The first USSD service server 721, the first USSD web server 722, and the first USSD interface unit 723 have the same functions as the second USSD service server 731, the second USSD web server 732, and the second USSD interface unit 733, respectively. The USSD service server is mainly responsible for service logic control of USSD service, storage of service data, and communication with a core network and a USSD service interface machine. USSD service interface machine: which is responsible for communication with third parties, USSD messages need to be saved in this embodiment. A USSD webpage server: and the system is responsible for providing a USSD management interface, managing USSD services and the like. The core network 71 is used to perform basic connection function, subscriber subscription function and call link establishment with the USSD service server. The unstructured supplementary data service switching method in the third embodiment of the invention is used for the system, and the first unstructured supplementary data service platform is used as an original unstructured supplementary data service platform, and the second unstructured supplementary data service platform is used as a target unstructured supplementary data service platform. Referring to fig. 8, a specific interaction process includes:
s801: the user terminal sends a PUSSDR request to the core network through dialing in the special access code;
s802: the core network receives the PUSSDR request and sends the PUSSDR request to a first USSD service server;
s803: the USSD service 1 server executes corresponding service processing according to the PUSSDR request;
s804: a USSD service 1 server sends a message USSDR (USSD Request) message needing user response to a core network;
s805: the core network sends USSDR information to the user terminal;
s806: the user terminal replies a response message USSDR _ ACK to the core network;
s807: the core network sends USSDR _ ACK information to a first USSD service server;
s808: the first USSD service server judges that the service to be processed needs to be processed by a target unstructured supplementary service data platform, sends an MAP signaling to a core network and applies for an auxiliary session;
s809: the core network generates a PUSSDR request according to the MAP signaling;
s810: sending the PUSSDR request to a second USSD service server;
s811: the second USSD service server receives the PUSSDR request and processes the service to be processed according to the PUSSDR request;
s812: the second USSD service server sends USSDR information to the first USSD service server;
s813: the first USSD service server receives the USSDR message and sends the USSDR message to a core network;
s814: the core network sends the USSDR message to the user terminal;
s815: the user terminal replies USSDR _ ACK response message to the core network;
s816: the core network sends the USSDR _ ACK response message to a first USSD service server;
s817: the first USSD service server sends the USSDR _ ACK response message to a second USSD service server;
s818: the second USSD service server sends a PUSSDR _ ACK service request ending message to the first USSD service server;
s819: the first USSD service server receives the PUSSDR _ ACK service request ending message, ends the auxiliary conversation and simultaneously switches back the service to the first USSD service server;
s820: USSD service 1 sends a termination message PUSSDR _ ACK to a core network;
s821: the core network sends a termination message PUSSDR _ ACK to the user terminal.
In the above example, the first USSD service server performs a part of processing according to the PUSSDR request sent by the user, and the process includes steps S801-S807; then the first USSD service server judges that the service to be processed needs to be processed by the target unstructured supplementary service data platform, the service is switched to a second USSD service server, and the service to be processed is processed by the second USSD service server, wherein the process comprises S808-S818; in actual use, there may be 0 or more of the processes for S801-S807, and 0 or more of the processes for S808-S818. The second USSD service server ends the service processing and switches the service back to the first USSD service server, which includes S819, and the first USSD service server ends the service processing flow, which includes S820-S821.

Claims (8)

1. An unstructured supplementary data service switching method, comprising:
when the original unstructured supplementary service data service platform judges that the service to be processed needs to be processed by the target unstructured supplementary service data service platform according to the first processing service request of the user, generating and sending switching information for switching the service to the target unstructured supplementary service data service platform to a core network;
triggering the target unstructured supplementary data service platform by using a core network according to the switching information to process the service to be processed;
receiving service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary service data platform executing the service function, and transmitting the service processing information to a user; and receiving feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information, and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
2. The unstructured supplementary data service switching method of claim 1, wherein the switching information comprises: and the access information of the target unstructured supplementary service data platform and the communication information of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after triggering the target unstructured supplementary service data platform to process the service to be processed according to the handover information by using a core network, the method further comprises: after the target unstructured supplementary data service platform is detected to finish processing the service to be processed, judging whether the service to be processed still exists, if so, controlling to finish processing the service to be processed; otherwise, control ends all business processes.
4. An unstructured supplementary data service switching method, comprising:
receiving switching information which is sent by an original unstructured supplementary service data platform and used for switching the service to a target unstructured supplementary service data platform;
generating a second processing service request according to the switching information, and sending the second processing service request to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to trigger the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to process a service to be processed;
receiving service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary service data platform executing the service function, and transmitting the service processing information to a user; and receiving feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information, and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
5. An unstructured supplementary data service switching method, comprising:
when the original unstructured supplementary service data platform judges that a service to be processed needs to be processed by the target unstructured supplementary service data platform according to a first processing service request of a user, generating and sending switching information for switching the service to the target unstructured supplementary service data platform to a core network;
the core network receives the switching information;
the core network generates a second processing service request according to the switching information, and sends the second processing service request to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to trigger the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to process the service to be processed;
the target unstructured supplementary service data platform processes the service to be processed according to the second processing service request;
the core network receives service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary service data service platform executing the service function and transmits the service processing information to the user; and receiving feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information, and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
6. An original unstructured supplementary data service platform, comprising:
the switching information sending unit is used for generating and sending switching information for switching the service to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to the core network when the original unstructured supplementary data service platform judges that the service to be processed needs to be processed by the target unstructured supplementary data service platform according to the first processing service request of the user;
the processing unit is used for triggering the target unstructured supplementary service data platform to process the service to be processed by utilizing a core network according to the switching information;
the processing information transfer unit is used for receiving the service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary data service platform executing the service function and transmitting the service processing information to the user;
and the feedback information transfer unit is used for receiving the feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
7. A core network, comprising:
the switching information receiving unit is used for receiving switching information which is sent by an original unstructured supplementary service data platform and used for switching the service to a target unstructured supplementary service data platform;
the switching information processing unit is used for generating a second processing service request according to the switching information and sending the second processing service request to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to trigger the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to process a service to be processed;
the switching information receiving unit is also used for receiving the service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary data service platform executing the service function and transmitting the service processing information to the user; and receiving feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information, and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
8. An unstructured supplementary service data system, comprising: the system comprises an original unstructured supplementary data service platform, a core network and a target unstructured supplementary data service platform;
the original unstructured supplementary service data platform is used for generating and sending switching information for switching the service to the target unstructured supplementary service data platform to the core network when judging that the service to be processed needs to be processed by the target unstructured supplementary service data platform according to the first processing service request of the user;
the core network is used for receiving the switching information; generating a second processing service request according to the switching information, and sending the second processing service request to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to trigger the target unstructured supplementary data service platform to process a service to be processed;
the target unstructured supplementary data service platform is used for processing the service to be processed according to the second processing service request;
the core network receives service processing information obtained by the target unstructured supplementary service data service platform executing the service function and transmits the service processing information to the user; and receiving feedback information sent by the user according to the service processing information, and transmitting the feedback information to the target unstructured supplementary data service platform.
