In view of this, according to the technical solution of the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temperature control method for a nutrient solution, which is used for a water and fertilizer integrated circulation system in soilless culture, the water and fertilizer integrated circulation system includes a production and cultivation area, a backflow pipeline, a plurality of cooling pipelines and a liquid storage tank, a backflow liquid outlet of the production and cultivation area is connected to the backflow pipeline and the plurality of cooling pipelines through electromagnetic valves, the backflow pipeline is connected to the liquid storage tank, the plurality of cooling pipelines are respectively and correspondingly communicated with a plurality of heat dissipation pipelines at different depths from the ground surface and then connected to the liquid storage tank, and the temperature control method for the nutrient solution includes: detecting the current temperature value of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank; if the current temperature value is within the range of a first preset threshold value, controlling the electromagnetic valve to open a valve of a return pipeline so as to enable the nutrient solution to flow back to the liquid storage tank through the return pipeline; and if the current temperature value is within a second preset threshold range, controlling the solenoid valve to open a valve of the cooling pipeline corresponding to the current temperature value according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored temperature value and the cooling pipeline so as to correspondingly adjust the temperature of the nutrient solution, wherein the lower limit temperature value of the second preset threshold range is greater than or equal to the upper limit temperature value of the first preset threshold range.

In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method for controlling the temperature of the nutrient solution further includes: before the nutrient solution after temperature adjustment is returned to the liquid storage tank, the nutrient solution is sterilized, filtered and/or compounded.
In the technical scheme, in order to ensure the cleanliness and the nutrient concentration of the nutrient solution flowing back to the liquid storage tank, the nutrient solution subjected to temperature regulation treatment can be disinfected, sterilized, filtered and/or compounded before flowing back to the liquid storage tank, so that the nutrient solution with proper and pure nutrition can be provided for crops, and the growth of the crops is facilitated.

In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the temperature control device for nutrient solution further includes: and the processing module is used for carrying out disinfection, sterilization, filtration and/or compounding operations on the nutrient solution before the nutrient solution subjected to temperature regulation reflows to the liquid storage tank.
In the technical scheme, in order to ensure the cleanliness and the nutrient concentration of the nutrient solution flowing back to the liquid storage tank, the nutrient solution subjected to temperature regulation treatment can be disinfected, sterilized, filtered and/or compounded before flowing back to the liquid storage tank, so that the nutrient solution with proper and pure nutrition can be provided for crops, and the growth of the crops is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 3, a temperature control apparatus 30 for nutrient solution according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a detection module 302, a first control module 304, and a second control module 306.
The detection module 302 is configured to detect a current temperature value of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank; the first control module 304 is configured to control the solenoid valve to open a valve of the backflow pipeline when the current temperature value is within a first preset threshold range, so that the nutrient solution flows back to the liquid storage tank through the backflow pipeline; the second control module 306 is configured to, when the current temperature value is within a second preset threshold range, control the solenoid valve to open a valve of the cooling pipeline corresponding to the current temperature value according to a correspondence between a pre-stored temperature value and the cooling pipeline, so as to correspondingly adjust the temperature of the nutrient solution, where a lower limit temperature value of the second preset threshold range is greater than or equal to an upper limit temperature value of the first preset threshold range.

In this embodiment, when the current temperature value of nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank was too high and had exceeded the upper limit temperature value of second preset threshold value scope, can cause more serious influence to the growth of crop, then need control solenoid valve to open the valve of backflow pipeline to the temperature regulation device who adopts liquid manure integration circulation system realizes the quick adjustment cooling to the nutrient solution temperature, realizes promptly according to the different temperature conditions of nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank, takes different temperature regulation scheme, thereby can be accurate and adjust the temperature of nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank effectively.
Further, in the above embodiment, when the current temperature value is greater than the upper limit temperature value of the second preset threshold range, the third control module 308 is specifically configured to: controlling a water pumping device to pump underground cold water to cool the nutrient solution flowing through the return pipeline; or controlling to start the compressor type air conditioning unit to cool the nutrient solution flowing through the return pipeline.
In this embodiment, when the current temperature value of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank is too high and exceeds the upper limit temperature value of the second preset threshold range, which may cause serious influence on the growth of crops, in order to quickly adjust the temperature of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank, a temperature adjusting device of the water and fertilizer integrated circulation system needs to be started, specifically, the temperature may be adjusted by controlling a water pumping device to pump underground cold water to cool the nutrient solution flowing through the return pipeline, or may be adjusted by controlling a compressor-started air conditioner to cool the nutrient solution flowing through the return pipeline; of course, other ways of achieving rapid temperature adjustment, such as cooling of ice cubes, etc., may also be used.
Further, in the above embodiment, the temperature control device 30 for nutrient solution further includes: the storage module 310 is configured to store a corresponding relationship between different temperature values of the nutrient solution and the cooling pipeline before the detection module 302 detects the current temperature value of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that different temperature adjustment schemes can be adopted according to different temperature conditions of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank, so as to accurately and effectively adjust the temperature of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank, the corresponding relationship between different temperature values of the nutrient solution and the cooling pipeline needs to be stored in advance, so as to control the electromagnetic valve to open the valve of the corresponding cooling pipeline according to the temperature value of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank detected in real time; specifically, the corresponding relationship between different temperature values of the nutrient solution and the cooling pipeline can be obtained by analyzing a large amount of experimental data.
Further, in the above embodiment, the temperature control device 30 for nutrient solution further includes: a processing module 312, configured to perform disinfection, sterilization, filtration, and/or re-formulation operations on the nutrient solution before returning the temperature-adjusted nutrient solution to the liquid storage tank.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the cleanliness and the nutrient concentration of the nutrient solution flowing back into the liquid storage tank, the nutrient solution after temperature adjustment treatment may be sterilized, filtered and/or compounded before flowing back into the liquid storage tank, so as to ensure that a nutrient solution with proper and pure nutrition is provided for crops, which is beneficial to the growth of crops.

The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in the above with the accompanying drawings, and different temperature adjusting schemes can be adopted based on different temperature conditions of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank of the water and fertilizer integrated circulating system in soilless culture, so that the temperature of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank can be accurately and effectively adjusted and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
