Description

Method and device for controlling temperature of nutrient solution
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent planting, in particular to a temperature control method and a temperature control device for nutrient solution.
Background
In the growth process of the plant root system, the temperature has great influence on the growth of the plant root system, the ground temperature is lower than 8 ℃ or higher than 35 ℃, the plant root system basically stops growing, so the control of the temperature of nutrient solution in the soilless culture is an important cultivation measure for keeping the plant to grow for a long time and prolonging the supply period of crops such as fruits and vegetables, and the like, and the conventional nutrient solution circulating system can control the EC value (soluble salt content), the pH value (Hydrogen ion concentration index), the dissolved oxygen and the liquid level of the nutrient solution, but can not control the temperature.
At present, the main soilless culture modes mainly comprise ground deep liquid culture, shelf culture and pipeline culture, the liquid level is lower in the nutrient solution circulation process, the temperature in a greenhouse is higher in summer, the temperature rises quickly after the nutrient solution is circulated for many times, and the yield and the quality are influenced; in winter, the temperature of the nutrient solution is low, and the nutrient solution is not suitable for growth of plants.
In production, particularly in the production of crops such as soilless culture hydroponic vegetables and the like, in order to reduce the temperature of nutrient solution in a nutrient solution pool, methods such as cooling by ice blocks (prepared by a refrigerator or an ice chest), cooling by pumping underground cold water for heat exchange, cooling by a compression type air conditioning unit and the like are mainly adopted. The methods have the practical problems of large investment and high energy consumption, are only used in agricultural demonstration parks for a short time at present, and cannot be popularized and applied in production.
In addition, to current constant temperature nutrient solution soilless culture device, including the production cultivation district, through the intelligent liquid manure integration irrigation machine that the confession liquid pipeline is connected with the production cultivation district, the recovery nutrient solution in the production cultivation district is passed through the liquid return pipeline and is inputed to filtration system and sterilization system, input to the liquid reserve tank afterwards, the irrigation machine draws the nutrient solution from the liquid reserve tank, and carry again to the production cultivation district after adjusting according to the demand to the concentration of nutrient solution and pH value etc. and circulate in proper order, keep a relatively stable nutrient solution temperature, concentration and pH value.
In summary, the existing method for cooling the nutrient solution has high energy consumption and poor cooling effect, can not be accurately regulated and controlled, is not beneficial to the growth of crops, and is seen to lack an effective regulation and control method for the temperature of the nutrient solution at present, so how to control the temperature of the nutrient solution in soilless culture, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the nutrient solution is in a reasonable threshold range in the growth process of the crops, and becoming a technical problem to be solved urgently.
