背景技术
冰箱是用于在低温下(例如,在冷冻状态或冷藏状态)储存食物或其他物品的设备。
冰箱的内部通过在其中循环的冷空气进行冷却。冷空气可以随着制冷剂经过压缩、冷凝、膨胀和蒸发而循环来连续地产生。冰箱中供给的冷空气通过对流而均匀分布。
一般而言,顶部安装式冰箱具有位于冷藏室的顶部上的冷冻室。相比之下,底部冷冻式冰箱具有位于冷藏室下方的冷冻室。这使得用户能够方便地使用冷藏室。另一方面,如果用户不得不弯曲或降低他或她的身体才能够到(例如,取出)冰块,则这会不便于用户使用冷冻室。

发明内容

参考图1到图4,根据本公开的一个实施例的冰箱1可以包括:制冰装置2,其被配置为产生冰;冰箱主体10,其构成外体;以及冰箱门30,其设置在冰箱主体10的前表面并且被配置为选择性地打开和关闭冰箱主体10。在本文中,参考底部冷冻式冰箱进行实施例的详细描述,其中,冷藏室11位于上侧而冷冻室12位于下侧。然而,将理解的是,本公开可以应用于本领域公知的各种类型的冰箱中。
冰箱主体10可以包括通过隔板20分开的上部冷藏室11和下部冷冻室12。
冰箱门30可以选择性地打开和关闭冷藏室11和冷冻室12。例如,冰箱门30可以包括:冷藏室门31,其被配置为选择性地密封冷藏室11;以及冷冻室门32,其被配置为选择性地密封冷冻室12。
制冰装置2可以产生冰并且可以安装在冰箱1中。制冰装置2可以包括,例如,制冰室100、冷空气发生系统200、制冰机300以及循环单元400。
制冰室100包括限定内部空间S的外壳。制冰室100可以设置在,例如冰箱1的冷藏室门31中。然而,在不同的实施例中制冰室100的位置可以变化。
冷空气可以被供应到制冰室100。例如,制冰室100可以与冷空气发生系统200连通,并且可以从冷空气发生系统200接收冷空气。为此,制冰室100可以包括用于冷空气的进气口110和排气口120。在冷空气发生系统200中产生的冷空气可以通过进气口110被引入制冰室100。冷空气循环通过制冰室100的内部,并且可以通过排气口120供回到冷空气发生系统200,并且可以再次冷却。为了提高冷空气循环的效率,进气口110可以设置得比排气口120高。
冷空气发生系统200可以将冷空气供应到制冰室100。冷空气发生系统200可以设置在冰箱主体10中,例如,在冰箱主体10的下侧壁中。
冷空气发生系统200可以包括例如:冷却管道210,其设置在冰箱主体10的侧壁中作为冷却流路径;蒸发盘管220,其围绕冷却管道210的至少一部分,以通过与制冷剂的热交换来产生冷空气;压缩机230,其被配置为将从蒸发盘管220排出的制冷剂转变为具有高温和高压的气相;冷凝器240,其被配置为将气相制冷剂转变为具有高压的液相制冷剂;膨胀阀250,其被配置为使液相制冷剂绝热地膨胀和减压,并将液相制冷剂供给到蒸发盘管220;以及加热器(未图示),其用于对冷却管道210除霜。
冷却管道210可以凭借由冰箱门30打开或关闭冰箱主体10来选择性地与制冰室100连通,并且可以将冷空气供应到制冰室100。例如,如果冰箱门30关闭,则冷却管道210可以与制冰室100连通,并且可以将冷空气供应到制冰室100。
在这方面,冷却管道210的相对端部可以与制冰室100连通。例如,联接到制冰室100的进气口110的第一管道孔211可以设置在冷却管道210的一个端部,而联接到制冰室100的排气口120的第二管道孔212可以设置在冷却管道210的另一个端部。因此,穿过第一管道孔211的冷空气可以通过进气口110引入制冰室100。冷空气可以循环通过制冰室100,并且可以通过排气口120排出。冷空气可以通过第二管道孔212引入冷却管道210。
排水部分600可以联接到冷却管道210,并且可以将冷却管道210中的水(例如,从除霜产生)排出到外部。
加热器可以包括绝缘带并且可以围绕冷却管道210的表面的至少一部分,以及可以被配置为将热施加到冷却管道210。
在压缩机230、冷凝器240、膨胀阀250以及蒸发盘管220中可以发生使用制冷剂的热交换过程,热交换过程可以包括压缩、冷凝、膨胀和蒸发。因此,在冷却管道210中的空气可以通过与在蒸发盘管220中的制冷剂交换热来冷却为冷空气。在这方面,冷却流路径足够长以将空气冷却为冷空气。因此,空气可以在冷却流路径中保留足够的时间以冷却为具有能够冷冻水的温度(例如,零下14℃或更低)的冷空气。
