In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the counter 13 has a storage function, a data transmission interface 15 is disposed on an outer side surface of the lower die 1, the data transmission interface 15 is electrically connected to the counter 13, and the counter 13 can be connected to an external device through the data transmission interface 15, so that data recorded by the counter 13 can be effectively stored and prevented from being lost.
In order to further increase the suction force of the base 8 and prevent the flash of the residue with the die, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner bottom surface of the base 8 is provided with a magnet layer 9.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an air pressure detector is further disposed inside the base 8, and a second display 12 electrically connected to the air pressure detector is disposed outside the base 8, the air pressure detector can effectively detect a negative pressure condition inside the base 8, and the second display 12 facilitates a worker to know the negative pressure condition, so that the worker can timely deal with the negative pressure condition.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a buffer sleeve is sleeved on the positioning column 6, and the buffer sleeve can protect the positioning column 6 and also can play a certain buffer role, so as to prevent the impact force from being too large when the mold is closed, and thus the service life of the mold is not affected.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a placing groove 5 is formed on the lower surface part of the lower die 1 in a downward concave manner, the stamping groove 4 is arranged in the placing groove 5, and when in use, a to-be-stamped part is placed in the placing groove 5 for fixing and then is stamped by the die head 3.
