本发明涉及一种洁净车间用防漏风门，包括门体和门框，门体经活页安装于门框，门框内侧安装有一圈内框板，内框板侧面对门体的四边缘限位，内框板侧面安装有密封胶条，密封胶条为中空管状，密封胶条的截面呈半圆形，密封胶条背部平面经胶贴于门内框板的侧面；门体外板的边缘处设有一道以上的凸条，门体关闭时，凸条挤压于密封胶条。

技术领域
本发明涉及洁净车间门，具体涉及一种洁净车间用防漏风门。
背景技术
洁净车间的空气质量要求较高，需要保证空气的温度、湿度以及颗料物的数量，故洁净车间对门窗的密封要求较高。现有门的密封通常采用密封胶条的方式，即在门体与门框间设置密封胶条。这种密封方式的缺陷在于，当密封胶条老化或者门体表面的平面度不达标时，门体与密封条间会产生间隙，会发生漏风的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封性能好的防漏风门，以满足洁净车间的使用需求。
本发明采取的技术方案为：
洁净车间用防漏风门，包括门体和门框，门体经活页安装于门框，门框内侧安装有一圈内框板，内框板侧面对门体的四边缘限位，其特征在于，所述内框板侧面安装有密封胶条，密封胶条为中空管状，密封胶条的截面呈半圆形，密封胶条背部平面经胶贴于门内框板的侧面；所述门体外板的边缘处设有一道以上的凸条，门体关闭时，凸条挤压于密封胶条。
进一步地，门框的四个内框板上均安装有密封胶条；四内框板的密封胶条首尾连接形成闭合的密封胶条圈。
进一步地，所述门体外侧面的四边的边缘处分别安装有凸条，所述四条边的凸条首尾连接形成与密封胶条圈对应的闭合凸条圈。
进一步的，所述门体与门框间安装有闭门释放器。
采取以上技术方案后，本发明的有益效果为：在现有技术基础上，门体挤压密封胶条形成初步密封，再利用门体上的一圈或多圈凸条与门框板上的一圈中空密封圈挤压配合，形成密闭，解决了因密封条老化或者门体变形等造成的漏风问题。该密封方案可以在门体轻微变形或者配合有偏差的情况下仍然达到较好的密封效果，有效防止漏风。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述：
如图1-3所示，洁净车间用防漏风门，包括门体1和门框2，门体1经活页安装于门框2，门体与门框间安装有闭门释放器，避免门长时间打开。门框2内侧安装有一圈内框板3，内框板3侧面对门体1的四边缘限位，门框的四个内框板3上均安装有密封胶条4，四内框板的密封胶条首尾连接形成闭合的密封胶条圈。密封胶条4为中空管状，密封胶条4的截面呈半圆形，密封胶条4背部平面经胶贴于门内框板3的侧面。
门体外侧面的四边的边缘处分别安装有凸条5，四条边的凸条5首尾连接形成与密封胶条圈对应的闭合凸条圈。门体关闭时，凸条5挤压密封胶条4，使得密封胶条4内陷形成密封。
如图4，为了得到更好的密封效果，还可以采取两道凸条挤压密封胶条，在密封胶条表面形成两道内陷槽。

1.洁净车间用防漏风门，包括门体和门框，门体经活页安装于门框，门框内侧安装有一圈内框板，内框板侧面对门体的四边缘限位，其特征在于，所述内框板侧面安装有密封胶条，密封胶条为中空管状，密封胶条的截面呈半圆形，密封胶条背部平面经胶贴于门内框板的侧面；所述门体外板的边缘处设有一道以上的凸条，门体关闭时，凸条挤压于密封胶条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁净车间用防漏风门，其特征在于，门框的四个内框板上均安装有密封胶条；四内框板的密封胶条首尾连接形成闭合的密封胶条圈。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的洁净车间用防漏风门，其特征在于，所述门体外侧面的四边的边缘处分别安装有凸条，所述四条边的凸条首尾连接形成与密封胶条圈对应的闭合凸条圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洁净车间用防漏风门，其特征在于，所述门体与门框间安装有闭门释放器。
