Description

Combined oviduct recanalization system for laparoscopic hysteroscope guide wire
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fallopian tube recanalization, in particular to a laparoscopic hysteroscope guide wire combined fallopian tube recanalization system.
Background
Recent clinical practice shows that diseases such as female genital adhesion and obstruction become one of the most common causes of female infertility. For example, tubal occlusion accounts for about 30% to 40% of total infertility. The oviduct plays an important role in the female reproductive function, is positioned at the 'important plug' for the passing of sperms, the combination of sperms and eggs and the running of fertilized eggs, and has the special position of 'Yifudangguan, Wanfu Mo Ke'. In recent years, due to the increasing of diseases such as sexually transmitted diseases, uterine cavity infection, endometriosis and the like, various inflammations cause local tissue hyperplasia of the fallopian tube, and then adhesion and blockage are common. Once the fallopian tube is blocked, even if the ovum is fertilized, the ovum can not enter the uterus and can not be pregnant, and if the ovum stays in the fallopian tube to develop, the ovum can become dangerous extrauterine pregnancy. It follows that the risk of tubal obstruction to a married pregnant woman is not inconspicuous.
At present, a plurality of operations for fallopian tube recanalization are carried out, wherein one operation is a two-mirror one-thread combined fallopian tube recanalization, and the operation mode is to utilize the flexibility of COOk guide wires to dredge and treat blockage of different parts of fallopian tubes, interstitial parts of fallopian tubes and isthmus parts under the combined examination of a hysteroscope and a laparoscope and visual monitoring. The operation overcomes the defects of the abdominal operation fallopian tube anastomosis, large postoperative wound and high re-adhesion probability; the simple hysteroscope observes the proximal end of the fallopian tube, and the blockage of the distal end of the fallopian tube cannot be dredged; and the operation only dredges the diseased oviduct, does not damage other normal tissues and does not damage fertility.
The two-mirror one-wire system used in the operation has some disadvantages, in the operation process, sometimes the hysteroscope and the laparoscope need to be fixed, the fixing mode is only manually fixed by a doctor, the manual fixing has large shaking, and the operation has large obstacle. When the guide wire is used for conducting fallopian tube conduction, after the guide wire enters the fallopian tube, certain sight shielding exists on the guide wire by the fallopian tube, observation is not facilitated, and the condition of inaccuracy exists in the insertion depth and the insertion position of the guide wire. In addition, there is a problem that the injection amount cannot be accurately controlled when a liquid medicine is injected through a catheter, the oviduct may be ruptured when too much injection is performed, and the therapeutic effect is not good when too little injection is performed.
