技术领域
本发明属于沐浴熏蒸液技术领域，具体地涉及一种苗族外用泡浴液及制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中有很多合成化合物或者合成化合物加动植物提取物为有效成分制作的沐浴液，可以起到清洁皮肤的作用，有的有一定的护肤润肤作用。例如：资生堂惠润沐浴露，主要含有芦荟、维生素 E 保湿精华成份，在肌肤表层形成滋润的保护膜，起到防止沐浴后肌肤干燥的问题。欧莱雅水晶之秀沐浴露，主要含有玫瑰、玉兰花、万寿橘、茉莉花、五脉白千层、薄荷、鹿蹄草、获苇草等 28 种鲜果花草精油和天然蜂蜜、温泉矿物盐配制而成，特别添加长效植物保湿精华有效成分，起到清洁、 滋润肌肤， 除菌净螨，驱蚊，止痒作用。安利沐浴露，主要含有甘油、天然蜂蜜、柑桔精华，起到温和滋润， 帮助肌肤抵御自由基等的侵害，令肌肤柔嫩幼滑不干燥。后来也出现了一些具有要用功能的洗浴产品，如：活血通络汤，含有红花、乳香、 没药、赤芍等煎汤洗浴，可以活血化瘀，通络止痛, 治外伤或急性扭伤致腰痛。
目前现有的洗浴产品或者熏蒸产品的效果比较单一。尽管当今沐浴剂、 熏蒸剂在品牌和功能上都已经让消费者目不暇接， 眼花缭乱。但是含人工合成化学成分的沐浴剂、熏蒸剂的产品安全性却令人担忧。因此，本发明人致力于继承苗族民族医药传承和开发，用苗族药用植物为原料制作了泡浴、熏蒸用的药液，对皮肤无刺缴性，无致敏性，无毒、无副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种苗族外用泡浴液及制备工艺，该泡浴液适用于休闲、保健泡浴的“清洁肌肤”、“消除疲劳”、“促进病愈后的恢复”以及亚健康疲劳综合症、普通感冒、皮肤瘙痒、慢性胃肠炎虚寒型、腰椎骨质增生、软组织劳损、关节僵硬、肌肉粘连、肌肉疼痛、关节肿痛的药浴疗法、熏蒸疗法、热敷疗法、冷敷疗法。本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：一种苗族外用泡浴液，其组分配比是：半枫荷2.5～5.0份；透骨香 2.5～5.0份；五香血藤2.5～5.0份；石菖蒲1.0～2.0份；钩藤1.5～3.0份； 十大功劳1.5～3.0份；九节茶2.0～4.0份；艾2.5～5.0份；海风藤2.5～5.0份；黑骨藤3.0～4.0份；九龙藤2.0～4.0份；石南藤2.5～5.0份；箭杆风2.5～5.0份；朱砂莲3.0～4.0份；海金沙藤2.0～4.0份；鸡血藤2.5～5.0份；爬岩香2.5～5.0份；四块瓦3.0～4.0份；
其制备工艺包括以下常规步骤 ：
1） 将本组方药材分别粉碎 ；
2） 药粉用75% 或95% 的乙醇浸渍 ；浸渍时间为 1 ～ 2 小时；乙醇用量足以淹没药粉；
3） 将浸渍后的药材按依次由下往上分层放置于渗漉器内，加入药材量3倍的95%乙醇浸渍 48h 后，以 1000g 药材每分钟流出 l ～ 3mL 漉液的渗漉速度渗漉，同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 2 倍的 70% 乙醇， 待初漉液达已药材药材量的 2.5 倍时，得初漉液 ；
4） 再同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 2 倍的 50% 乙醇，续漉，再收集漉液又达药材量 2倍时 , 得续漉液 1 ；
5） 再同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 3 倍的纯化水，续漉，收集到的漉液再次又达药材药材量 2 倍时，得续漉液 2 ；再加纯化水续漉至渗漉液无色止，得续漉液 3 ；
6） 合并初漉液和续漉液 1、 2回收乙醇， 初漉液和所有续漉液浓缩、水沉、分离、精制得成品。

c. 根据泡浴者的需要，取本发明的沐浴熏蒸液于洁沐浴器内，加入一定量沐浴用温水稀释， 可以根据个人喜好稀释，但不超过 100 倍，根据泡浴者的耐热习惯，调整水温，并且在泡浴过程中适当调整温度， 一般在 39-42 度之间。
d. 依泡浴者要求设定泡浴时间，一般为 30min。
e. 全身热水浴初浴时，水位宜在心脏以下，约 3 ～ 5 分钟身体适应后，再慢慢泡至肩位。洗浴时间不可太长。
f. 泡浴结束时， 泡浴者要慢慢地从浴盆中起身， 无需另再冲洗， 仅用毛巾蘸干身体上的泡浴液即可。
泡浴注意事项 ：
a 饭后一小时左右方可入浴。
b 浸泡场地应注意通风良好，但不可受寒。
c 没有进行手术分娩的产妇，可于产后 7 天开始泡浴。
d 有轻度高低血压病史、 心脏功能稍差者应在家人陪伴下使用泡浴， 并注意场地通风， 每次浸泡时间不宜太长， 如在浸泡过程中感到不适， 应起身于通风良好处稍适休息，待恢复后再次浸泡，一般分两到三次浸泡即可。
e 身体虚弱者应在家人陪伴下使用泡浴。
