本发明公开了一种电焊条烘干箱结构，包括干燥间、烘干间、隔板和支架，所述干燥间位于所述烘干间的左侧，所述干燥间与所述烘干间通过所述隔板隔开，所述隔板与所述支架固定连接，所述干燥间内部固定安装有加热装置，所述烘干间内固定安装有吹风机，所述支架内设置有滚轮，所述滚轮在所述支架内部滚动配合，所述滚轮之间留有焊条通过的缝隙，所述支架设置在一条水平线上。本发明结构简单，使用方便，可以有效烘干电焊条中的水分，解决了因电焊条受潮而出现的焊接质量下降的问题，提升焊接的工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊条制备技术领域，更具体地说，特别涉及一种电焊条烘干箱结构。
背景技术
电焊条是目前工件连接中常用的工具，大多数的焊接工作都要用到焊条，但是没有经过密封处理的焊条很容易受潮，潮湿以后的电焊条会严重影响焊接的质量，降低焊接的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种电焊条烘干箱结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
一种电焊条烘干箱结构，包括干燥间、烘干间、隔板和支架，所述干燥间位于所述烘干间的左侧所述干燥间与所述烘干间通过所述隔板隔开，所述隔板与所述支架固定连接，所述干燥间内部固定安装有加热装置，所述烘干间内固定安装有吹风机，所述支架内设置有滚轮，所述滚轮在所述支架内部滚动配合，所述滚轮之间留有焊条通过的缝隙，所述支架设置在一条水平线上。
优选地，所述滚轮表面铺设有一层防滑物质。
优选地，所述干燥间下方开有通风口。
优选地，所述加热装置和吹风机位于所述干燥间和烘干间的顶部和底部。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：本发明结构简单，使用方便，可以有效烘干电焊条中的水分，解决了因电焊条受潮而出现的焊接质量下降的问题，提升焊接的工作效率。

参阅图1-2所示，本发明提供一种电焊条烘干箱结构，包括干燥间1，烘干间2,隔板5，支架6，所述干燥间1位于所述烘干间2的左侧，所述干燥间1与所述烘干间2通过所述隔板5隔开，所述隔板5与所述支架6固定连接，所述干燥间1内部固定安装有加热装置3，所述烘干间2内固定安装有吹风机4，所述支架6内设置有滚轮7，所述滚轮7在所述支架6内部滚动配合，所述滚轮7之间留有焊条通过的缝隙，所述支架6设置在一条水平线上。
作为优选，所述滚轮7表面铺设有一层防滑物质，防止所述滚轮7在运输电焊条时出现打滑的情况。
作为优选，所述干燥间1下方开有通风口，使所述吹风机4能够正常工作，有利于所述吹风机4将电焊条中残留的水分吹出。
作为优选，所述加热装置3和吹风机4位于所述干燥间1和烘干间2的顶部和底部，可以对电焊条进行全方位的烘干。
本发明在于：使用时，电焊条从干燥间1一侧的支架6中的缝隙中进入，由滚轮7输送进入干燥间1内，并停留在干燥间1内由加热装置3进行干燥加热，蒸发水分，再通过滚轮7由中间的支架6输送至烘干间2内，此时吹风机4开始工作，烘干电焊条焊条内残余的水分。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式，但是专利所有者可以在所附权利要求的范围之内做出各种变形或修改，只要不超过本发明的权利要求所描述的保护范围，都应当在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电焊条烘干箱结构，包括干燥间(1)，烘干间(2),隔板(5)，支架(6)，其特征在于：所述干燥间(1)位于所述烘干间(2)的左侧所述干燥间(1)与所述烘干间(2)通过所述隔板(5)隔开，所述隔板(5)与所述支架(6)固定连接，所述干燥间(1)内部固定安装有加热装置(3)，所述烘干间(2)内固定安装有吹风机(4)，所述支架(6)内设置有滚轮(7)，所述滚轮(7)在所述支架(6)内部滚动配合，所述滚轮(7)之间留有焊条通过的缝隙，所述支架(6)设置在一条水平线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电焊条烘干箱结构，其特征在于：所述滚轮(7)表面铺设有一层防滑物质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电焊条烘干箱结构，其特征在于：所述干燥间(1)下方开设有通风口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电焊条烘干箱结构，其特征在于：所述加热装置(3)和吹风机(4)分别位于所述干燥间(1)和烘干间(2)的顶部和底部。
