Abstract

本发明公开了一种可溶性防晒修复膜及其制备方法,该防晒修复膜是由基因重组人热休克蛋白10、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、尿囊素、糯米纸以及去离子水制成的固体薄膜。本发明防晒修复膜中含有的重组人热休克蛋白10是一种应激蛋白,能够加速皮肤代谢,修复紫外线损伤,而胶原蛋白和透明质酸可以起到很好的保湿作用,减少了紫外线对皮肤的损伤,可溶性载体为糯米纸,安全无毒,可食用。本发明产品可极大程度的保持重组人热休克蛋白10的生物学活性,将其涂于皮肤表面,可很好起到修复皮肤损伤的作用,有效防止皮肤晒黑晒伤。

Description

一种可溶性防晒修复膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种可溶性防晒修复膜,以及该修复膜的制备方法。
背景技术
防晒霜分为物理防晒和化学防晒两种。物理防晒是利用物理学原理进行防晒;这种防晒霜涂在脸上涂开时,就像镜子一样,可反射阳光中的紫外线,达到防晒的目的,二氧化钛和氧化锌就属于物理防晒成分。但是这一类产品有着润色不自然、不够滋润、厚重、不透气等缺点。化学防晒是用化学成分来防晒,这些化学成分涂在皮肤上,接触阳光时可吸收紫外线,使其转化为分子震动能或热能达到防晒的功效,如对氨基苯甲酸及其衍生物、肉桂酸等。常见的化学防晒霜通常含有有害的化学成分,并且常常需要补擦,如果长时间使用,容易造成皮肤过敏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对目前市场上的防晒霜以物理防晒和化学防晒居多,且均有缺陷的问题,提供一种可极大程度帮助皮肤屏障减轻紫外线损伤,并修复紫外线损伤的可溶性防晒修复膜,并为该修复膜提供一种制备方法。
解决上述技术问题所采用的可溶性防晒修复膜是由下述质量份配比的原料制成的固体薄膜:0.1份重组人热休克蛋白10,0.1份胶原蛋白,0.2~0.6份尿囊素,0.05~0.4份透明质酸,15~20份糯米纸,95~105份去离子水。
本发明可溶性晒后修复膜优选由下述质量份配比的原料制成的固体薄膜:重组人热休克蛋白10 0.1份,胶原蛋白0.1份,尿囊素0.3份,透明质酸0.2份,糯米纸18份和去离子水100份。
本发明可溶性晒后修复膜的厚度为0.15~0.30mm、直径为4.8~5.2cm。
上述的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列是MAGQAFRKFL PLFDRVLVERSAAETVTKGG IMLPEKSQGK VLQATVVAVG SGSKGKGGEI QPVSVKVGDK VLLPEYGGTK VVLDDKDYFLFRDGDILGKY VD,或者是与该氨基酸序列的同源性在90%以上且具有相同活性的氨基酸序列,或者是YARAAARQAR AGGGSMAGQA FRKFLPLFDR VLVERSAAET VTKGGIMLPE KSQGKVLQATVVAVGSGSKG KGGEIQPVSV KVGDKVLLPE YGGTKVVLDD KDYFLFRDGD ILGKYVD,其根据公开号为CN 106632690 A、发明名称为“一种重组人热休克蛋白10及其编码基因与制备方法”中公开的方法制备得到。
上述的糯米纸可以是已有的任何形式制作的糯米纸。
本发明可溶性防晒修复膜的制备方法为:将重组人热休克蛋白10、胶原蛋白、尿囊素加入去离子水中,搅拌成糊状,得到A组分;将透明质酸、糯米纸加入去离子水中,混合均匀,在60~70℃下灭菌处理15~30分钟,冷却至40℃,得到B组分;将A组分加入到B组分中,将两者混合成均匀糊状,再加工成固体薄膜。
本发明可溶性防晒修复膜的使用方法为:洁面后,保持手部干燥,取1片防晒修复膜,加1~2mL水溶解后,均匀涂于面部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的可溶性防晒修复膜具有如下优点:
1、本发明所用的重组人热休克蛋白10是一种应激蛋白,与人体同源,安全性高,能够加速皮肤代谢,修复紫外线损伤,修复能力强,对已晒伤皮肤具有良好的修复功效;而胶原蛋白和透明质酸可以起到很好的保湿作用,减少了紫外线对皮肤的损伤;可溶性载体为糯米纸,安全无毒,可食用;将其涂于皮肤表面,可很好起到修复皮肤损伤的作用。
2、本发明的可溶性防晒修复膜为固体薄膜,存储方便,使用方便,可极大程度的保持重组人热休克蛋白10的生物学活性,具有良好的防晒及晒后修复效果,可有效防止皮肤晒黑晒伤。
3、本发明的配方成分简单,不含有害化学成分,对人体无伤害,使用起来安全可靠。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
将0.1g重组人热休克蛋白10、0.1g胶原蛋白、0.3g尿囊素加入10g去离子水中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,得到A组分;将0.2g透明质酸、18g糯米纸加入90g去离子水中,混合均匀,在60~70℃下灭菌处理20分钟,冷却至40℃,得到B组分;将A组分加入到B组分中,将两者混合成均匀糊状,再按照糯米纸的加工工艺加工成厚度为0.2mm、直径为5cm的圆形固体薄膜。
本实施例中所用的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列如下:

