In this embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a traffic sharing and switching system based on a mobile terminal, referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic block diagram of a structure of a traffic sharing and switching system based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the system may include a mobile terminal 31 requesting traffic sharing and switching, a server 32, and a target mobile terminal 33 sharing traffic;
the mobile terminal requesting traffic sharing switching comprises the apparatus of any one of the second embodiment, and is configured to, after sending a sharing closing request to the server when the mobile terminal sharing traffic meets a preset switching condition, disconnect a traffic sharing connection with the mobile terminal sharing traffic according to a received traffic sharing closing message of the server; scanning corresponding network signals through more than two opened network functions to acquire network information; screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal intensity threshold value from the network signals as switching detection signals; sending network information corresponding to the switching detection signal to a server; establishing flow sharing connection with a target mobile terminal according to target mobile terminal information returned by a server;
the server is used for receiving a flow sharing closing request sent by the flow sharing mobile terminal; sending a flow sharing closing message to a mobile terminal connected with a flow sharing mobile terminal according to the flow sharing closing message; receiving network information sent by a mobile terminal requesting traffic sharing switching, searching corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from prestored sharing network information according to the network information, and returning the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal requesting traffic sharing switching. The method is particularly used for coordinating the flow sharing process between two mobile terminals to be carried out smoothly, and recording and monitoring the flow use condition in the sharing process.
The target mobile terminal of the shared flow can provide the shared flow for the mobile terminal requesting the flow sharing switching, and can determine whether to start the shared network according to the self flow condition and the user authorization, and upload the self shared network information (such as WIFI hotspot account numbers and passwords), the sharable flow limit and other related information to the server after the shared network is started.
It should be noted that, for a specific interaction process among the three, reference may be made to the above method embodiment and apparatus embodiment, which are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, when performing traffic sharing switching, the mobile terminal to be switched restarts two or more network functions, and scans and acquires multiple types of shared traffic mobile terminals, so that the number of the mobile terminals capable of switching shared traffic is large, thereby ensuring a traffic sharing switching effect and ensuring user internet experience in a traffic sharing process.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The method, device and system for traffic sharing and switching based on the mobile terminal provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A traffic sharing switching method based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after a sharing closing request is sent to a server when a sharing flow mobile terminal meets a preset switching condition, according to a received closing flow sharing message of the server, the mobile terminal requesting flow disconnects flow sharing connection with the sharing flow mobile terminal;
scanning corresponding network signals by starting more than two network functions to acquire network information;
screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal intensity threshold value from the network signals as switching detection signals;
sending the network information corresponding to the switching detection signal to the server, so that the server searches out corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from pre-stored shared network information according to the network information, and returns the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal;
and establishing flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the scanning for the corresponding network signals by enabling more than two network functions to obtain the network information comprises:
and scanning the WIFI hotspot signal and the Bluetooth signal through the started WIFI function and the started Bluetooth function, and respectively acquiring WIFI hotspot network information and Bluetooth network information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the establishing a traffic sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information comprises:
and connecting the WIFI hotspot of the target mobile terminal according to the WIFI account number and the password information included by the target mobile terminal information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the establishing a traffic sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information comprises:
acquiring WIFI hotspot signals of the target mobile terminals corresponding to the plurality of pieces of target mobile terminal information;
and connecting the WIFI hotspot of the target mobile terminal with the strongest signal intensity of the WIFI hotspot according to the WIFI account number and the password information included in the target mobile terminal information.
5. The method according to claim 4, further comprising, after connecting the WIFI hotspot of the target mobile terminal with the strongest WIFI hotspot signal strength according to the WIFI account number and password information included in the target mobile terminal information:
sequencing the WIFI hotspot signals according to the strength of the signal intensity;
and when the WIFI hotspot signal with the strongest signal strength disappears or weakens, automatically connecting the WIFI hotspot signal with the next signal strength.
6. A traffic sharing switching device based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a disconnection module, a flow sharing connection module and a flow sharing connection module, wherein the disconnection module is used for sending a sharing closing request to a server when a mobile terminal for sharing the flow accords with a preset switching condition, and then disconnecting the mobile terminal for requesting the flow from the flow sharing connection module according to a received flow sharing closing message of the server;
the scanning acquisition module is used for scanning corresponding network signals by starting more than two network functions to acquire network information;
the screening module is used for screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal intensity threshold value from the network signals as switching detection signals;
the sending module is used for sending the network information corresponding to the switching detection signal to the server so that the server searches out corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from pre-stored shared network information according to the network information and returns the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal;
and the switching module is used for establishing flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the scan acquisition module comprises:
and the WIFI/Bluetooth scanning acquisition unit is used for scanning the WIFI hotspot signal and the Bluetooth signal through the started WIFI function and the started Bluetooth function and respectively acquiring WIFI hotspot network information and Bluetooth network information.

10. A flow sharing switching system based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the mobile terminal requesting flow sharing switching, a server and a target mobile terminal sharing flow;
the mobile terminal requesting traffic sharing handover comprises the apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 9, configured to send a request for closing traffic sharing to the server when the mobile terminal sharing traffic meets a preset handover condition, and disconnect a traffic sharing connection with the mobile terminal sharing traffic according to a received message for closing traffic sharing by the server; scanning corresponding network signals by starting more than two network functions to acquire network information; screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal intensity threshold value from the network signals as switching detection signals; sending the network information corresponding to the switching detection signal to the server; establishing flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information returned by the server;
the server is used for receiving a flow sharing closing request sent by the flow sharing mobile terminal; sending the flow sharing closing message to a mobile terminal connected with the flow sharing mobile terminal according to the flow sharing closing message; receiving the network information sent by the mobile terminal requesting the traffic sharing switching, finding out corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from pre-stored shared network information according to the network information, and returning the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal requesting the traffic sharing switching.
