Preferably, the side plate includes an outer side plate and an inner side plate detachably connected, the inner side plate is integrally connected to the bottom plate, the outer side plate is pivotably integrally connected to the top plate, and the outer side plate and the inner side plate are respectively formed with through holes alignable with each other to allow the connection member to pass through.
Preferably, the stopper portion includes a stopper plate, and the connection portion includes two clamping plates spaced apart from each other and clamping the end plate, the clamping plates being perpendicular to the stopper plate.
Preferably, the end plate is formed with a cutout extending upward from a lower edge of the end plate, and a positioning portion is connected between the two clamping plates, and the positioning portion is accommodated in the cutout in an interference fit.

The invention provides a packing box, wherein the packing box comprises a box body, the box body comprises a paperboard part 1 capable of being combined and decomposed with each other, wooden end plates 2 and connecting pieces 3, the paperboard part 1 comprises a bottom plate 11, side plates 12 and top plates 15, the lower edges of the side plates 12 are connected with the two side edges of the bottom plate 11, the top plates 15 are pivotably connected with the upper edges of the side plates 12, the end plates 2 are arranged between the end parts of the two side plates 12, the connecting pieces 3 comprise stop parts 31 and connecting parts 32 which are connected with each other, the stop parts 31 are attached to the outer surfaces of the side plates 12, the connecting parts 32 are arranged through the side plates 12, and the connecting parts 32 are detachably connected with the end plates 2.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the side plate 12 includes an outer side plate 14 and an inner side plate 13 which are detachably connected, the inner side plate 13 is integrally connected to the bottom plate 11, the outer side plate 14 is pivotably integrally connected to the top plate 15, and the outer side plate 14 and the inner side plate 13 are respectively formed with through holes which can be aligned with each other to allow the connector 3 to pass through. That is, the cardboard portion 1 includes three members, one of which includes the bottom plate 11 and the two inner side plates 13 integrally connected, and the other two members are identical members, which respectively include the outer side plates 14 and the top plate 15 integrally connected, and by which the three members can be combined together, the cardboard portion having the bottom plate 11, the side plates 12, and the top plate 15 is formed. By designing the cardboard portion 1 as three parts, the volume of each part can be reduced, the disassembly and storage are facilitated, and each part has fewer folding lines (such as the dividing line between the bottom plate 11 and the inner side plate 13, etc.) and is more convenient to process and manufacture, on the other hand, the two end plates 2 of the box body have higher strength in a wooden structure, and the side plates 12 are in a paper structure, so that the strength of the side plates 12 can be improved, the damage of the side plates 12 due to external force can be avoided or relieved, and the pressure effect of the stop portions 31 can be better borne.
Wherein the outer side plate 14 and the inner side plate 13 can be attached to each other by means of the connecting piece 3 and the end plate 2, as will be described in detail below.
Specifically, the stopper 31 includes a stopper plate, and the connecting portion 32 includes two clamping plates spaced apart from each other and clamping the end plate 2, the clamping plates being perpendicular to the stopper plate. As shown in fig. 3, the stopper 31 includes a plate-like stopper plate that can be fitted to the side plate 12, that is, the outer side plate 14, and has a large contact surface with the outer side plate 14, and has a relatively small strength of action with respect to the outer side plate 14, so that the outer side plate 14 can be allowed to have a paper structure. Two of the clamping plates may be connected to the end plate 2, and the end plate 2 and the stopper plate clamp the inner side plate 13 and the outer side plate 14 to form the case.
In addition, a notch 21 extending upward from the lower edge of the end plate 2 is formed in the end plate 2, and a positioning portion 33 is connected between the two clamping plates, and the positioning portion 33 is accommodated in the notch 21 in an interference fit. When the box body is assembled, firstly, the inner side plate 13 and the outer side plate 14 are laminated to form the side plate 12, after the connecting piece 3 is inserted into the side plate 12, the end plate 2 is inserted between the two clamping plates from top to bottom until the lower edge of the end plate 2 is jointed with the bottom plate 11, and during the insertion process, the positioning part 33 enters the notch 21, so that the end plate 2 can be prevented from moving transversely and being separated from the space between the two clamping plates.
