firstly, prefabricating a round end-shaped steel pipe (1) in a factory: manufacturing an end plate (5) according to a designed size, and respectively arranging 1 anchor bolt hole (11) on the end plate (5) along the two sides of the transverse bridge of the pier; processing two flat steel plates (10) and two cold-bending formed semicircular steels (9) with the same shape according to the design size, welding the two flat steel plates (10) and the two semicircular steels (9) by adopting butt weld joints, and welding an upper end plate (5) at the bottom by adopting fillet weld joints, thereby forming a steel structure part of the round-end steel pipe concrete pier with buckling inhibition;
step two, prefabricating the reinforced concrete bearing platform (7) in a factory: binding a steel reinforcement cage according to the design size of a reinforced concrete bearing platform (7), arranging a metal corrugated sleeve (8) at the embedding position of a pier to reserve an embedding space for the pier before the reinforced concrete bearing platform (7) is poured, wherein the section size of the metal corrugated sleeve (8) is larger than the size of an end plate (5) at the bottom of the pier, and the height of the metal corrugated sleeve (8) is the embedding depth of the pier; and arranging an embedded anchor bolt (12) at a position aligned with the anchor bolt hole (11) on the end plate (5); pouring concrete to obtain a prefabricated reinforced concrete bearing platform (7);
step three, installing the reinforced concrete bearing platform (7) prefabricated in the step two according to a design position on a construction site, erecting the steel structure part of the buckling restrained round-ended concrete-filled steel tube pier prepared in the step one in a metal corrugated sleeve (8) in the reinforced concrete bearing platform (7) according to the end plate (5) downwards, aligning the embedded anchor bolt (12) with the anchor bolt hole (11) in the end plate (5), and connecting the steel structure part of the buckling restrained round-ended concrete-filled steel tube pier with the reinforced concrete bearing platform (7) through the anchor bolt connecting piece to temporarily fix the round-ended steel tube (1) at the designated position of the pier; then, concrete (2) is poured into the round-end-shaped steel pipe (1), so that the buckling restrained round-end-shaped steel pipe concrete pier is formed; a gap between the metal corrugated sleeve (8) and the buckling restrained round-end concrete-filled steel tube pier is filled with fiber reinforced cement (13);
and step four, after the fiber reinforced cement (13) reaches the strength, coating a Teflon coating (6) on a plastic hinge region at the bottom of the round-end-shaped steel pipe (1), bonding a rubber cushion layer (4) on the upper plane of the fiber reinforced cement (13) along the periphery of the pier bottom, installing a steel hoop (3) in the plastic hinge region at the bottom of the round-end-shaped steel pipe concrete pier and above the rubber cushion layer (4) and fastening the steel hoop by using a high-strength bolt (14).
