The invention discloses an internal flanging cutting machine, which comprises a movable cutting device arranged in a pipeline and a control device which is arranged outside the pipeline and can control the cutting device to move, wherein the cutting device comprises a cutter body, a cutter head and a cutter body; the cutting device comprises a support frame, a cutting machine and a magnetic base, wherein the cutting machine and the magnetic base are arranged on the support frame, the control device comprises a handle, and a positioning magnetic block which is magnetically connected with the magnetic base is arranged on the handle. The invention is convenient to operate and control, and can be used for controlling the cutting machine to move and cut outside through strong magnetic coupling positioning connection; the invention has the advantages of quick and labor-saving cutting, electric cutting, external manual operation and displacement, and quick cutting.

The existing cutting device adopts a rotary cutting machine with a cutter head and two supporting arms, the cutter head is folded firstly, the cutting machine is pushed to a pipeline welding position through a long rod or an extension rod, then the cutter head is opened by rotating the long rod, and the cutter head and the supporting arms are driven to integrally rotate by continuing to rotate, so that internal flanging is cut. After the cutter head is opened, the cutter head and the two supporting arms form a 3-point support, and the cutter head is provided with a limiting wheel, so that the pipe body is prevented from being cut.
The disadvantages of the prior art are summarized below:
1. the inner flanging formed by hot melt welding can be cooled and hardened quickly, and the time for pushing the cutter by the extension bar is long;
2. it is very difficult to drive the cutting machine to rotate to cut the inner flanging through rotating the extension bar of 6-12 m at the pipe orifice;
3. the pipeline is required to be straight during operation, and the position is difficult to flexibly move in the pipeline;
4. the turned-up edge after hardening is difficult to cut;
5. the cutting speed is low and the efficiency is low.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.

The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and provides an inner flanging cutting machine which is convenient for cutting inner flanging in time after welding in engineering construction and convenient and labor-saving to operate.

The inner flanging cutting machine is characterized in that the handle is provided with the magnetic switch and the motor remote control switch.
An in-turned edge cutter as described above, wherein the cutting end of the cutter head is tapered, and the other end of the cutter head is cylindrical.
An internal trimming and cutting machine as described above wherein one side of the handle is provided with a cutter head position indicator bar.
Compared with the prior art, the inner flanging cutting machine has the following beneficial effects:

The handle is held by hand and rotates along the outer wall of the pipeline, the internal cutting device can rotate through the magnetic force of the magnetic base and the handle, and in the rotating process, the cutting machine can cut the inner flanging, so that the operation is convenient. In the present embodiment, the universal wheel may be replaced with a ball, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the cutter 5 includes a cutter head 51 and a motor 52 for driving the cutter head 51 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the support frame 4 includes at least three support arms 42, and in this embodiment, the number of support arms is not specifically limited as long as the support frame can be ensured to be stabilized in the pipeline.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the magnetic base 6 and the cutter 5 are respectively located at two ends of the diameter of the pipe 1, which can be understood that the magnetic base 6 and the cutter 5 are disposed at two sides of the supporting frame, and the magnetic base is equivalent to the cutter in weight, so that the cutting device can be moved in the pipe to rotate, thereby ensuring the position of the cutter and ensuring the cutting accuracy.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a magnetic switch and a motor remote switch are provided on the handle 7. The coupling positioning electromagnet is used for remotely controlling the motor switch in the pipe, and after the switch is closed, the coupling positioning electromagnet is electrified to generate strong magnetism and is adsorbed corresponding to the magnetic base in the pipe.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the cutting end of the cutter head 51 is tapered, and the other end of the cutter head 52 is cylindrical, so that the cutter head is convenient to cut and polish after cutting. The blade on the cutter head is inclined to enable cutting scraps to fall into the other side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a tool bit position indicator 72 is provided on one side of the handle 7, so as to facilitate visual understanding of the position of the tool bit in the tube. The handle is held by hand to rotate along the outer wall of the pipeline, the tool bit position indicator rod is kept at the flanging position, the in-pipe movable cutting equipment is driven to rotate, and the in-pipeline flanging is cut.

the cutting machine (5) comprises a cutter head (51) and a motor (52) for driving the cutter head (51) to rotate;
the handle (7) is provided with a magnetic switch and a motor remote control switch.
