The invention provides a coating liquid bag, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a coating liquid 1, a flexible carrier 2 and a packaging paper 3; the flexible carrier is a 2 n-layer stack 11 formed by folding a whole piece of non-woven fabric, wherein n is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 4; the coating liquid is impregnated from one surface of the stacking block to the middle layer of the stacking block; the wrapping paper seals the stacked block tightly.
In the invention, the coating liquid can be a product with cleaning and processing functions such as dimethyl silicone oil, and the 'dip dyeing' is understood to be a directional penetration process of the coating liquid which can be identified by naked eyes, for example, alcohol dye is mixed in the coating liquid, and the penetration degree can be judged according to the position of the dye. The non-woven fabrics of the coating liquid bag are folded in half, and compared with a folding block formed by stacking a plurality of non-woven fabrics, the gap between the non-woven fabrics is stable and is not easy to scatter; as shown in fig. 2, the dip-dyeing of the coating liquid from one side of the stack 11 to the middle layer of the stack should be understood as being dip-dyed from the bottom layer 113 to the middle layer 112 in contact with the bottom layer, while the top layer 111 is not dip-dyed; or from the top layer to an intermediate layer in contact with the top layer, while the bottom layer is not impregnated. The coating liquid is processed into a coating liquid bag, so that the coating liquid is convenient to use, good in appearance, free of toxicity and harm, convenient to package and transport, and ideal in use performance and effect.
In order to facilitate the application of the coating liquid, the coating liquid bag does not continuously permeate in the storage and transportation process, and the range of the kinematic viscosity v of the coating liquid is better when 120cst < v <250cst.
In the coating liquid bag, the material of the flexible carrier is preferably spun-laced non-woven fabric. The single-layer thickness of the non-woven fabric is 0.200 plus or minus 0.05mm, and the specification is L multiplied by M, wherein L is more than or equal to 4.5mm and less than or equal to 9mm, and M is more than or equal to 4.5mm and less than or equal to 9mm; the number of layers of the laminated block is 4. The non-woven fabric with the specification can effectively avoid improper dip dyeing, can distinguish the surface with the coating liquid and the surface without the coating liquid, and is safe and sanitary when being used, and the coating liquid is effectively prevented from being dip dyed on hands. On the basis, the surface tension of the coating liquid is 20.1+/-0.2 dyn/cm, and the amount of the coating liquid in each coating liquid bag is 0.05-0.12mL.
