The invention provides a laser focusing printing method, device and system. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The first embodiment:
fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a laser focusing printing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a laser focusing printing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S101: acquiring image-text information to be printed;
step S102: converting the image-text information into electronic image-text information required by printing;
step S103: and controlling the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on printing paper through a focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information so as to carbonize the printing paper to form the required image-text information.
The method comprises the steps of converting image-text information to be printed into electronic image-text information required by printing by acquiring the image-text information to be printed, and controlling laser emitted by a laser generator 1 to be focused on printing paper through a focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information, so that the surface of the printing paper can be accurately burnt, the printing paper is carbonized and blackened, and the required image-text information is formed. Thus, the ink-free printing can be realized without using an ink box, powdered ink, a color ribbon and the like for printing, the use cost can be reduced, and the environmental pollution can be reduced.
In step S101, when the graphic information is obtained, a wireless transmission technology may be used to obtain the graphic information to be printed. The printer can be internally provided with a wifi module and/or a Bluetooth module, and can receive image-text information sent by the intelligent terminal through the wifi module and/or the Bluetooth module. Wherein, the intelligent terminal can include: mobile phones, tablets, computers, and the like.
When the image-text information is obtained, the image-text information can also be obtained through a wired interface; can be obtained through a USB flash disk; it can also be obtained by scanning the target document by a scanner. All within the scope of the invention.
Wherein the image-text information may include: text, images, etc. The electronic image-text information refers to the electronic image-text information which can be identified by a printer.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the laser light emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on the printing paper by the focusing device 3 according to the electronic graphic information includes: controlling the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on the position of the printing paper through the focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information; and controlling the time for which the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 is focused on the position through the focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information on the position.
Wherein, the focusing device 3 can adopt a focusing lens. The laser emitted by the laser generator 1 can be focused on printing paper after passing through the focusing device 3.
By controlling the position of the laser focused on the printing paper, the printing paper can be accurately burnt according to the electronic image-text information.
In one embodiment of the present invention, controlling the position of the laser light emitted by the laser generator 1 focused on the printing paper by the focusing device 3 according to the electronic graphic information may include: setting a motion path of the laser generator 1 according to the electronic image-text information; and controlling the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on the position of the printing paper through a focusing device 3 according to the motion path.
When printing, one printer may be provided with a plurality of laser generators 1. The plurality of laser generators 1 are disposed on the driving shaft 5, and the driving shaft 5 can move up and down, left and right, so that the entire printing paper can focus the laser emitted from the laser generators 1. When setting up a plurality of laser generator 1, can divide into the multirow setting, every row is provided with a plurality of laser generator 1, and every row of laser generator 1 sets up from left to right along drive shaft 5, can regard laser generator 1 of certain row as a printing unit. Wherein the drive shaft 5 may be driven by a first motor 6. Wherein the driving shaft 5 moves from left to right in a uniform motion. As shown in fig. 5.
Wherein, the driving shaft 5 may be a long bar type, and the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 arranged on the driving shaft 5 can be focused on a part of the printing paper; the driving shaft 5 may be provided in a panel type so that the driving shaft 5 completely covers the printing paper, and then the laser emitted from the laser generator 1 can be focused on all positions of the printing paper, so that the driving shaft 5 is not required to move up and down and left and right, and resources can be saved.
The electronic image-text information shows the positions needing to be burnt and the positions not needing to be burnt, and the positions needing to be burnt can be divided into a plurality of conditions according to the burning degree. When printing, a movement path of the laser generator 1 needs to be set according to the burning position information indicated in the electronic image-text information, and then the position of the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 focused on the printing paper can be controlled according to the movement path. The laser focusing position is the position needing burning, and the laser non-focusing position is the position needing no burning. Therefore, accurate firing can be realized, and the printing paper is prevented from being fired at the position needing firing, so that printing errors are avoided. The burning information in the electronic image-text information is judged by taking pixel points as units. In printing, printing is also performed on a pixel-by-pixel basis. Wherein one pixel point can be printed by at least one laser generator 1.
In the present invention, controlling the time when the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 is focused on the position by the focusing device 3 according to the electronic graphic information on the position comprises: according to the electronic image-text information on the position, the working frequency of opening and closing of a configuration switch connected with the laser generator 1 is adjusted; by means of the operating frequency, the time for which the laser light emitted by the laser generator 1 is focused on the location by means of the focusing device 3 is controlled.
Because the electronic image-text information can display the burning degree, the burning degree represents the shade of the color, and if the color is black, the burning degree is darker, therefore, the burning degree shade can be judged according to the gray value in the electronic image-text information, and the burning time can be further determined, namely, the time of the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 focusing on the position through the focusing device 3 can be determined according to the gray value of the position focused by the laser generator 1.
In the present invention, the focusing time can be controlled by controlling the operating frequency of the opening and closing of the configuration switch. The configuration switch can control the on-off of the laser generator 1, and the time of laser focusing can be controlled through the on-off time of the configuration switch. For example, when the configuration switch is closed for a longer time, the laser focusing time is longer; when the time for closing the configuration switch is shorter, the laser focusing time is shorter. When the image-text information is black, the laser focusing time is generally about 10 ms.
The configuration switch may be a shutter switch 2.
For example: as shown in fig. 2, laser emitted from a laser generator 1 passes through a shutter switch 2 and then is focused on printing paper by a focusing device 3, and the shutter switch 2 can be opened and closed to control the time of the laser passing through the shutter switch 2, thereby controlling the time of the laser focused on the printing paper. In fig. 2, a vertical line emitted from the laser generator 1 represents laser light. Finally, the laser light is focused below the focusing device 3.
In the present invention, the method may further include: and adjusting the emission power of the laser generator 1 according to the electronic image-text information on the position.
When determining the time of laser focusing on the basis of the grey value of the position at which the laser generator 1 is focused, the emission power of the laser generator 1 may also be adjusted on the basis of the grey value of said position. When the color of the position is darker, adjusting the emission power of the laser generator 1 to increase; when the color of the position is lighter, the emission power of the laser generator 1 is adjusted to be reduced.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, before the step of controlling the laser light emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on the printing paper by the focusing device 3 according to the electronic graphics and text information, the method further includes: acquiring concave-convex information of printing paper; the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 is controlled to be focused on printing paper through the focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information, and the method comprises the following steps: and adjusting a focusing point of a focusing device 3 according to the electronic image-text information and the concave-convex information, and controlling laser emitted by the laser generator 1 to be focused on the printing paper through the focusing device 3.
The focusing device 3 is provided with a sensor, the sensor can sense uneven concave-convex information of printing paper, and the focusing point of the focusing device 3 can be adjusted according to the electronic image-text information and the concave-convex information, so that the laser emitted by the laser generator 1 can be controlled to be just focused on the printing paper through the focusing device 3.
When the printing paper is uneven, if the electronic image-text information shows that the printing paper needs to be burnt at the position, the focusing point of the focusing device 3 is adjusted when the laser generator 1 burns the position, so that the laser can be accurately focused at the position where the printing paper is convex. For the concave position of the printing paper, the processing process is similar, and only the distance of the focusing point is adjusted to be different. Through focusing, the printer can perform printing operation under the condition that the printing paper is uneven, and the application range can be expanded.
