It should be noted that, the first accommodating space 201 and the second accommodating space 202 of the annular groove 20 are for distinguishing different positions of accommodating the hard rubber sealing ring 32 and the soft rubber sealing ring 31, and cannot describe that the structures of the first accommodating space 201 and the second accommodating space 202 are different. The first accommodating space 201 and the second accommodating space 202 may have the same structure to simplify the processing technology, and the first accommodating space 201 and the second accommodating space 202 may also have different structures to better match with different structures of the hard rubber sealing ring 32 and the soft rubber sealing ring 31 of the waterproof sealing ring 3.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a waterproof sealing ring according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a positioning protrusion 33 is disposed on the hard rubber sealing ring 32, and a positioning groove matching with the positioning protrusion 20 is disposed at the bottom of the annular groove 20. Wherein the positioning grooves on the annular groove 20 are not shown in the figures. In this embodiment, the positioning convex part 33 is arranged on the hard rubber sealing ring 32, and the positioning groove is arranged at the bottom of the annular groove 20 and matched with the positioning convex part 33, so that the positioning function is added for the waterproof sealing ring 3 during assembly. The positioning structure is convenient for positioning the waterproof sealing ring 3 during assembly, can improve the assembly efficiency and the assembly accuracy, and reduces the waterproof defective rate caused by the assembly problem.
It should be noted that, the matching positioning structures are disposed at the bottoms of the hard rubber seal ring 32 and the annular groove 20, so as to facilitate assembly of the waterproof seal ring. Further, the specific features of the positioning structure are not limited, and on the premise of ensuring the rigidity and strength of the hard rubber sealing ring 32 and the first and second shells 1 and 2, the positioning structure may be that a positioning convex part 33 is arranged on the hard rubber sealing ring 32 and a positioning groove is arranged at the bottom of the annular groove 20; the positioning structure can also be that the positioning convex part 33 is arranged at the bottom of the annular groove 20, and meanwhile, the positioning groove is arranged on the hard rubber sealing ring 32, and only the matching of the positioning structures on the hard rubber sealing ring 32 and the annular groove 20 is required.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of a waterproof structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, two positioning protrusions 33 are disposed on each of two opposite long sides of a hard rubber seal ring 32. In this embodiment, two positioning protrusions 33 are disposed on each of two long sides of the hard rubber seal ring 32, so as to achieve the positioning purpose. Correspondingly, the second housing 2 is provided with positioning grooves which exactly match the number and positions of the positioning projections 33. It should be noted that the number and positions of the positioning protrusions 33 are not required, the positioning protrusions 33 may be disposed on two long sides of the hard rubber seal ring 32, or may be disposed on two short sides of the hard rubber seal ring 32, one or more positioning protrusions 33 may be disposed, and the positioning accuracy may be improved by disposing a plurality of positioning protrusions 33 on the premise that the strength and rigidity of the hard rubber seal ring 32 are not affected.
Further, in this embodiment, the positioning protrusion 33 is a positioning boss, the cross section of the positioning boss is rectangular, and the cross section width of the positioning boss is the same as the cross section width of the hard rubber seal ring 32. Specifically, the positioning protrusion 33 may be a positioning boss, a positioning post, or a positioning structure with other shape. In addition, the cross section of the positioning boss is the same as the width of the rectangular cross section of the hard rubber sealing ring 32, so that the processing technology can be simplified, and the processing cost can be saved.
In this embodiment, a limiting step 10 is further disposed outside the side wall of the first housing 1, and the outer side wall of the annular groove 20 abuts against the limiting step 10. Specifically, a limiting step 10 is arranged outside the side wall of the first casing 1, the outer side wall of the annular groove 20 on the second casing 2 abuts against the limiting step 10, and the limiting step 10 plays a role in limiting the assembly position of the first casing 1 and the second casing 2, is convenient to assemble, and can prevent relative displacement between the first casing 1 and the second casing 2.
It should be noted that, the limiting step 10 may be replaced by other limiting structures or clamping structures, and a more complex limiting structure or clamping structure is provided, so as to achieve better assembly effect and sealing effect.
In summary, according to the waterproof structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waterproof sealing ring is extruded by interference between the side wall of the first shell and the annular groove wall of the second shell, so that the waterproof sealing ring has a sealing and waterproof function. The hard rubber sealing ring plays a role in fixing and supporting the soft rubber sealing ring, and the soft rubber sealing ring has three parts in total and is in interference sealing with the shell, so that the waterproof effect is good. Further, the soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are combined together, so that the strength of the waterproof sealing ring is increased, the waterproof sealing ring is not easy to deform, and adverse phenomena such as stretching and twisting are not easy to occur in the assembly process. Meanwhile, the positioning structure is arranged on the hard rubber sealing ring and the annular groove, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the waterproof defective rate after assembly is further reduced. The monomer stability of the waterproof sealing ring is enhanced, and the waterproof sealing ring is easier to package and transport. Moreover, the soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are integrally formed through double colors, the manufacturing process is simple, the soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are tightly combined after being formed, the soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are not easy to separate and fall off, the waterproof structure is still effective in multiple disassembly and assembly, and the service life of the waterproof structure is prolonged.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile phone which comprises the waterproof structure.
