背景技术
柑橘黄龙病是由一种限于韧皮部内寄生的革兰氏阴性细菌引起,该病原菌目前全世界均无法分离和人工培养,测试具有一定难度,能够侵染包括柑橘属、枳属、金柑属和九里香等多种芸香科植物,是世界柑橘生产上的毁灭性病害,该病传染快,发病率高,损失惨重。目前,该病主要分布在亚洲、非洲、大洋洲、南美洲和北美洲的近50个国家和地区。我国是柑橘生产大国,2006年种植面积188.2万公顷,占世界柑橘种植面积的24%,居世界首位;总产量1842.5万吨,占世界总产量的16%,居世界第二位,但19个柑橘生产省(市、自治区)中已有11个受到该病危害,尤以主产区广东、福建、广西、江西南部、湖南南部、贵州南部、浙江南部等有柑橘木虱活跃的省(区)为重,严重制约柑橘产业的健康发展。柑橘黄龙病全年都能发生,春、夏、秋梢均可出现症状,以秋、冬季症状最为明显。叶片有三种类型的黄化,即斑驳黄化、均匀黄化和缺素状黄化。叶片转绿后局部褪绿,形成斑驳状黄化,斑驳位置、形状非常不规则,呈雾状,没有清晰边界,多数斑驳起源自叶脉、基部或边缘,是较为准确的判断症状;均匀黄化多出现在秋季气温局部回落后,所抽生的秋梢晚秋稍上,新稍叶片不转绿,逐渐形成均匀黄化,多出现在树冠外围、向阳处和顶部,是较为准确的判断症状。缺素状黄化不是真的缺素,是由于黄龙病引起根部局部腐烂,造成吸肥能力下降,引起叶片缺素,主要表现为类似缺锌、缺锰症状,是黄龙病识别的辅助症状。柑橘果实有两种类型症状,即青果、红鼻果。青果病主要表现为成熟期果实不转色,呈青软果(大而软)或青僵果(小而硬),柚类、柠檬类、橙类均有此症状;红鼻果主要表现为成熟期果实转色异乎寻常的从果蒂开始,而果顶部位转色慢而保持青绿色形成红鼻果,柑橘类、橙类均有此症状。细菌随筛管转运至全株,使树体衰退。病枝上再发的新梢,或剪截了黄化枝后抽出的新梢,枝短、叶小变硬,表现缺锌、缺锰状的花叶。
人们已经取得共识,只有把黄龙病防治好,排除柑橘业发展中的这个最大障碍,保障安全生产,才能提高效益,使果品的数量和质量能满足消费者的需求,然而目前,对柑橘黄龙病以预防为主,对于染病植株大部分采取控制木虱或铲除植株方法或喷施有机杀虫剂,劳动强度大,影响收益且对果实、土壤、环境及人的健康影响较大,现有杀虫剂具有气味浓烈难闻,且容易危及人畜安全,严重影响包括水资源在内的环境卫生和安全的缺点。因此,研究制备环境友好、毒性小或无毒的有效控制黄龙病的制剂对柑橘产业至关重要。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药及其制备方法,本发明利用中药生物药剂分散和乳化,用喷雾的方式施于柑橘树上,制作工艺简单,效果明显,成本低,值得广泛推广。

本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明鱼腥草、花椒、苦楝皮、蒜头、苦皮藤、黎辣根、使君子、大黄、艾叶、泡桐锯末、苦豆子、厚朴、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿、枯矾和硫磺均为杀菌消毒的中药,而且配方合理严谨,而且纤维素酶和果胶酶的加入使中药的细胞壁破裂,有效成分充分溶出,同时用分散剂和乳化剂,可以使本发明生物药充分覆盖在柑橘树的果叶枝上,可以使生物药发挥更长效果,且辅料的微量元素、赖氨酸、吲哚丁酸、维生素E、井冈霉素等都能提高柑橘的免疫能力,极大了降低了柑橘患黄龙病的风险,本发明成本低,制备简单,适合大规模推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药,其活性成分为由主料和辅料加工而成,所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草30份、花椒35份、苦楝皮60份、蒜头50份、枯矾75份、苦皮藤60份、硫磺55份、黎辣根50份、使君子75份、大黄30份、艾叶120份、泡桐锯末100份、苦豆子90份、厚朴80份、苦楝60份、苦皮藤55份、臭椿52份;
所述辅料为磷酸钾1份、氯化铵1份、硝酸钙0.6份、氯化镁0.6份、碘化钾0.2份、硼化钠0.2份、硝酸钼0.2份、葡萄糖酸锌0.2份、高锰酸钾0.2份、无水硫酸铜0.2份、柠檬酸铁0.2份、维生素E 0.2份、赖氨酸0.2份、吲哚丁酸0.06份、果胶酶0.06份、井冈霉素0.06份、纤维素酶0.04份、分散剂6份、乳化剂5份。
