Referring to FIG. 2, a schematic representation of a toilet device capable of embodying the principles of the present invention is representatively illustrated in FIG. 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the lavatory proposed by the present invention is explained by taking a sink having a faucet 400 as an example. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications, additions, substitutions, deletions, or other changes may be made to the specific embodiments described below in order to adapt the design of the lavatory to other lavatories having the faucet 400, and such changes are within the scope of the principles of the lavatory as set forth in the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the toilet apparatus provided by the present invention mainly includes a tub 100, a faucet 400, and a linkage lever 500. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the toilet apparatus in use, particularly illustrating the operation of the faucet 400 when it is open and the water valve 300 closes the drain opening of the basin 100. A schematic structure of a link lever 500 of the lavatory device is representatively illustrated in fig. 4. Fig. 5 representatively illustrates an enlarged view of the switch handle 420 of the faucet 400 of the lavatory. The structure, connection mode and functional relationship of the main components of the toilet set proposed by the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the above drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the tub body 100 is formed with a drain hole 110 for connecting with a drain pipe of a toilet, and the water valve 300 is positioned in the drain pipe below the drain hole 110 in a non-blocking state. The faucet 400 includes a body spout 410 provided to the bowl 100 and a switch handle 420 provided on the top of the body spout 410. Specifically, the rear portion of the switch handle 420 is installed at the top of the body nozzle 410, the switch handle 420 is substantially horizontal when the faucet 400 is closed, and the faucet 400 opens water when the front portion of the switch handle 420 is lifted. The linkage lever 500 is disposed within the basin and faucet 400 and has a first end connected to the water valve 300 and a second end that passes through and is exposed to the top of the body spout 410. When the switch handle 420 (front portion) is turned upwards to turn on the faucet 400, the switch handle 420 (rear portion) presses the second end of the linkage lever 500 to move downwards, so that the first end of the linkage lever 500 is lifted, and the water valve 300 is driven to move upwards to block the water discharge hole 110.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, a contact slope is provided at the bottom of the switch handle 420 (rear portion), and a pressure receiving block 521 is provided at the second end of the interlock lever 500, and the contact slope corresponds to the position of the pressure receiving block 521 and substantially matches the shape thereof. Accordingly, when the switch handle 420 is turned up to turn on the faucet 400, the contact pressure slope contacts the pressure receiving block 521 and moves down, and when the faucet 400 is turned off, the contact pressure slope does not contact the pressure receiving block 521. In other embodiments, the design of the contact pressure inclined plane and the pressed block 521 in contact pressure fit can also be realized by other structures, and is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the switch handle 420 is further provided with an adjustment switch 421, a touch pad 422, and a connection mechanism connected therebetween. Specifically, the contact block 422 is provided at a position of the switch handle 420 corresponding to the second end, i.e., a position where the inclined surface is contacted. The adjusting switch 421 can control the touching block 422 to extend or retract through the connecting mechanism. The design of the adjusting switch 421, the touching and pressing block 422 and the connecting mechanism can refer to the structure of an automatic pen, for example, when the adjusting switch 421 is pressed once, the touching and pressing block 422 protrudes from the original position, and when the adjusting switch is pressed once again, the touching and pressing block 422 retracts to the original position. In other embodiments, the design of the adjusting switch 421, the touching block 422 and the connecting mechanism can be selected from other structures, for example, by connecting through a structure similar to the linkage lever 500, that is, pressing the adjusting switch 421, the touching block 422 protrudes from the original position, and releasing the adjusting switch 421, the touching block 422 retracts to the original position.
With the above design, when the switch handle 420 is turned upwards, the pressing block 422 is in an original state and does not extend further relative to the pressing slope, and at this time, the pressing block 422 presses the pressed block 521, so that the water valve 300 blocks the water discharge hole 110 through the water discharge pipe. When the faucet 400 is in an open state, the adjusting switch 421 is pressed to drive the pressing block 422 to further extend toward the pressed block 521 relative to the pressing inclined plane, and the pressed block 521 drives the second end of the linkage lever 500 to further move downward, so that the water valve 300 further moves upward above the water discharge hole 110, thereby realizing the operation of controlling the water valve 300 to open when the faucet 400 is in the open state.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a return spring 522 is fitted around the interlocking lever 500. Specifically, one end of the return spring 522 is connected to the bottom of the pressure receiving block 521, i.e., to the second end of the linkage lever 500, and the other end of the return spring 522 is connected to the body nozzle 410, i.e., is fixed relatively at a position below the second end. Accordingly, when the pressing block 422 (or the pressing slope) of the switch handle 420 is not in contact with the pressed block 521, the return spring 522 returns the second end of the interlock lever 500 to move upward even if the pressed block 521 protrudes upward with respect to the top of the body nozzle 410.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the link lever 500 mainly includes a first guide bar 510, a second guide bar 520, and a link 530. The link lever 500 will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the first guide bar 510 is disposed in the drain pipe, and a top end of the first guide bar 510 connected to the water valve 300 is a first end of the linkage lever 500. The second guide 520 is disposed in the body nozzle 410 and the bowl 100 of the faucet 400, and the top end of the second guide 520 is the second end of the linkage lever 500. One end of the connecting rod 530 is extended into the drain pipe and connected to the first guide 510, and the other end of the connecting rod 530 is connected to the second guide 520. The link 530 is pivoted about a position where the link itself passes through the drain pipe, thereby performing a function of transmitting displacement between the first end and the second end of the link lever 500 in a cylinder rod manner.