Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: laying a new pipeline along the old pipeline in advance, and utilizing the maintenance time of the coke oven to carry out the dismantling of the old pipeline and the joint operation of the new pipeline, wherein the joint operation time of each group of pipelines only needs 4 hours, and the high-pressure ammonia water pump outlet pipeline of the coke oven can be quickly, safely and stably replaced so as to achieve the aim of replacing the high-pressure ammonia water pipeline without stopping production. Background

d) after all the joints are finished, performing a nitrogen pressurizing experiment, and after the experiment is finished, opening corresponding valves to gradually recover production;
3) the replacement of the outlet pipeline between the 3# coke oven, the 4# coke oven and the 3# high-pressure ammonia water pump is the same as the operation mode of the 1# and the 2# coke ovens.

c) The old pipelines on the valves B1, B2, E1, E2, P1 and P2 are disassembled, the old pipelines are integrally disassembled through gas welding or other cutting modes, and meanwhile joint operation between the new pipelines and the valves B1, B2, E1, E2, P1 and P2 is carried out.
