Technical Field
The invention relates to butt joint and support of steel pipes, in particular to a butt joint piece and a butt joint method for butt joint and support of a monorail steel pipe.
Background
At present, the support of the steel pipes usually uses welding technology, and the types of the axial connection between the steel pipes are generally used as follows:
(1) welding: firstly, respectively forming an inclined groove at the butt joint of two steel pipes, and then welding;
(2) flange connection type: firstly, welding a flange plate at the butt joint of two steel pipes respectively, and then connecting the two steel pipes by high-strength bolts.
The welding type has the advantages of good structural integrity and the defects of high dependence of welding quality control on the technical level of an operator and easy induction of potential safety hazards; the flange connection type has the advantages of avoiding the defects of the welding type, but also has the defects of the flange connection type: the flange plate has a larger diameter than the steel pipe, and the formed projecting edge with a larger size can influence the arrangement of other mechanisms and the aesthetic appearance of the whole structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of potential safety hazards and overlarge size of a connecting part in the welding technology in the background technology, the invention aims to provide a connecting piece and a method for butt joint and support of a monorail steel pipe.
In order to solve the technical problem, the solution of the invention is as follows:
the connecting piece based on butt joint and support of steel pipe, including the butt joint part of steel pipe and the support part of steel pipe, the butt joint part of steel pipe includes first steel pipe, second steel pipe, picture peg and backing plate, picture peg overall structure is cross, and there is the fender shoulder at the axial both ends of picture peg, the thickness of keeping off the shoulder is the thickness of backing plate. The width that the axial groove of butt joint end upside is the width of picture peg upper end, and the width that the axial groove of butt joint end downside is close to the butt joint end is the width of stay tube, and the width that the butt joint end was kept away from to the axial groove of downside is the width of picture peg lower extreme, and the width that the axial groove of butt joint end both sides is close to the butt joint end is the sum of the thickness of backing plate thickness and picture peg side, keeps away from the width of butt joint end for the notch width that is close to the butt joint end and the thickness sum that keeps off the shoulder.
The supporting part of the steel pipe comprises a supporting pipe, end grooves are formed in two side faces, parallel to the butt joint face, of the supporting end of the supporting pipe, the width of each end groove is the width of the lower end of the inserting plate, and the depth of each end groove is the distance between the bottom of the axial groove, close to the butt joint end, of the side end of the butt joint steel pipe and the bottom of the butt joint steel pipe.
Compared with the background art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the stress performance of the steel pipe joint is good. The two steel pipes are in rigid connection by butting insertion plates, and various internal forces such as axial force, bending moment, torque and the like can be effectively transmitted.
(2) The construction is convenient and safe, and the connection quality is easy to control. The butt joint and the support of the steel pipes adopt a non-welding mode, so that the construction and the installation are convenient, and the dependence of the butt joint and the support quality on the technical level of a welder is eliminated. Meanwhile, no welding working mode can avoid fire hazard.
(3) The butt joint of the steel pipes is combined with the support of the butt joint. The single-rail connecting device is suitable for long-distance single-rail connection.
(4) The pipe diameter area is not increased at the butt joint of the steel pipes. A projecting edge of a large size is not formed so as not to affect the arrangement of other mechanisms and the aesthetic appearance of the whole structure.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the whole structure of the insert plate 4 is cross-shaped, and the two axial ends of the insert plate 4 are provided with the retaining shoulders 6, and the thickness of the retaining shoulders 6 is equal to that of the backing plate 3.

The supporting part of the steel pipe comprises a first steel pipe 1, a second steel pipe 2 and a supporting pipe 5, end grooves 10 are formed in two side faces, parallel to the butt joint face, of the supporting end of the supporting pipe 5, the width of each end groove 10 is the width of the lower end of the inserting plate 4, and the depth of each end groove 10 is the distance between the bottom of the axial groove, close to the butt joint end, of the side end of the butt joint steel pipe and the bottom of the butt joint steel pipe. As shown in figure 1, one end of the inserting plate 4 is embedded into the axial groove of the first steel pipe 1, the other end of the inserting plate is embedded into the axial groove of the second steel pipe 2, the inserting plate 4 is clamped by the retaining shoulder 6 when falling to the bottom, two backing plates 3 are respectively inserted into the gaps of the axial grooves 7 at two sides and fixed by connecting glue, and the supporting end of the supporting pipe 5 is inserted into the groove at the bottom of the butt joint end and fixedly connected.
