本发明涉及一种含有阿胶的改善睡眠的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量份数组成：阿胶25‑35份，麦冬25‑35份，五味子25‑30份，玄参20‑30份，莲子25‑35份，石菖蒲15‑25份，杏仁10‑20份；具体制备方法如下：按量称取上述组分，所有组分进行1000目粉碎，之后将粉碎后的组分加入到250份水中，煮沸，持续30分钟，浓缩至稠膏状，制成膏剂。本发明所提供的含有阿胶的改善睡眠的中药组合物，养阴清热、补心安神、宁心镇静，有效改善睡眠质量，无毒副作用。

背景技术
失眠其实是属于精神疾病的一种，很多的患有这种疾病的人，一般都不了解，没有意识到这种现象其实是一种精神疾病，所以直接的导致了患者的病情加重，对于这种会直接的患者的身体和精神状态出现问题的疾病，一定要及时的治疗。

本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种含有阿胶的改善睡眠的中药组合物。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种含有阿胶的改善睡眠的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量份数组成：
阿胶25-35份，麦冬25-35份，五味子20-30份，玄参20-30份，莲子25-35份，石菖蒲15-25份，杏仁10-20份；
具体制备方法如下：按量称取上述组分，所有组分进行1000目粉碎，之后将粉碎后的组分加入到250份水中，煮沸，持续30分钟，浓缩至稠膏状，制成膏剂

阿胶25-35份，麦冬25-35份，五味子20-30份，玄参20-30份，莲子25-35份，石菖蒲15-25份，杏仁10-20份；
具体制备方法如下：按量称取上述组分，将所有组分进行1000目粉碎，之后将粉碎后的组分加入到250份水中，煮沸，持续30分钟，浓缩至稠膏状，制成膏剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有阿胶的改善睡眠的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数组成：
