Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for switching a call mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S101: and establishing communication connection with the opposite terminal.
Specifically, the local terminal may initiate a call request to the peer terminal, or the peer terminal may initiate a call request to the local terminal.
Step S102: the current state of the local terminal is detected.
The current state of the local terminal includes: current network status and/or current remaining power.
Step S103: and determining the current call mode according to the detection result.
The call mode comprises a video call mode and a voice call mode, and the video call mode comprises at least one video call mode.
If the local terminal initiates a call request to the opposite terminal, when the opposite terminal accepts the call request, the call mode with the opposite terminal can be determined according to the current network state and/or the current remaining power. When the local terminal and the opposite terminal have established a call connection (assuming a video call), and when the current network state and/or the current remaining power of the local terminal are not enough to support the video call between the local terminal and the opposite terminal, the current video call mode may be switched to a call mode adapted to the current network state and/or the current remaining power, for example, another video call mode or a voice call mode. Or switching the current call mode according to the requirement of the user.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, after the call connection between the local terminal and the opposite terminal is successfully established, if the current state of the local terminal is not enough to support the current call mode, the current call mode can be switched into other call modes suitable for the current state (for example, the current residual capacity is not enough to support the video call between the local terminal and the opposite terminal, the current call mode can be changed into the voice call mode), and in the process of establishing the call connection between the local terminal and the opposite terminal, the corresponding call mode can be selected according to the current state of the local terminal, so that the current call mode is suitable for the current network state or the current residual capacity, and the call of a user is not influenced.
Example two
The video call mode may include: one or more of the first video call mode, the second video call mode and the third video call mode, and the methods for determining the current call mode in different video call modes are different, and the method for determining the current call mode will be exemplified below.
The first method for determining the call mode provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
determining a region of a local terminal display screen for displaying a video image of an opposite terminal, so that the local terminal display screen displays the video image of the opposite terminal in the region, and entering a first video call mode.
Assuming that a local terminal and an opposite terminal are in a video call, the current residual power of the local terminal is insufficient at a certain moment, at this moment, in order to reduce the power consumption of the local terminal, only a part of a video image of the opposite terminal can be displayed, so that a user can manually mark out a display area of the video image of the opposite terminal on a display screen of the local terminal, and the display screen of the local terminal only displays the video image in a user selection area, thereby saving the electric energy of the local terminal.
Of course, the range of the display area of the local terminal may also be set in the local terminal in advance when the remaining power is lower than the preset power value, so that the local terminal automatically displays the video of the opposite terminal located in the display range when the remaining power of the local terminal is lower than the preset power value.
After the local user terminal selects the first video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a second method for determining a call mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S201: and segmenting the received video image of the opposite terminal into an object image and an original background image.
The method for segmenting the video image into the object image and the background image is the prior art, and therefore, the description is omitted here.
Step S202: and replacing the original background image with a preset background image so as to display the preset background image and the figure image in the local terminal display screen and enter a second video call mode.
Preferably, the preset background image is a black image, so that when the local terminal displays the character image of the opposite terminal, the local terminal uses black as the background, and the electric quantity required for displaying the black background image is small, thereby achieving the purpose of saving electric energy.
Certainly, the background image can be selected by the user, the user can select the favorite background image according to the interest of the user, and the interestingness is further increased.
After the local user terminal selects the second video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a third method for determining a call mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S301: and obtaining the offset of the moving target of the current video image of the opposite terminal and the moving target in the video image of the opposite terminal closest to the current time.
And the video image of the opposite terminal closest to the current time is a historical video image of the current video image.
The moving object refers to an object moving in the video image, for example, a person in the video image always speaks, blinks, and shakes, so that the mouth, eyes, and body of the person can be referred to as the moving object.
Step S302: and updating the video image of the opposite terminal closest to the current time according to the offset so that the display screen of the local terminal displays the current video image of the opposite terminal and enters a third video call mode.
In order to synchronize the current video image displayed by the local terminal with the current video image collected by the opposite terminal, the local terminal only needs to receive the offset between the current video image of the opposite terminal and each moving object in the video image closest to the current time next time after receiving the video image closest to the current time from the opposite terminal, and the video image closest to the current time can be updated according to the offset so as to be synchronized with the current video image of the opposite terminal.
The current network state includes: the current uplink network state and the current downlink network state, when the current downlink network state of the local terminal is poor, in order to ensure that the video image displayed by the local terminal is synchronous with the video image collected by the opposite terminal, a third video call mode can be adopted, because only the offset needs to be transmitted in the network, the network resource is saved for the whole image by the offset, and for the same network resource, the speed of transmitting the offset is faster than the speed of transmitting the whole video image.
