本发明公开了一种新型复合金属板材,包括:第一复合金属层、第二粘合层和第三复合内层,所述第一复合金属层由铬元素、硼元素、钛元素、钴元素复合而成,所述第三复合内层由陶瓷基复合材料和高分子材料复合而成,所述第一复合金属层和第三复合内层通过第二粘合层固定粘接。本发明提供的新型复合金属板材,极大的改善了单一金属材料的热膨胀性、强度等性能,该复合金属板在抗冲击韧性、耐磨损性和电性能方面都有着良好的优势,可以广泛应用到船舶、化工、机械制造等工业领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料的行业,具体来说涉及一种新型复合金属板材。
背景技术
金属材料广泛的应用到工业制造中,单一的金属材料在使用过程中,存在着一些问题,单一的金属材料在热膨胀性、断裂韧性、冲击韧性方面还有很大的缺陷,新型的复合金属材料由两种或两种以上不同相的物质以物理方式结合而成,撷取各组成成分的优点,以构成需要的板材。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型复合金属板材,极大的改善了单一金属材料的热膨胀性、强度等性能,该复合金属板在抗冲击韧性、耐磨损性和电性能方面都有着良好的优势,可以广泛应用到船舶、化工、机械制造等工业领域。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,包括:第一复合金属层、第二粘合层和第三复合内层;
所述第一复合金属层由铬元素、硼元素、钛元素、钴元素复合而成;
所述第三复合内层由陶瓷基复合材料和高分子材料复合而成;
所述第一复合金属层和第三复合内层通过所述第二粘合层固定粘接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素6-15份、硼元素2-5份、钛元素1.5-3份、钴元素2.5-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素8份、硼元素2份、钛元素1.5份、钴元素3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二粘合层由丙烯酸、聚氨酯、催化剂组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二粘合层的厚度在0.5mm-6mm范围内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高分子材料为碳纤维复合材料或玻璃纤维复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的新型复合金属板材,极大的改善了单一金属材料的热膨胀性、强度等性能,该复合金属板在抗冲击韧性、耐磨损性和电性能方面都有着良好的优势,可以广泛应用到船舶、化工、机械制造等工业领域。

上述中,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素6-15份、硼元素2-5份、钛元素1.5-3份、钴元素2.5-7份。
上述中,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素8份、硼元素2份、钛元素1.5份、钴元素3份。
近一步的,所述第二粘合层由丙烯酸、聚氨酯、催化剂组成。
近一步的,所述第二粘合层的厚度在0.5mm-6mm范围内。
近一步的,所述高分子材料为碳纤维复合材料或玻璃纤维复合材料。

所述第一复合金属层由铬元素、硼元素、钛元素、钴元素复合而成;
所述第三复合内层由陶瓷基复合材料和高分子材料复合而成;
所述第一复合金属层和第三复合内层通过所述第二粘合层固定粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素6-15份、硼元素2-5份、钛元素1.5-3份、钴元素2.5-7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,所述第一复合金属层中各组分的质量分数为:铬元素8份、硼元素2份、钛元素1.5份、钴元素3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,所述第二粘合层由丙烯酸、聚氨酯、催化剂组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,所述第二粘合层的厚度在0.5mm-6mm范围内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合金属板材,其特征在于,所述高分子材料为碳纤维复合材料或玻璃纤维复合材料。
