Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其包括空压机、缓冲罐、除油过滤器、冷冻干燥机、除尘过滤器和臭氧发生器,所述缓冲罐底部设有第一排水管,所述冷冻干燥机上设有第二排水管,所述第一排水管和所述第二排水管上均设置有电子排水器。本发明具有结构简单、设计巧妙、能够定时排水、减少压缩空气内水分、消除压缩空气内气味、延长设备使用寿命等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于纯净水灌装领域,特别关于一种用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,淡化后的海水需要用臭氧进行消毒杀菌,生成臭氧的空气中也需要保证足够的清洁,否则会影响淡化海水的品质。在缓冲罐中排水阀是手动开关,操作人员可能会由于不及时排放,导致空气内水分变多,再被带动进入冷冻干燥机内,加大其符合,增加能源浪费。还有,冷冻干燥机上的排水阀也是手动开关,若不及时排放,会有水汽被带入臭氧发生装置里面,导致里面的空气湿度较高,容易引起电气设备的腐蚀,产生设备故障。另外,空气内水分增多还会影响后续除油、除水的效果,导致最后的空气中杂质过多,影响淡化海水的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、设计巧妙、能够定时排水、减少压缩空气内水分、消除压缩空气内气味、延长设备使用寿命的用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置。
为达成上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:一种用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其包括空压机、缓冲罐、除油过滤器、冷冻干燥机、除尘过滤器和臭氧发生器,所述缓冲罐底部设有第一排水管,所述冷冻干燥机上设有第二排水管,所述第一排水管和所述第二排水管上均设置有电子排水器。
进一步地,其还包括有除味过滤器,所述除味过滤器设置于所述除尘过滤器和臭氧发生器之间。
进一步地,所述除味过滤器内设置为活性炭。
本发明具有的有益效果:
一、定时排水,减少人工排水的不确定性,节省人工。
二、结构简单、设计巧妙,便于大范围制造和推广使用。
三、减少压缩空气内的水分,减少对水汽对设备的腐蚀,消除空气内的异味,防止消毒时把异味带入淡化海水中,降低水的品质。

为进一步阐述本发明所采用的技术手段和达到的技术效果,以下结合实施例与附图详细说明。
参考图1,本发明用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其包括空压机10、缓冲罐20、除油过滤器30、冷冻干燥机40、除尘过滤器50、除味过滤器60和臭氧发生器70,所述缓冲罐20底部设有第一排水管21,所述冷冻干燥机40上设有第二排水管41,所述第一排水21管和所述第二排水管41上均设置有电子排水器80。除味过滤器60设置于所述除尘过滤器60和臭氧发生器70之间,除味过滤器60内设置为活性炭。
本发明的工作原理是:在第一排水管和第二排水管上都设置电子排水器,代替人工手动排水,防止不能及时排水从而导致压缩空气内的水分增加。而且还增加了除味过滤器,防止臭氧在给淡化海水消毒时把异味带入水中,造成水的品质降低。

1.一种用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其包括空压机、缓冲罐、除油过滤器、冷冻干燥机、除尘过滤器和臭氧发生器,所述缓冲罐底部设有第一排水管,所述冷冻干燥机上设有第二排水管,其特征在于:所述第一排水管和所述第二排水管上均设置有电子排水器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其特征在于:其还包括有除味过滤器,所述除味过滤器设置于所述除尘过滤器和臭氧发生器之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于淡化海水消毒的压缩空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述除味过滤器内设置为活性炭。
