
具体的,所述圆形壳体的上端及下端开口,形成一个圆形的两端开口的带有滚边8的圆形筒状结构。所述圆形壳体可以是通过一个钢板卷成筒状后于侧面相焊接形成。
本发明的工作原理如下:
取下安装在地面12位置处的排风格栅10,在地面上通过旋转手轮1带动螺纹丝杆5上下移动,进而通过连杆4调节叶片3的开度,实现排风格栅10风量的有效控制与调节。
该调节阀取下其上部的排风格栅即可通过旋转手轮带动螺纹丝杆上下移动,进而通过连杆调节叶片开度,操作简单,在地面上即可实现排风格栅风量的有效调节与控制,进而使得整个排风系统高效运行,解决了诸如汽车工厂检测线等地沟排风系统调节困难的问题。
具体实现上,所述固定中轴2、叶片3、滚边8以及壳体9采用冷轧或热镀锌钢板;所述旋转手轮1及连杆4采用低碳钢;所述螺纹丝杆5、主动轴6以及从动轴7采用Q235低碳钢。
所述的圆形壳体的公称直径规格应根据其嵌套安装的圆形风管尺寸确定。
本发明属于对开式调节阀的一种,其调节性能可参照对开式调节阀性能曲线,参见图3,图中μ表示调节风量比,指阀门处于各开启度时的风量与最大开度时风量的比值;α表示阀门开启角度;ξ0表示所在通风系统中除该发明外的全部阻力系数和。图3给出了ξ0=0.1、1、10、100时的调节阀性能曲线,表明本调节阀的调节性能优异。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
制作快捷,可根据埋地圆形风管尺寸定制;安装方便,调节阀嵌套安装在地面排风格栅下部的埋地圆形风管上,解决了检测线地沟排风系统传统调节阀安装不便的问题;操作简单,取下排风格栅即可通过旋转手轮调节叶片开度,在地面上即可实现排风格栅风量的有效调节与控制;手轮驱动,叶片可90°范围内任意角度调节并锁定。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种地沟排风用圆形调节阀,其特征在于,包括安装在圆形壳体内的固定中轴、穿过固定中轴的螺纹丝杆以及螺纹丝杆顶端连接的旋转手轮;两个叶片与固定中轴铰接连接并对称设置;所述螺纹丝杆中部与叶片通过连杆铰接连接,螺纹丝杆与连杆由主动轴铰接,连杆与叶片由从动轴铰接;所述叶片处于水平状态时与所述圆形壳体的内壁面密封接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述地沟排风用圆形调节阀,其特征在于,所述固定中轴的两端焊接在圆形壳体的内侧,所述螺纹丝杆穿过固定中轴上的螺纹孔并能通过螺纹上下移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述地沟排风用圆形调节阀,其特征在于,所述圆形壳体的顶部延伸外折形成滚边,所述圆形壳体通过滚边嵌套安装在排风格栅下面的埋地圆形风管中。