Specifically, the positioning portion 33 is a positioning plate parallel to the stop plate. The locating plate is formed into a strip shape, two sides of the locating plate are respectively connected with the two clamping plates, and the strength between the two clamping plates can be improved when the locating plate blocks the transverse movement of the end plate 2. At least one cutout 21 is formed on one side of each end plate 2, and a corresponding number of positioning plates are formed between the two clamping plates of the connecting member 3.
In particular, the height of the notch 21 is less than half the height of the end plate 2, and the height of the positioning portion 33 is less than or equal to the height of the upper end of the notch 21. The cutouts 21 reduce the overall strength of the end plate 2 and therefore the height of the cutouts 21 should be kept within a suitable range and not be too great to reduce the impact on the strength of the end plate 2 to an acceptable level. In addition, in order to allow the lower edge of the end plate 2 to be coupled to the bottom plate 11, the height of the positioning portion 33 needs to be defined accordingly, that is, the height of the positioning portion 33 is equal to or less than the height of the upper end of the cutout 21, wherein the height of the positioning portion 33 refers to the maximum height thereof.
In addition, the surface of the stopper plate facing the outer plate 14 is formed with a first spike 34 capable of penetrating into the outer plate 14. As shown in fig. 3, the stopper plate is formed so as to penetrate the outer panel 14, thereby improving the connection strength between the stopper plate and the outer panel 14.
In addition, the packing box further comprises a wooden base 4, and the box body is detachably connected to the base 4. The packing box can be placed on various surfaces, so that the bottom of the packing box needs to be protected, and the wooden base 4 has higher hardness and can protect the box body. The case and the base 4 are detachably connected to each other, and thus, can be disassembled from each other for easy storage.
Specifically, the base 4 includes a supporting plate 41 and a supporting block 42, the supporting block 42 is connected to the bottom surface of the supporting plate 41, and the bottom plate 11 is detachably mounted on the supporting plate 41. The bottom plate 11 can be attached to the supporting plate 41, the supporting blocks 42 can increase the overall height, the distance between the bottom plate 11 and the bearing surface of the box body is increased, and the bottom plate 11 and other box body structures are better protected. The supporting block 42 may be a wood block, or may be formed by splicing a wood block with a wood board.
In addition, the supporting plate 41 is provided with an iron clamp 43, the iron clamp 43 comprises an upper plate 44, a lower plate 45 and a connecting plate 46, the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 45 are connected through the connecting plate 46, the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 45 are clamped on the edge of the supporting plate 41, a plurality of second spines 47 are arranged on the upper surface of the upper plate 44, and the second spines 47 can be inserted into the bottom plate 11. As shown in fig. 4, the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 45 are stacked at intervals and may be used to clamp on the pallet 41, and the upper surface of the upper plate 44 is formed with a second spike 47, and the second spike 47 may be inserted into the bottom plate 11 to improve the coupling force between the pallet 41 and the bottom plate 11, prevent the bottom plate 11 from moving laterally relative to the pallet 41, and of course, the second spike 47 may be pulled out from the bottom plate 11, thereby separating the base 4 from the case.

wherein the side plate (12) comprises an outer side plate (14) and an inner side plate (13) which are detachably connected, the inner side plate (13) is integrally connected to the bottom plate (11), the outer side plate (14) is pivotably integrally connected to the top plate (15), and the outer side plate (14) and the inner side plate (13) are respectively formed with through holes which can be aligned with each other to allow the connecting member (3) to pass through;
wherein the stop portion (31) comprises a stop plate, and the connecting portion (32) comprises two clamping plates which are stacked at intervals and clamp the end plate (2), wherein the clamping plates are perpendicular to the stop plate;
wherein, one side of each end plate (2) is formed with at least one cut (21) extending upwards from the lower edge of the end plate (2), a positioning part (33) is connected between two clamping plates, and the positioning part (33) is accommodated in the cut (21) in an interference fit manner.