制冰机300可以设置在制冰室100内以产生冰。例如,制冰机300可以从外部水源(未示出)接收水,并且通过供应到制冰室100的冷空气将水冻结成冰。冷空气发生系统200和制冰机300可以以在本领域中公知的任何其它合适的配置来实现。
在下文中,将参考图5到图7来描述根据本公开的一个实施例的设置在制冰装置2中的示例性循环单元400的配置。
图5是根据本公开的一个实施例的在示例性制冰装置中的空气导流件的透视图。图6是根据本公开的一个实施例的在示例性制冰装置中的空气导流件的底部透视图。图7图示根据本公开的一个实施例的冷空气循环通过制冰装置的状态。
参见图5到图7,循环单元400被配置为使冷空气循环,以及可以设置在制冰室100中。作为示例,循环单元400可以包括:风扇马达410,其被配置为吹送供应到制冰室100的冷空气;以及空气导流件420,其被配置为沿冷空气移动路线导流冷空气。
风扇马达410可以设置在制冰室100的进气口110的前端。空气导流件420可以设置在风扇马达410的前端。因此,可以推动从冷却管道210供给的冷空气以循环通过制冰室100。在这方面,风扇马达410可以以本领域中公知的任何合适的方式来实现。
被配置为沿着冷空气移动路线导流冷空气的空气导流件420可以设置在风扇马达410的前端。空气导流件420可以沿着多条路线导流冷空气,从而提高制冰机300的冷却效率。
空气导流件420可以包括例如:第一路线部分421,其被配置为朝向制冰机300的内部导流冷空气;以及第二路线部分422,其被配置为将冷空气导流到制冰机300的外部。
在这方面,第一路线部分421可以面向制冰机300的上表面。至少一个第一冷空气流通孔421a可以设置在面向制冰机300的上表面的第一路线部分421的一个表面上。
第一冷空气流通孔421a可以向设置在制冰机300内部的冰产生部分(未示出)导流冷空气。因此,第一冷空气流通孔421a使刚刚从冷却管道210离开的低温冷空气能够被优先地供给给制冰机300,从而提高制冰机300的冷却效率。
第一冷空气流通孔421a可以沿着第一路线部分421的纵向设置。例如,多个第一冷空气流通孔421a可以沿着第一路线部分421的纵向彼此间隔开和设置。在不同的实施例中,第一冷空气流通孔421a的形状和数量可以变化。
另一方面,第二路线部分422可以面对制冰机300的侧表面。至少一个第二冷空气流通孔422a可以设置在第二路线部分422的一侧。第二冷空气流孔422a可以面向设置在制冰机300的下侧的冰桶500。冷空气可以通过第二冷空气流通孔422a流向冰桶500。
第二路线部分422可以沿着与第一路线部分421不同的路线来导流冷空气。例如,第二路线部分422可以朝向制冰室100中没有设置制冰机300的一侧导流冷空气。为此,至少一个第二冷空气流通孔422a可以设置在第二路线部分422中。
第一冷空气流通孔421a的总面积可以被设置为大于第二冷空气流通孔422a的总面积。因此,冷空气可以主要沿着第一路线部分421流动(参见图7)。
第一路线部分421的端部和第二路线部分422的端部可以彼此联接。第一路线部分421和第二路线部分422可以被注塑成型为一体。空气导流件420总体可以具有基本上类似L的形状。在这种情况下,风扇马达410可以联接到第一路线部分421和第二路线部分422中的一个或两者,以向空气导流件420吹送冷空气。
被配置为储存在制冰机300中产生的冰的冰桶500可以设置在制冰机300的下方。传感器(未示出)可以设置在冰桶500中以确定储存在冰桶500中的冰的量。
根据本公开的一个实施例的制冰装置2包括空气导流件420,该空气导流件420可以导流和分配冷空气。具有最低温度的冷空气被优先供给给制冰机300,从而提高制冰装置2的冷却效率。
此外,通过进气口110引入制冰室100的冷空气可以通过第二路线部分422被输送到设置在制冰机300下方的冰桶500。因此,在不需要额外的冷却装置或额外的冷空气导流件的情况下,可以维持冰桶500中的温度。结果,冰桶500中的冰可以保持冻结。
从前述将理解的是,为了说明的目的,在本文中已经描述了本公开的各种实施例,并且在不脱离本公开的范围和精神的情况下,可以做出各种修改。在本公开的说明书中公开的示例性实施例不限制本公开。本公开的范围将由所附权利要求来解释,并且将理解的是,与其等同范围内的所有技术均属于本公开的范围。