After the local user terminal selects the third video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a fourth method for determining the call mode, which comprises the following steps:
determining the area to which the video image to be acquired of the local terminal belongs so that the local terminal acquires the video image of the area, sending the acquired image to the opposite terminal, and entering a fourth video call mode.
Supposing that a local terminal and an opposite terminal are in a video call, the current remaining power of the local terminal is insufficient (or the current network state is not good) at a certain time, at this time, in order to reduce the power consumption of the local terminal (or save bandwidth resources), only a part (for example, a head) of a local terminal video image can be collected, so that a user can manually mark out an area, which needs to be collected, of the local terminal video image on a display screen of the local terminal, and thus, the local terminal only needs to collect the video image of the area selected by the user, so that the electric energy of the local terminal is saved, and the bandwidth resources are also saved. Or the user marks out an area on the video image of the local terminal displayed by the local terminal, and the local terminal only collects the video image of the local terminal appearing in the area.
Of course, it may also be preset in the local terminal that when the remaining power is lower than the preset power value or the current network state is not good, only the video image of a certain area (for example, the head) of the video image of the local terminal is acquired, so that when the remaining power of the local terminal is lower than the preset power value, the local terminal automatically acquires the image of the certain area of the local terminal, and no manual setting is needed.
After the local user terminal selects the fourth video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a fifth method for determining a call mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S401: and segmenting the acquired video image of the local terminal into an object image and an original background image.
The method for segmenting the video image into the object image and the background image is the prior art, and therefore, the description is omitted here.
Step S402: and replacing the original background image with a preset background image, and transmitting the preset background image and the figure image to the opposite terminal so that the opposite terminal displays the figure image by taking the preset background image as a background and enters a fifth video call mode.
Preferably, the preset background image is a black image, or a red image, etc., and since the preset background image is a color, the data amount of the encoded preset background image is small, so that the bandwidth is saved.
Certainly, the background image can be selected by the user, and the user can select the favorite background image according to the interest of the user, so that the interestingness is increased.
The preset background image is selected instead of the background image of the location of the user, so that the privacy of the user is protected.
After the local user terminal selects the fifth video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a sixth method for determining a call mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S501: and obtaining the offset of the moving target of the current video image of the local terminal and the moving target in the video image of the local terminal closest to the current time.
And the video image of the local terminal closest to the current time is a historical video image of the current video image.
The moving object refers to an object moving in the video image, for example, a person in the video image always speaks, blinks, and shakes, so that the mouth, eyes, and body of the person can be referred to as the moving object.
Step S502: and transmitting the offset to the opposite terminal so that the opposite terminal updates the video image of the local terminal closest to the current time according to the offset, so that the current video image of the local terminal displayed by the opposite terminal enters a sixth video call mode.
In order to synchronize the current video image displayed by the opposite terminal with the current video image acquired by the local terminal, after the opposite terminal receives the video image from the local terminal which is closest to the current time, the offset between the current video image of the local terminal and each moving object in the video image which is closest to the current time can be received next time.
When the current uplink network state of the local terminal is poor, in order to ensure that the video image displayed by the opposite terminal is synchronous with the video image collected by the local terminal, a sixth video call mode can be adopted, because only the offset needs to be transmitted in the network, the offset saves network resources relative to the whole image, and for the same network resources, the speed of transmitting the offset is faster than the speed of transmitting the whole video image.
After the local user terminal selects the sixth video call mode, the call mode of the opposite terminal is not affected, and the opposite terminal can switch the current call mode according to the current state of the opposite terminal.
When the local user terminal selects the voice call mode, preferably, the opposite terminal also changes to the voice call mode.
The local terminal may simultaneously adopt one or more of the first video call mode, the second video call mode, the third video call mode, the fourth video call mode, the fifth video call mode and the sixth video call mode.
The same local terminal can have a first video call mode, a second video call mode, a third video call mode, a fourth video call mode, a fifth video call mode and a sixth video call mode, when the current remaining capacity and the current network state of the local terminal can support one or more of the first video call mode, the second video call mode, the third video call mode, the fourth video call mode, the fifth video call mode and the sixth video call mode, the switching priority levels of the voice call mode and the video call modes can be set, and the video call mode with a high priority level is selected to carry out a call with the opposite terminal.
The method is described in detail in the embodiments disclosed above, and the method of the present invention can be implemented by various types of apparatuses, so that the present invention also discloses an apparatus, and the following detailed description will be given of specific embodiments.