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the link 530 further includes a first link 531 and a second link 532. Wherein, one end of the first link 531 is connected to the first guide bar 510. One end of the second link 532 is connected to the second guide bar 520, and the other end of the first link 531 is adjustably connected to the second link 532 through a connection portion 5311. Specifically, the second link 532 has a plurality of positioning holes, and the connecting portion 5311 may generally include a positioning member and a clip engaged with an end thereof. In view of the above, the locating pin through the connecting portion 5311 of adjusting the first connecting rod 531 is located the locating hole of different positions on the second connecting rod 532, can realize the regulation to first connecting rod 531 and second connecting rod 532 relative position and angle to the realization is to the regulation of connecting rod 530 length, can adapt to the installation environment of heterogeneous basin, can adjust the moment of linkage lever 500 simultaneously, in order to adapt to different contact pressure. In other embodiments, the relative adjustment between the first link 531 and the second link 532 can be realized by other structures or methods, and the link 530 can also be an integrated structure, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a collar is disposed at a lower end of the first guide bar 510, and the first guide bar 510 is sleeved on a far end of the first link 531 through the collar. In other embodiments, the connection between the first guide bar 510 and the first link 531 may be realized by other structures or methods, such as a pin, and the like, which is not limited to the embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the second link 532 is adjustably connected to a lower portion of the second guide rod 520 by a connection portion 5321. Specifically, the connection portion 5321 is provided at an end portion of the second link 532 connected to the second guide bar 520, and the connection portion 5321 may generally include a positioning frame and a positioning pin. The second guide rod 520 penetrates through the positioning frame, and the positioning pin is adjustably arranged on the positioning frame and abuts against the second guide rod 520. Through the elasticity of adjusting the locating pin, can lock or loosen the relation of connection of second connecting rod 532 and second guide arm 520 to adjust the position of the relative second guide arm 520 of second connecting rod 532 tip when relaxing, can adapt to the installation environment of heterogeneous basin, can adjust the moment of linkage lever 500 simultaneously, with the different contact pressure of adaptation.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a guide pipe 210 is connected to a side of the water discharge pipe facing the faucet 400, and the interlocking lever 500 (i.e., the first link 531 of the link 530) passes through the guide pipe 210 and protrudes into the water discharge pipe to be connected to the water valve 300. Accordingly, the linkage lever 500 performs a linkage adjustment function of the lever with a position passing through the guide tube 210 as a fulcrum. In another embodiment, the guide pipe 210 may not be provided, and the interlocking lever 500 performs the interlocking adjustment function of the cylinder rod with a position passing through the drain pipe as a fulcrum, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, in the present embodiment, a sealing member 211 is provided in the guide duct 210, and the link 530 passes through the sealing member 211. Accordingly, since the conduit 210 is connected to the drain pipe, water in the drain pipe may be spilled into the conduit 210, and the sealing element 211 can prevent the water spilled into the conduit 210 from entering the basin 100 through the opening of the conduit 210 through which the linkage lever 500 passes.
In conjunction with the above detailed description of the respective main parts of the lavatory apparatus according to the present invention, the control principle of the lavatory apparatus will be briefly described below.
Normally, the faucet 400 is not opened, and the water valve 300 is located in the drain pipe below the drain hole 110.
When a user opens the faucet 400, the front end of the switch handle 420 is lifted, the contact pressure block 422 (or contact pressure inclined surface) at the bottom of the rear end of the switch handle 420 rotates along with the switch handle 420 and presses down the pressure block 521 at the top of the body nozzle 410, the pressure block 521 drives the second guide rod 520 of the linkage lever 500 to descend, the connecting rod 530 of the linkage lever 500 converts the descending of the second guide rod 520 into the ascending of the first guide rod 510 through the lever action, and therefore the first guide rod 510 drives the water valve 300 to ascend and block in the drain hole 110. To this end, the toilet set of the present invention realizes the synchronous operation of the opener of the faucet 400 and the water valve 300 closing the water discharge hole 110. On the contrary, the toilet device can also perform a synchronous operation of closing the faucet 400 and closing the water discharge hole 110 by contacting the water valve 300 based on a similar principle.
Further, when the faucet 400 is turned on and the water valve 300 closes the water discharge hole 110, if a user intends to open the water discharge hole 110, the adjustment switch 421 at the front end of the switch handle 420 is pressed, and the pressing-in of the adjustment switch 421 relative to the switch handle 420 is transmitted to the contact block 422 through the connection structure and converted into the protrusion of the contact block 422 relative to the switch handle 420. Accordingly, since the contact pressure block 422 is already in contact with the pressure receiving block 521 before the adjustment switch 421 is pressed, the further protrusion of the contact pressure block 422 presses the pressure receiving block 521 to further descend, so that the water valve 300 is driven to further ascend by the linkage lever 500, and the water valve 300 continues to ascend above the water discharge hole 110 from the height at which the water discharge hole 110 is blocked. So far, the toilet set proposed by the present invention further realizes the control of the water valve 300 when the water tap 400 is opened.
In summary, the washing device provided by the invention realizes the control of the water valve through the operation of the switch handle of the water tap by utilizing the design that one end of the linkage lever is connected with the water valve at the bottom of the basin body and the other end extends out of the water tap. The invention can realize the control of the water valve without adding extra operation, and simultaneously, the operation of the water tap is linked with the control operation of the water valve, thereby providing better use feeling for an operator.
It should be noted herein that the toilet devices illustrated in the drawings and described in this specification are but one example of the wide variety of toilet devices that can employ the principles of the present invention. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present invention are in no way limited to any of the details of the toilet device or any of the components of the toilet device shown in the drawings or described in this specification.