Wherein, waterproof construction includes: the waterproof sealing device comprises a first shell 1, a second shell 2 and a waterproof sealing ring 3 arranged between the first shell 1 and the second shell 2, wherein the waterproof sealing ring 3 comprises a soft rubber sealing ring 31 and a hard rubber sealing ring 32, and the soft rubber sealing ring 31 and the hard rubber sealing ring 32 are integrally formed through an injection molding process.
The lateral wall tip of second casing 2 is provided with annular groove 20, and waterproof sealing circle 3 sets up in annular groove 20, and the lateral wall of first casing 1 sets up in annular groove 20 and butt waterproof sealing circle 3. The soft rubber sealing ring 31 is abutted against the first shell 1, and the hard rubber sealing ring 32 is abutted against the second shell 2. The cross section of the soft rubber sealing ring 31 is circular, the cross section of the hard rubber sealing ring 32 is rectangular, and the width of the rectangle is smaller than the diameter of the circle; the annular groove 20 includes a first accommodating space 201 and a second accommodating space 202, the first accommodating space 201 is used for accommodating the hard rubber sealing ring 32, the second accommodating space 202 is used for accommodating the soft rubber sealing ring 31, and the width of the second accommodating space 202 is larger than that of the first accommodating space 201. The hard rubber sealing ring 32 is provided with a positioning convex part 33, and the bottom of the annular groove 20 is provided with a positioning groove matched with the positioning convex part 33. Two positioning convex parts 33 are respectively arranged on two opposite long edges of the hard rubber sealing ring 32. The positioning convex part 33 is a positioning boss, and the section of the positioning boss is the same as the section width of the hard rubber sealing ring 32. The outside of the side wall of the first shell 1 is also provided with a limiting step 10, and the outer side wall of the annular groove 20 is abutted against the limiting step 10.
The first casing 1 is a front casing of the mobile phone, and the second casing 2 is a rear casing of the mobile phone.
According to the mobile phone provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waterproof sealing ring is extruded by the interference of the side wall of the front shell and the annular groove wall of the rear shell, so that the sealing waterproof effect is achieved. The hard rubber sealing ring plays a role in fixing and supporting the soft rubber sealing ring, and the soft rubber sealing ring has three parts for interference sealing with the shell, so that the waterproof effect is good. The soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are combined together, so that the strength of the waterproof sealing ring is increased, the waterproof sealing ring is not easy to deform, poor phenomena such as stretching and twisting are not easy to occur in the assembly process, and meanwhile, the positioning structure is arranged on the hard rubber sealing ring and the annular groove, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the waterproof defective rate after assembly is reduced. 1. A waterproof structure, characterized by comprising: the waterproof sealing ring comprises a soft rubber sealing ring and a hard rubber sealing ring, wherein the soft rubber sealing ring and the hard rubber sealing ring are integrally formed through a double-color injection molding process;
the end part of the side wall of the second shell is provided with an annular groove, the waterproof sealing ring is arranged in the annular groove, and the side wall of the first shell is arranged in the annular groove and is abutted against the waterproof sealing ring;
the soft rubber sealing ring is abutted against the first shell, and the hard rubber sealing ring is abutted against the second shell;
the cross section of the soft rubber sealing ring is circular, the cross section of the hard rubber sealing ring is rectangular, one side of the rectangular is concave arc, at least part of the circular shape is overlapped with the concave arc, and the width of the rectangular is smaller than the diameter of the circular shape.

The waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein the annular groove includes a first accommodation space for accommodating the hard rubber seal ring and a second accommodation space for accommodating the soft rubber seal ring, and a width of the second accommodation space is larger than a width of the first accommodation space.
3. The waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein a positioning protrusion is provided on the hard rubber sealing ring, and a positioning groove matching with the positioning protrusion is provided at the bottom of the annular groove.
4. A waterproof structure according to claim 3, wherein each of two opposite long sides of the hard rubber seal ring is provided with two of the positioning projections.
5. The waterproof structure according to claim 3, wherein the positioning convex portion is a positioning boss, the cross section of the positioning boss is rectangular, and the cross section width of the positioning boss is the same as the cross section width of the hard rubber sealing ring.
6. The waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein a limiting step is further provided on the outside of the side wall of the first housing, and the outer side wall of the annular groove abuts against the limiting step.
7. A mobile phone comprising the waterproof structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The handset of claim 7 wherein the first housing is a front housing and the second housing is a rear housing.