f 皮肤有较大面积创口者、严重哮喘病者、中度以上高、低血压患、 心脏病患者应避免使用泡浴。
g 酒醉者禁用泡浴。
h 全身热水浴者如一旦发生晕厥，应及时通知保健医生并扶出浴盆， 平卧在休息室床上，同时给他喝些葡萄糖水，用冷水洗脚。
熏蒸注意事项 ：
a．熏蒸时，为避免药液蒸气走散，要罩住患部和盛药液的器皿。
b． 要使蒸气热度适中，并掌握好患部与盛药液器皿的距离，以免烫伤或灼伤患部，但药液也不可过冷。
c．某些需延长时间熏蒸的疾病，可用铁秤砣，或洗净的鹅卵石烧红，放入盆内，加强蒸发。
d．熏蒸时，冬季应保暖，夏季宜避风寒，以免感冒加重病情。熏洗下肢后，要立即拭干，盖被保暖。
e．出血性疾患者，脓性局限性病灶患者，恶性肿瘤患者、严重心血管疾病患者、严重贫血患者、活动性肺结核患者、孕妇、年老体弱者等忌用全身熏蒸。
本发明既是日用的沐浴液， 又是具有治疗、 保健作用的熏蒸剂、 药物热敷剂；用途广泛，使用方便。其所含的生物活性物质均来自于天然植物，其中的挥发油、甙、酚、黄酮、酚性物质、蒽醌、生物碱、胡萝卜素、有机酸等生物活性物质或直接作用于体表，或经皮肤、黏膜吸收进入体内，具有清洁皮肤、促进皮肤代谢、保护毛细血管韧性的作用，具有抗菌及抗病毒作用，具有理气血，逐寒湿、止痛、温经、 通络，抗过敏作用，具有扩张局部或全身皮肤的血管，促进肌肤的血液循环，消除疲劳的补益作用，对亚健康 （疲劳综合症）、软组织劳损、关节僵硬、肌肉粘连、肌肉疼痛、关节肿痛、腰椎骨质增生、慢性胃肠炎虚寒型、普通感冒有一定的治疗作用。
本发明人通过以下统计数据来说明有益效果：
1、 用于一般的沐浴（浸浴）：
随机对 400多使用者统计，应用本组方制剂作沐浴（浸浴后），皆反映 “经这种药水泡澡后，人很舒服，比在普通浴池（室）用普通沐浴露泡澡后感觉轻松、精神多了。使用一周后睡眠质量明显改善，入睡容易，睡眠深沉，多梦，易醒等情况消失”。
2、用于劳动、运动后沐浴（浸浴）：
随机对100多名使用者统计，4h以上体力劳动或4h以上体育运动后的应用本组方制剂作沐浴 （浸浴后），皆反映 “经这种药水泡澡后， 人的疲惫感和全身痠痛感消除了，感觉轻松舒服了”。
3、皮肤瘙痒者用于沐浴（浸浴）：
据 20多位患 “皮肤瘙痒” 的中老年人用本组方制剂作沐浴 （浸浴） 后的自述，沐浴（浸浴）一次后，皆感觉 “皮肤瘙痒” 减轻很多，连续 3 次（1 天 1 次）“皮肤瘙痒”症状消失，而且皮肤上因瘙痒而遗留的搔抓痕迹也消失，跟踪三个月以上都没有复发。
4、用于熏蒸：
据患有因风湿病引起的肌肉疼痛、关节肿痛或慢性胃肠炎虚寒型或普通感冒或腰椎骨质增生的21位成人用本组方制剂作熏蒸 （熏蒸局部或身体） 后的自述， 熏蒸一次后疼痛及身体的不适等自觉症状都得到缓解甚至消失。连续熏蒸 7 天（每天一次） 后疼痛及身体的不适等自觉症状都得到缓解甚至消失。
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，任何未脱离本发明技术方案内容，依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (1)

1.一种苗族外用泡浴液，其特征在于：其组分配比是：半枫荷2.5～5.0份；透骨香 2.5～5.0份；五香血藤2.5～5.0份；石菖蒲1.0～2.0份；钩藤1.5～3.0份； 十大功劳1.5～3.0份；九节茶2.0～4.0份；艾2.5～5.0份；海风藤2.5～5.0份；黑骨藤3.0～4.0份；九龙藤2.0～4.0份；石南藤2.5～5.0份；箭杆风2.5～5.0份；朱砂莲3.0～4.0份；海金沙藤2.0～4.0份；鸡血藤2.5～5.0份；爬岩香2.5～5.0份；四块瓦3.0～4.0份；
其制备工艺包括以下常规步骤 ：
1） 将本组方药材分别粉碎 ；
2） 药粉用75% 或95% 的乙醇浸渍 ；浸渍时间为 1 ～ 2 小时；乙醇用量足以淹没药粉；
3） 将浸渍后的药材按依次由下往上分层放置于渗漉器内，加入药材量3倍的95%乙醇浸渍 48h 后，以 1000g 药材每分钟流出 l ～ 3mL 漉液的渗漉速度渗漉，同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 2 倍的 70% 乙醇， 待初漉液达已药材药材量的 2.5 倍时，得初漉液 ；
4） 再同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 2 倍的 50% 乙醇，续漉，再收集漉液又达药材量 2倍时 , 得续漉液 1 ；
5） 再同速向渗漉器内加入药材量 3 倍的纯化水，续漉，收集到的漉液再次又达药材药材量 2 倍时，得续漉液 2 ；再加纯化水续漉至渗漉液无色止，得续漉液 3 ；
6） 合并初漉液和续漉液 1、 2回收乙醇， 初漉液和所有续漉液浓缩、水沉、分离、精制得成品。
