An anatomic fixation spacer ankle prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the tibial side component (1) consists of a titanium alloy, the fixation spacer (2) consists of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene and the talus side component (3) consists of a cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy.
3. An anatomic fixation spacer ankle prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper bearing surface (4) and the lower connecting surface (12) of the tibial side component (1) and the talar side component (3) are of a roughened or porous structure.
4. An anatomic fixation spacer ankle prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper bearing surface (4), the lower sliding surface (10) and the upper sliding surface (11) are arc-shaped and match the curvature of the articular surface of the distal tibia (8).
5. An anatomic fixation spacer ankle prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower connecting surface (12) is provided with a tubular rod (13) and two protruding second pins (14) arranged in an equilateral triangle.
