即时混合饮料包装技术，主要是溶质包装技术，它分为两部分，如附图，上部为瓶盖和储料仓一体的密封舱体包含溶质，下部分为瓶体包含溶剂，上部分由1弹性隔膜、2料仓、3隔离膜、4戳穿器、5下按片、6瓶盖组成，下部分瓶体7包含溶剂。弹性隔膜起隔离外部和回弹的作用，当按下下按片时，作用于戳穿器，刺破密封膜，释放溶质，同时弹性隔离膜部分被拉伸，形成回弹力，当外力撤去后，弹性隔离膜的回弹力带动戳穿器回到储料仓，避免戳穿器外露给消费者带来意外伤害，本技术要点是弹性隔离膜3将饮料内部与外界隔离开，不会有泄漏，隔离膜3将溶质与溶剂分开，在没有破坏前不会混合。

技术领域
本发明是一种将溶质和溶剂分开的饮料包装设计。
背景技术
常规饮料含有一定比例的固溶物的混合液体，在生产过程中要求极高的灭菌及防腐要求，而且不容易保证饮料的安全性，尤其是固溶物和水混合在一起无法保存的饮料，本技术将固溶物或浓缩汁与水分开包装，在无菌车间完成包装，在使用时按下瓶盖上部中心的下按片，即可破坏隔离膜，释放溶质，摇晃后即可将固溶物或浓缩汁与水混合，形成混合的饮料，由于溶质是干粉状态，保存期内不需要防腐剂，饮用时是即混合即饮用，不用添加稳定剂等对人体有害的添加剂，保证饮料的品质，对人体无害。
发明内容
即时混合饮料包装技术，主要是溶质包装技术，它分为两部分，如附图1，上部为瓶盖和储料仓一体的密封舱体包含溶质，下部分为瓶体包含溶剂，上部分由1弹性隔膜、2料仓、3隔离膜、4戳穿器、5下按片、6瓶盖组成，下部分瓶体7包含溶剂。弹性隔膜起隔离外部和回弹的作用，当按下下按片时，作用于戳穿器，刺破密封膜，释放溶质，同时弹性隔离膜部分被拉伸，形成回弹力，当外力撤去后，弹性隔离膜的回弹力带动戳穿器回到储料仓，避免戳穿器外露给消费者带来意外伤害，本技术要点是弹性隔离膜3将饮料内部与外界隔离开，不会有泄漏，隔离膜3将溶质与溶剂分开，在没有破坏前不会混合(见附图2)。

1.即时混合饮料瓶，涉及饮料生产、包装、保存的技术革新。
2.其技术核心是由将饮料的溶质和溶剂分开，在饮用时将溶质和溶剂混合使用。
3.即时混合饮料包装技术，主要是溶质独立包装技术，它分为两部分，上部为瓶盖和储料仓一体的密封舱体包含溶质，下部分为瓶体包含溶剂，上部分由1弹性隔膜、2料仓、3隔离膜、4戳穿器、5下按片、6瓶盖组成，瓶体7包含溶剂。
