Abstract
The frame comprises a rear fork hook assembly, wherein the rear fork hook assembly further comprises a cylindrical rear fork hook for fixing a rear wheel shaft, a positioning washer and a fastening nut, the cylindrical rear fork hook is cylindrical with a bottom, and a through opening for installing the rear wheel shaft is formed in the side part and the bottom of the cylindrical rear fork hook; in the assembled state, the rear wheel shaft enters the tubular rear fork hook through the through opening, the positioning washer is installed into the rear wheel shaft from the shaft end, the inner diameter of the positioning washer is matched with the rear wheel shaft, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the tubular inner wall so as to realize safe and reliable positioning of the rear wheel shaft in the radial direction. The fastening nut is matched with the screw rod of the rear wheel shaft, the axial fixation of the rear wheel is achieved through pressing the positioning washer, and the radial fixation of the rear wheel is achieved through a non-friction mode through being matched with the positioning washer. The invention can improve the safety and reliability of the rear wheel of the two-wheel vehicle in the running process.

Technical Field

Background
At present, with the continuous enhancement of health and green life consciousness of people and the continuous maturation and innovation of bicycle technology, electric bicycles and bicycles have become the simplest, most practical and most used vehicles worldwide. While the performances of electric bicycles and bicycles are greatly improved, electric bicycles and bicycles have gradually formed a culture and are accepted by more people.
The conventional fork is generally a sheet-type fork, and an opening is formed in the sheet-type fork for placing a motor shaft and fixing the motor shaft by screws. However, in the use process of the whole bicycle, after the screw is loosened, the motor shaft is easy to fall off from the opening, so that the walking safety is affected. The invention provides a frame with a novel cylindrical rear fork hook, which comprises a novel rear fork hook component, wherein the rear fork hook component further comprises a cylindrical rear fork hook for fixing a rear wheel shaft, a positioning washer and a fastening nut, the cylindrical rear fork hook is cylindrical with a bottom, and a through opening for installing the rear wheel shaft is formed in the side part and the bottom of the cylindrical rear fork hook; in the assembled state, the rear wheel shaft enters the tubular rear fork hook through the through opening, the positioning washer is arranged in the rear wheel shaft from the shaft end and is attached to the inner side of the bottom of the tubular fork hook, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the side face of the tubular fork hook so as to reliably position the rear wheel in the radial direction. The fastening nut is matched with the rear wheel shaft screw rod to compress the positioning washer so as to lock the axial position of the rear wheel, and is matched with the positioning washer to fix the radial position of the rear wheel.
According to the frame provided by the invention, the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the cylindrical side surface to realize the radial position positioning of the rear wheel shaft (also called a motor shaft when the rear wheel is driven), and the nut is used for pressing the washer to realize the axial position fixing of the rear wheel shaft. The radial fixation of the rear axle is realized through the cooperation of the outer edges of the nuts and the washers and the inner wall of the fork hook cylinder body, but not through friction force, so the structural design can realize the safety and reliability of the fixation of the rear axle. Particularly, the loose condition of the fastening nut occurs in the travelling crane, the rear wheel shaft cannot fall off from the rear fork hook, and the structure of the rear wheel shaft ensures the reliability of the rear wheel shaft in the radial direction. The structure design is simple and beautiful.

Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a novel structure of the back fork assembly of the present invention. The frame includes a rear fork assembly 22. The rear fork assembly 22 further includes a tubular rear fork 31 for securing a rear axle, a positioning washer 32 and a fastening nut 33. The cylindrical rear fork hook is cylindrical with a bottom. The tubular structure of the tubular rear fork 31 may be any one of a semi-closed structure with a mouth including a circle, a square, a polygon, and an ellipse. In this example, the cylinder structure is not limited, and the outer edge of the positioning washer 32 is only required to be matched with the inner wall of the side surface of the fork cylinder. The side and bottom of the tubular rear fork 31 are provided with a through opening 34 for mounting the rear wheel axle, in particular the through opening 34 comprises an opening provided at the side of the tubular rear fork 31 and an opening provided at the bottom, so that in the assembled state the rear wheel axle 35 enters the tubular body of the tubular rear fork through the through opening 34. As can be seen from fig. 2, the size and shape of the opening in the bottom is preferably such that the rear axle 35 is mounted in the center of the fork cylinder.
The positioning washer 32 penetrates the rear wheel shaft 35 from the shaft end, the inner diameter of the positioning washer is matched with the rear wheel shaft 35, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the side face of the cylinder. The structure that the inner diameter of the positioning washer 32 is matched with the rear wheel shaft 35 can be considered as a structure that the positioning washer 32 is matched with the inner wall of the cylinder in the radial direction only by the structure that the positioning washer 32 and the rear wheel shaft 35 can realize the positioning function, and the structure that the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the side surface of the cylinder in the radial direction can be considered as a structure that the outer edge of the positioning washer 32 is matched with the inner wall of the side surface of the cylinder.
The fastening nut 33 presses the positioning washer 32 against the rear axle 35 to lock the axial position of the rear axle 35. Referring also to fig. 2, in an axial position, a locating washer 32 is axially secured between the bottom of the tubular back fork and a fastening nut 33.
In the assembled state, the rear wheel shaft 35 enters the cylinder of the cylindrical rear fork hook 31 through the through opening 34, the positioning washer 32 is installed in the rear wheel shaft 35 from the axial end, the inner diameter of the positioning washer is matched with the rear wheel shaft 35, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the side face of the cylinder to realize the positioning of the rear wheel shaft 35 in the radial direction. The nut 33 is fastened to fix the nut in the axial direction and the radial direction.
Examples
Please refer to fig. 3 and 4, which are an electric bicycle comprising the rear fork assembly of the present invention. It further comprises a frame front 21, a rear fork assembly 22 and a shock absorbing device 23, the rear fork assembly 22 being connected to the frame front 21 and carrying a rear wheel 24. In other words, one end portion of the front frame end 21 extends rearward through the damper 23 to be connected to the rear fork assembly 22, and the other end portion of the front frame end 21 extends upward and carries the seat.
The rear fork assembly 22 includes a first sleeve 41 and a tubular rear fork 31. The first sleeve 41 is connected to the tubular back fork 31, the main body of the first sleeve 41 and the tubular back fork 31 are hollow tubular structures, and an end of one end of the first sleeve 41 is fixedly connected to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular back fork 31. The first sleeve 41 and the cylindrical rear fork 31 may be of an integral structure and be cast steel.
The tubular rear fork hook 31 is connected with the rear wheel shaft 35, and the first sleeve 41, the tubular rear fork hook 31 and the rear bottom fork can be in an integrated structure and adopt a cast steel piece.
The rear wheel shaft 35 enters the cylinder of the cylindrical rear fork hook 31 through the through opening 34, the positioning washer 32 penetrates into the rear wheel shaft 35 from the axial end, the inner diameter of the positioning washer is matched with the rear wheel shaft, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the side face of the cylinder to reliably position the rear wheel shaft 35 in the radial direction. The nut 33 is fastened to fix the nut in the axial direction and the radial direction.

The novel vehicle frame with the cylindrical rear fork hook is characterized by comprising a rear fork hook component, wherein the rear fork hook component further comprises a cylindrical rear fork hook for fixing a rear wheel shaft, the cylindrical rear fork hook is cylindrical with a bottom, a through opening for installing the rear wheel shaft is formed in the side part and the bottom of the cylindrical rear fork hook, the rear fork hook component further comprises a positioning gasket, the rear wheel shaft is matched with the inner diameter of the positioning gasket, and the outer edge of the positioning gasket is matched with the inner wall of the fork hook cylinder;
in the assembled state, the rear wheel shaft enters the cylinder body of the cylindrical rear fork hook through the through opening, the positioning washer is arranged in the rear wheel shaft from the shaft end, the inner diameter of the positioning washer is matched with the rear wheel shaft, and the outer edge of the positioning washer is matched with the inner wall of the cylinder body so as to realize the reliable positioning of the rear wheel shaft in the radial direction;
the frame further comprises a fastening nut arranged on the rear wheel shaft, and the fastening nut fixes the position of the rear wheel shaft in the radial direction in a non-friction manner by pressing the positioning washer.
2. The frame with the novel cylindrical rear fork hook according to claim 1, wherein the cylindrical structure of the cylindrical rear fork hook is any one of a semi-closed structure with a mouth including a circle, a square, a polygon and an ellipse.