根据以上配方,本发明所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将鱼腥草、花椒、苦楝皮、蒜头、苦皮藤、黎辣根、使君子、大黄、艾叶、泡桐锯末、苦豆子、厚朴、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿放入烘箱内烘干,然后放入冷冻干燥器内用冷冻干燥气体冷却,再放入中药粉碎机中破碎成粉状,过50目筛后备用;(2)将备用的粉体放入料桶中,加入粉体体积的2倍温水,再加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,然后搅拌3h;(3)过滤得滤液后,加入枯矾和硫磺溶解,并加入辅料中的其他成分,一起搅拌溶解并分散乳化,得到所需防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药。
本发明所述烘箱的烘干温度为60℃,烘烤时间为3h,烘烤时间过长或烘烤温度过高均会影响中药中有效成分变性。
本发明所述温水的温度为20℃,所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水,浸泡的水温度不能太高,因为纤维素酶和果胶酶在20℃对细胞壁的酶解效果最好。
本发明所述生物药与水重量比1:10稀释再倒入喷雾器中每周喷洒一次,每次每亩喷洒100公斤。
实施例2
本发明一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药,其活性成分为由主料和辅料加工而成,所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草40份、花椒55份、苦楝皮75份、蒜头75份、枯矾90份、苦皮藤85份、硫磺70份、黎辣根70份、使君子100份、大黄50份、艾叶150份、泡桐锯末120份、苦豆子110份、厚朴100份、苦楝90份、苦皮藤86份、臭椿78份;
所述辅料为磷酸钾3份、氯化铵2份、硝酸钙0.9份、氯化镁0.9份、碘化钾0.4份、硼化钠0.4份、硝酸钼0.4份、葡萄糖酸锌0.4份、高锰酸钾0.4份、无水硫酸铜0.2-0.4份、柠檬酸铁0.4份、维生素E0.4份、赖氨酸0.3份、吲哚丁酸0.09份、果胶酶0.09份、井冈霉素0.08份、纤维素酶0.06份、分散剂12份、乳化剂10份。
根据以上配方,本发明所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将鱼腥草、花椒、苦楝皮、蒜头、苦皮藤、黎辣根、使君子、大黄、艾叶、泡桐锯末、苦豆子、厚朴、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿放入烘箱内烘干,然后放入冷冻干燥器内用冷冻干燥气体冷却,再放入中药粉碎机中破碎成粉状,过50目筛后备用;(2)将备用的粉体放入料桶中,加入粉体体积的2倍温水,再加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,然后搅拌6h;(3)过滤得滤液后,加入枯矾和硫磺溶解,并加入辅料中的其他成分,一起搅拌溶解并分散乳化,得到所需防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药。
本发明所述烘箱的烘干温度为80℃,烘烤时间为6h,烘烤时间过长或烘烤温度过高均会影响中药中有效成分变性。
本发明所述温水的温度为32℃,所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水,浸泡的水温度不能太高,因为纤维素酶和果胶酶在32℃对细胞壁的酶解效果最好。
本发明所述生物药与水重量比1:30稀释再倒入喷雾器中每周喷洒一次,每次每亩喷洒200公斤。
实施例3
本发明所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草32份、花椒40份、苦楝皮62份、蒜头55份、枯矾80份、苦皮藤65份、硫磺60份、黎辣根55份、使君子80份、大黄35份、艾叶130份、泡桐锯末105份、苦豆子95份、厚朴85份、苦楝70份、苦皮藤60份、臭椿58份;
所述辅料为:磷酸钾1.5份、氯化铵1.2份、硝酸钙0.7份、氯化镁0.7份、碘化钾0.25份、硼化钠0.25份、硝酸钼0.25份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25份、高锰酸钾0.25-0.35份、无水硫酸铜0.25份、柠檬酸铁0.25份、维生素E 0.25-0.35份、赖氨酸0.22-0.28份、吲哚丁酸0.07-0.08份、果胶酶0.07份、井冈霉素0.065份、纤维素酶0.045份、分散剂8份、乳化剂7份。