实施例2
将0.1g重组人热休克蛋白10、0.1g胶原蛋白、0.2g尿囊素加入10g去离子水中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,得到A组分;将0.05g透明质酸、15g糯米纸加入85g去离子水中,混合均匀,在60~70℃下灭菌处理15分钟,冷却至40℃,得到B组分;将A组分加入到B组分中,将两者混合成均匀糊状,再按照糯米纸的加工工艺加工成厚度为0.3mm、直径为5cm的圆形固体薄膜。
本实施例中所用的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列与实施例1相同。
实施例3
将0.1g重组人热休克蛋白10、0.1g胶原蛋白、0.6g尿囊素加入10g去离子水中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,得到A组分;将0.4g透明质酸、20g糯米纸加入95g去离子水中,混合均匀,在60~70℃下灭菌处理30分钟,冷却至40℃,得到B组分;将A组分加入到B组分中,将两者混合成均匀糊状,再按照糯米纸的加工工艺加工成厚度为0.15mm、直径为5cm的圆形固体薄膜。
本实施例中所用的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列如下:

为了证明本发明的有益效果,发明人采用实施例1的可溶性防晒修复膜进行了动物试验,具体试验情况如下:将新西兰大白兔背部脱毛,分为四个区域,分别作为:对照组、模型组、产品组、安慰剂组。将新西兰大白兔用质量分数为4%的硫化钠水溶液褪毛后,开启UVB紫外灯,预热15min,光源稳定后,固定光源距离新西兰大白兔背部25cm,每天1次,每次30min,间隔时间为24h,照射期间停止给水给食,照射后1h恢复,每次照射前,对照组涂抹菲安珂防晒霜,模型组不做处理,产品组给予1~2片本发明防晒修复膜,安慰剂组涂抹生理盐水。连续5天每天观察记录新西兰大白兔背部皮肤状况。试验结果显示,对照组新西兰大白兔皮肤光滑,肤色正常,未见明显病理性变化;模型组和安慰剂组皮肤均出现大量红斑和少量皮肤褶皱,产品组皮肤光滑,肤色正常。实验表明,本发明的可溶性防晒修复膜具有良好的修复皮肤紫外线损伤的能力,可有效减少紫外线造成的皮肤损伤。

Claims (6)

1.一种可溶性防晒修复膜,其特征在于它是由下述质量份配比的原料制成的固体薄膜:0.1份重组人热休克蛋白10,0.1份胶原蛋白,0.2~0.6份尿囊素,0.05~0.4份透明质酸,15~20份糯米纸,95~105份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的可溶性晒后修复膜,其特征在于它是由下述质量份配比的原料制成的固体薄膜:重组人热休克蛋白10 0.1份,胶原蛋白0.1份,尿囊素0.3份,透明质酸0.2份,糯米纸18份和去离子水100份。
3.根据权利要求书1或2所述的可溶性晒后修复膜,其特征在于:所述的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列是MAGQAFRKFL PLFDRVLVER SAAETVTKGG IMLPEKSQGK VLQATVVAVGSGSKGKGGEI QPVSVKVGDK VLLPEYGGTK VVLDDKDYFL FRDGDILGKY VD,或者是与该氨基酸序列的同源性在90%以上且具有相同活性的氨基酸序列。
4.根据权利要求书1或2所述的可溶性晒后修复膜,其特征在于:所述的重组人热休克蛋白10的氨基酸序列是YARAAARQAR AGGGSMAGQA FRKFLPLFDR VLVERSAAET VTKGGIMLPEKSQGKVLQAT VVAVGSGSKG KGGEIQPVSV KVGDKVLLPE YGGTKVVLDD KDYFLFRDGD ILGKYVD。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的可溶性晒后修复膜,其特征在于:所述的固体薄膜的厚度为0.15~0.30mm,直径为4.8~5.2cm。
6.一种权利要求1所述的可溶性防晒修复膜的制备方法,其特征在于:将重组人热休克蛋白10、胶原蛋白、尿囊素加入去离子水中,搅拌成糊状,得到A组分;将透明质酸、糯米纸加入去离子水中,混合均匀,在60~70℃下灭菌处理15~30分钟,冷却至40℃,得到B组分;将A组分加入到B组分中,将两者混合成均匀糊状,再加工成固体薄膜。