Claims (20)
1.一种制冰装置,包括
制冰室,包括内部空间;
冷空气发生系统,连接到制冰室,以及被配置为将冷空气供应到制冰室中;
制冰机,设置在制冰室中,以及被配置为产生冰;以及
循环单元,设置在制冰室中,以及可操作以促进制冰室中的冷空气循环,
其中,循环单元包括:风扇马达,被配置为驱动冷空气;以及空气导流件,被配置为导流冷空气流。
2.如权利要求1所述的制冰装置,其中,空气导流件包括:
第一路线部分,被配置为向制冰机的内部导流冷空气;以及
第二路线部分,被配置为向制冰机的外部导流冷空气。
3.如权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其中,第一路线部分面向制冰机的上表面,以及包括至少一个第一冷空气流通孔,所述至少一个第一冷空气流通孔形成在面向制冰机的上表面的第一路线部分的一个表面上。
4.如权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其中,第二路线部分面向制冰机的侧表面,以及包括至少一个第二冷空气流通孔,所述至少一个第二冷空气流通孔形成在第二路线部分的一个表面上。
5.如权利要求4所述的制冰装置,其中,第一冷空气流通孔的总面积比第二冷空气流通孔的总面积大。
6.如权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其中,风扇马达联接到第一路线部分和第二路线部分中的一个,以向空气导流件驱动冷空气。
7.如权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其中,第一路线部分和第二路线部分被注塑成型为一体。
8.如权利要求1所述的制冰装置,其中,空气导流件具有基本上类似L的整体形状。
9.如权利要求1所述的制冰装置,还包括:
冰桶,设置在制冰机的下方,以及被配置为储存在制冰机中产生的冰。
10.如权利要求1所述的制冰装置,其中,冷空气发生系统包括:
冷却管道,提供冷空气流路径;
蒸发盘管,围绕冷却管道的至少一部分,以通过使用制冷剂经由热交换来产生冷空气;
压缩机,被配置为将从蒸发盘管排出的制冷剂相转变为气相制冷剂;
冷凝器,被配置为将气相制冷剂相转变为液相制冷剂;
膨胀阀,被配置为使液相制冷剂减压以及将液相制冷剂供给到蒸发盘管;以及
加热器,被配置为对冷却管道除霜。
11.如权利要求1所述的制冰装置,其中,制冰室包括:
进气口,可操作以接收在冷空气发生系统中产生的冷空气;以及
排气口,可操作以从制冰室排出冷空气,其中,排气口设置在进气口下方。
12.如权利要求11所述的制冰装置,其中,风扇马达设置在进气口的前端,空气导流件设置在风扇马达的前端。
13.一种冰箱,包括主体和联接到主体的制冰装置,制冰装置包括:
制冰室,包括内部空间;
冷空气发生系统,联接到制冰室,以及被配置为将冷空气供应到制冰室中;
制冰机,设置在制冰室中,以及被配置为产生冰;以及
循环单元,设置在制冰室中,以及可操作以促进制冰室中的冷空气循环,
其中,循环单元包括:风扇马达,被配置为驱动冷空气;以及空气导流件,被配置为导流冷空气流。
14.如权利要求13所述的冰箱,其中,空气导流件包括:
第一路线部分,被配置为向制冰机的内部导流冷空气;以及
第二路线部分,被配置为向制冰机的外部导流冷空气。
15.如权利要求14所述的冰箱,其中,第一路线部分面向制冰机的上表面,以及包括至少一个第一冷空气流通孔,所述至少一个第一冷空气流通孔形成在面向制冰机的上表面的第一路线部分的一个表面上。
16.如权利要求14所述的冰箱,其中,第二路线部分面向制冰机的侧表面,以及包括至少一个第二冷空气流通孔,所述至少一个第二冷空气流通孔形成在第二路线部分的一个表面上。
17.如权利要求16所述的冰箱,其中,第一冷空气流通孔的总面积比第二冷空气流通孔的总面积大。
18.如权利要求14所述的冰箱,其中,风扇马达联接到第一路线部分和第二路线部分中的一个,以向空气导流件驱动冷空气。
19.如权利要求14所述的冰箱,其中,第一路线部分和第二路线部分被注塑成型为一体。
20.如权利要求13所述的冰箱,其中,制冰室包括:
进气口,可操作以接收在冷空气发生系统中产生的冷空气;以及
排气口,可操作以从制冰室排出冷空气,其中,排气口设置在进气口下方。