根据以上配方,本发明所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将鱼腥草、花椒、苦楝皮、蒜头、苦皮藤、黎辣根、使君子、大黄、艾叶、泡桐锯末、苦豆子、厚朴、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿放入烘箱内烘干,然后放入冷冻干燥器内用冷冻干燥气体冷却,再放入中药粉碎机中破碎成粉状,过50目筛后备用;(2)将备用的粉体放入料桶中,加入粉体体积的2倍温水,再加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,然后搅拌4.5h;(3)过滤得滤液后,加入枯矾和硫磺溶解,并加入辅料中的其他成分,一起搅拌溶解并分散乳化,得到所需防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药。
本发明所述烘箱的烘干温度为70℃,烘烤时间为4.5h,烘烤时间过长或烘烤温度过高均会影响中药中有效成分变性。
本发明所述温水的温度为26℃,所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水,浸泡的水温度不能太高,因为纤维素酶和果胶酶在26℃对细胞壁的酶解效果最好。
本发明所述生物药与水重量比1:20稀释再倒入喷雾器中每周喷洒一次,每次每亩喷洒150公斤。
实施例4
本发明所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草38份、花椒50份、苦楝皮70份、蒜头70份、枯矾88份、苦皮藤80份、硫磺68份、黎辣根65份、使君子95份、大黄45份、艾叶140份、泡桐锯末115份、苦豆子105份、厚朴95份、苦楝80份、苦皮藤80份、臭椿68份;
所述辅料为:磷酸钾2.5份、氯化铵1.8份、硝酸钙0.8份、氯化镁0.8份、碘化钾0.35份、硼化钠0.35份、硝酸钼0.35份、葡萄糖酸锌0.35份、高锰酸钾0.35份、无水硫酸铜0.25-0.35份、柠檬酸铁0.35份、维生素E 0.35份、赖氨酸0.28份、吲哚丁酸0.08份、果胶酶0.08份、井冈霉素0.075份、纤维素酶0.055份、分散剂10份、乳化剂9份。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本发明所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草35份、花椒45份、苦楝皮66份、蒜头62份、枯矾83份、苦皮藤72份、硫磺64份、黎辣根60份、使君子88份、大黄40份、艾叶135份、泡桐锯末110份、苦豆子100份、厚朴90份、苦楝75份、苦皮藤70份、臭椿63份;
所述辅料为:磷酸钾2.0份、氯化铵1.5份、硝酸钙0.75份、氯化镁0.75份、碘化钾0.3份、硼化钠0.3份、硝酸钼0.3份、葡萄糖酸锌0.3份、高锰酸钾0.3份、无水硫酸铜0.3份、柠檬酸铁0.3份、维生素E 0.3份、赖氨酸0.3份、吲哚丁酸0.075份、果胶酶0.075份、井冈霉素0.07份、纤维素酶0.05份、分散剂9份、乳化剂8份。
制备方法与实施例3相同。
验证实施例
对比例:
柑橘种植按下列防黄龙病的方法处理:
对照组处理方法:柑橘被发现出现黄龙病后,对柑橘亩用70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂500~800倍液或40%甲基立枯磷600倍液浇灌柑橘的根部,间隔10天灌一次,共浇灌2次。
本发明处理方法:用本发明的生物药作为防治黄龙病的药物,喷洒在柑橘的果叶枝上。
为了便于对比两种种植方法的效果,对比种植地采用的田间管理方式与本发明具体实施时相同。
对比参数为:两种处理方法的黄龙病发生率,产量(第一年种植产量,第二年种植产量)、及柑橘内果实的化学药物残留率。
效果验证:
用本发明的生物药防治黄龙病与现有常规的防治方法对比,具体数据见表1。

