Abstract
本发明涉及一种料缸,包括料缸罐、变通、料缸法兰,料缸罐具有第一连接端和第二连接端。变通具有用于与料缸罐连接的连接端。料缸法兰具有用于与料缸罐连接的连接端。卡箍,变通的连接端和料缸罐的第一连接端通过一个卡箍连接,料缸法兰的连接端与料缸罐的第二连接端通过一个卡箍连接。本实施例的料缸包括三个部分,分别是料缸罐、变通和料缸法兰,其中料缸罐和变通以及料缸罐和料缸法兰之间通过卡箍连接,使得本实施例的料缸可以拆分为3个部分进行清洗,相对于整体式的料缸,本实施例的料缸清洗比较方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品灌装领域中使用的料缸。
背景技术
现有的料缸是整体式的,当需要清洗料缸的时候,清洗不方便并且容易清洗不干净。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种方便清洗的料缸。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种料缸,包括:
料缸罐,具有第一连接端和第二连接端;
变通,具有用于与料缸罐连接的连接端;
料缸法兰,具有用于与料缸罐连接的连接端;
卡箍,所述变通的连接端和料缸罐的第一连接端通过一个卡箍连接,所述料缸法兰的连接端与料缸罐的第二连接端通过一个卡箍连接。
优选地,所述料缸法兰的材质为SUS304不锈钢。
优选地,所述料缸法兰的材质为SUS316L不锈钢。
优选地,所述变通的连接端上设置有变通凸缘,相应地,第一连接端上设置有第一凸缘,所述变通凸缘与第一凸缘相配合。
优选地,所述料缸法兰的连接端上设置有法兰凸缘,相应地,第二连接端上设置有第二凸缘,所述法兰凸缘与第二凸缘相配合。
优选地,卡箍安装在变通凸缘和第一凸缘上,进而将变通连接到料缸罐的第一连接端上,卡箍安装在法兰凸缘和第二凸缘上,进而将料缸法兰连接到料缸罐的第二连接端上。
本发明的料缸包括三个部分,分别是料缸罐、变通和料缸法兰,其中料缸罐和变通以及料缸罐和料缸法兰之间通过卡箍连接,使得本发明的料缸可以拆分为3个部分进行清洗,相对于整体式的料缸,本发明的料缸清洗比较方便。

如图1和图2所示,一种料缸100,包括料缸罐120、变通110、料缸法兰130,料缸罐120具有第一连接端和第二连接端。变通110具有用于与料缸罐120连接的连接端。料缸法兰130具有用于与料缸罐120连接的连接端。卡箍140,变通110的连接端和料缸罐120的第一连接端通过一个卡箍140连接,料缸法兰130的连接端与料缸罐120的第二连接端通过一个卡箍140连接。本实施例的料缸100包括三个部分,分别是料缸罐120、变通110和料缸法兰130,其中料缸罐120和变通110以及料缸罐120和料缸法兰130之间通过卡箍140连接,使得本实施例的料缸100可以拆分为3个部分进行清洗,相对于整体式的料缸,本实施例的料缸100清洗比较方便。
优选地,料缸法兰130的材质为SUS304不锈钢或者料缸法兰130的材质为SUS316L不锈钢,SUS304不锈钢和SUS316L不锈钢具有耐腐蚀性、耐高温、易加工、高强度的优点。
优选地,变通110的连接端上设置有变通凸缘112,相应地,第一连接端上设置有第一凸缘122,变通凸缘112与第一凸缘122相配合。料缸法兰130的连接端上设置有法兰凸缘132,相应地,第二连接端上设置有第二凸缘124,法兰凸缘132与第二凸缘124相配合。卡箍140安装在变通凸缘112和第一凸缘122上,进而将变通110连接到料缸罐120的第一连接端上,卡箍140安装在法兰凸缘132和第二凸缘124上,进而将料缸法兰130连接到料缸罐120的第二连接端上。

1.一种料缸(100),其特征在于,包括:
料缸罐(120),具有第一连接端和第二连接端;
变通(110),具有用于与料缸罐(120)连接的连接端;
料缸法兰(130),具有用于与料缸罐(120)连接的连接端;
卡箍(140),所述变通(110)的连接端和料缸罐(120)的第一连接端通过一个卡箍(140)连接,所述料缸法兰(130)的连接端与料缸罐(120)的第二连接端通过一个卡箍(140)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的料缸(100),其特征在于,所述料缸法兰(130)的材质为SUS304不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的料缸(100),其特征在于,所述料缸法兰(130)的材质为SUS316L不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的料缸(100),其特征在于,所述变通(110)的连接端上设置有变通凸缘(112),相应地,第一连接端上设置有第一凸缘(122),所述变通凸缘(112)与第一凸缘(122)相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的料缸(100),其特征在于,所述料缸法兰(130)的连接端上设置有法兰凸缘(132),相应地,第二连接端上设置有第二凸缘(124),所述法兰凸缘(132)与第二凸缘(124)相配合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的料缸(100),其特征在于,卡箍(140)安装在变通凸缘(112)和第一凸缘(122)上,进而将变通(110)连接到料缸罐(120)的第一连接端上,卡箍(140)安装在法兰凸缘(132)和第二凸缘(124)上,进而将料缸法兰(130)连接到料缸罐(120)的第二连接端上。
