技术领域
本发明涉及一种溜槽振打装置。
背景技术
在炼铁各生产单元,胶带输送机贯穿整个输送系统。溜槽是必不可少的一部分,溜槽堵料是皮带机作业现场的难题之一。目前处理堵料最为普遍的作法是,在溜槽受料面安装振动电机或振打板,配合防堵检测联锁投用。其作用就是一旦料斗发生大量积料,触动防堵装置动作,使得皮带机停止运行,避免事态恶化。振动电机主要是通过强制性振动,实现局部共振来清除受料面挂料。振动幅度下清理能力欠佳,所以在一个溜槽上通常需要安装3个以上振动电机才能勉强维持一定的生产需求。但因强制使振动电机底座、溜槽焊缝,承受较大的胁迫振动,通常容易造成焊缝开裂、底座断裂故障。振打板选取溜槽容易挂料部位开孔安装振打电机,结构性能较振动前者有了明显的提高,但是振打板因为突显振动幅度大的优点,溜槽受料面跟振打板之间是利用合页原理悬挂式安装,二者之间间隙较大,振打过程中必然产生漏料,且振打板略突出溜槽平面易形成挂料点。漏料漏灰造成溜槽平台积料多,现场粉尘大,不仅给岗位操作人员增大了繁重的体力劳动,并且对电机绝缘有一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种溜槽振打装置,能够有效地避免漏料漏灰现象,确保生产正常进行。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种溜槽振打装置,包括辅助固定板以及振动电机,辅助固定板中部板面上竖向固接着一节支撑套管,支撑套管内同轴竖向间隔套装设置着一根振动输出管,振动输出管的长度大于支撑套管的长度,振动输出管顶面上安装着所述的振动电机,辅助固定板四个角部分别竖向固定设置着四个套管,四个套管内的辅助固定板板体上分别设置着通孔,套管外壁上配合套装设置着弹簧,套管的长度是所述弹簧长度的一半,弹簧上端通过垫片以及螺帽固定设置着螺栓,螺栓下部穿过弹簧从所述的通孔内向下伸出,四根螺栓下端之间设置着一块微动振打板,微动振打板与辅助固定板相互间隔平行布置。
使用时,本发明振打板与溜槽受料面平齐,避免了因设计结构上的不合理产生挂料面。振打板摒弃了之前合页式悬挂方式,采用内嵌式安装,辅助固定板与溜槽受料面通过顶丝紧固密封连接在一起。微动振打板的整体振动幅度保持在3—10mm范围内,对溜槽焊缝无强制性破坏。振打板通过4个边角沉头螺栓穿过套管跟弹簧实现固定。振打板中心焊接一根DN125的支撑套管,在支撑套管内设置的振动输出管顶端安装振动电机实现振打。在溜槽受料面找到挂料点,安装本实用型振打装置高效实用。本发明能提高振打效能,溜槽堵料频次降低了70%;降低了职工劳动量,提高了系统运煤的稳定性。

具体实施方式
一种溜槽振打装置,如图1所示,包括辅助固定板5以及振动电机1,辅助固定板5中部板面上竖向固接着一节支撑套管3,支撑套管3内同轴竖向间隔套装设置着一根振动输出管2,振动输出管2的长度大于支撑套管3的长度,振动输出管2顶面上安装着所述的振动电机1,辅助固定板5四个角部分别竖向固定设置着四个套管8,四个套管8内的辅助固定板5板体上分别设置着通孔,套管8外壁上配合套装设置着弹簧7,套管8的长度是所述弹簧7长度的一半,弹簧7上端通过垫片以及螺帽固定设置着螺栓6,螺栓6下部穿过弹簧7从所述的通孔内向下伸出,四根螺栓6下端之间设置着一块微动振打板4,微动振打板4与辅助固定板5相互间隔平行布置。