从表1可以看出:常规防治黄龙病的方法产量低,土壤板结和盐碱化严重,用药后黄龙病的发病率也相对较高,对柑橘的产量也会造成较大的损失,且化学药物残留率超过国家标准的上限值,导致柑橘可能陷入危害人体健康的窘境,严重影响柑橘的经济效益;而本发明的防治方法减少或避免了化学药物的使用,既起到了杀菌驱虫和消毒的作用,也能作为给柑橘提供营养物质,而且使用本发明的防治方法,减少了黄龙病的发病率,有效地提升了柑橘的产量和经济效益。

Claims (8)

1.一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药,其活性成分为由主料和辅料加工而成,其特征在于,所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草30-40份、花椒35-55份、苦楝皮60-75份、蒜头50-75份、枯矾75-90份、苦皮藤60-85份、硫磺55-70份、黎辣根50-70份、使君子75-100份、大黄30~50份、艾叶120-150份、泡桐锯末100-120份、苦豆子90-110份、厚朴80-100份、苦楝60-90份、苦皮藤55-86份、臭椿52-78份;
所述辅料为磷酸钾1-3份、氯化铵1-2份、硝酸钙0.6-0.9份、氯化镁0.6-0.9份、碘化钾0.2-0.4份、硼化钠0.2-0.4份、硝酸钼0.2-0.4份、葡萄糖酸锌0.2-0.4份、高锰酸钾0.2-0.4份、无水硫酸铜0.2-0.4份、柠檬酸铁0.2-0.4份、维生素E 0.2-0.4份、赖氨酸0.2-0.3份、吲哚丁酸0.06-0.09份、果胶酶0.06-0.09份、井冈霉素0.06-0.08份、纤维素酶0.04-0.06份、分散剂6~12份、乳化剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药,其特征在于,所述主料的原料组成及重量份数为:鱼腥草32-38份、花椒40-50份、苦楝皮62-70份、蒜头55-70份、枯矾80-88份、苦皮藤65-80份、硫磺60-68份、黎辣根55-65份、使君子80-95份、大黄35~45份、艾叶130-140份、泡桐锯末105-115份、苦豆子95-105份、厚朴85-95份、苦楝70-80份、苦皮藤60-80份、臭椿58-68份;
所述辅料为:磷酸钾1.5-2.5份、氯化铵1.2-1.8份、硝酸钙0.7-0.8份、氯化镁0.7-0.8份、碘化钾0.25-0.35份、硼化钠0.25-0.35份、硝酸钼0.25-0.35份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25-0.35份、高锰酸钾0.25-0.35份、无水硫酸铜0.25-0.35份、柠檬酸铁0.25-0.35份、维生素E0.25-0.35份、赖氨酸0.22-0.28份、吲哚丁酸0.07-0.08份、果胶酶0.07-0.08份、井冈霉素0.065-0.075份、纤维素酶0.045-0.055份、分散剂8~10份、乳化剂7~9份。

4.根据权利要求1~3所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将鱼腥草、花椒、苦楝皮、蒜头、苦皮藤、黎辣根、使君子、大黄、艾叶、泡桐锯末、苦豆子、厚朴、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿放入烘箱内烘干,然后放入冷冻干燥器内用冷冻干燥气体冷却,再放入中药粉碎机中破碎成粉状,过50目筛后备用;(2)将备用的粉体放入料桶中,加入粉体体积的2倍温水,再加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,然后搅拌3~6h;(3)过滤得滤液后,加入枯矾和硫磺溶解,并加入辅料中的其他成分,一起搅拌溶解并分散乳化,得到所需防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘箱的烘干温度为60~80℃,时间为3~6h。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,其特征在于,所述温水的温度为20~32℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病的生物药制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水。
8.根据权利要求1~3所述一种防治柑橘黄龙病生物药的应用,其特征在于,所述生物药与水重量比1:10~30稀释再倒入喷雾器中每周喷洒一次,每亩喷洒100~200公斤。
