Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid ring sealing device of a rotary reversing valve of a regenerative combustion system, which comprises: valve shell, air inlet box, scavenging box, annular air dividing plate and rotary valve core; the annular groove of the liquid ring sealing device is arranged on the annular wall surface of the air inlet box; the lower ring body of the rotary valve core is arranged in the annular groove, and the lower end of the lower ring body is soaked in sealing liquid of the annular groove; the rotary valve core rotates, the lower ring body rotates in the sealing liquid of the annular groove, the sealing liquid of the annular groove separates a leakage channel of the air inlet box and the exhaust box, and untreated waste gas is prevented from leaking into the exhaust box from the air inlet box; the spray ring sprays, purifies and washes the treated organic waste gas, removes pollutants in the discharged waste gas, and improves the purification effect of the discharged waste gas to the maximum extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a liquid ring sealing device of a rotary reversing valve of a regenerative combustion system, in particular to the technical field of rotary reversing valves for RTO wind direction conversion of regenerative combustion devices.
Background
The prior regenerative combustion device RTO rapidly increases the temperature of the organic waste gas discharged from production after the organic waste gas is heated by the regenerative ceramic, the temperature reaches 680-1050 ℃ under the action of gas combustion heating in a hearth, VOCs in the organic waste gas are directly decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor at the high temperature to form odorless high-temperature flue gas, then the odorless high-temperature flue gas flows through the regenerative ceramic with low temperature, a large amount of heat energy is transferred from the flue gas to a heat accumulator for heating the organic waste gas to be decomposed in the next cycle, the self temperature of the high-temperature flue gas is greatly reduced, and then the heat exchange is carried out by a heat recovery system and other mediums, so that the temperature of the flue gas is further reduced, and finally the flue gas is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere. The method has the advantages of low running cost, high treatment efficiency of organic waste gas, no occurrence of catalyst poisoning phenomenon and the like. The rotary RTO device consists of a combustion chamber, a cylindrical ceramic heat accumulating bed divided into independent areas with a plurality of sections and a rotary steering valve, and changes the airflow directions of different areas of the ceramic heat accumulating bed through the rotation of the rotary steering valve, so that VOC waste gas is continuously preheated, and VOC can be removed after the combustion chamber is oxidized and combusted. Compared with a valve switching type RTO device, the rotary type RTO device has the advantages that the rotary type RTO device is more reliable and convenient to operate because of only one movable part, but the rotary valve is not easy to seal, and the purification rate of VOC is directly influenced. The applicant of the present invention applies for an invention patent in 2017, 5 and 9, and the invention name is: heat accumulating combustion device with high-efficiency sealing rotary reversing valve, application number: 201710323121.3, which improves the structure and sealing of the rotary steering valve of the existing rotary RTO device, needs further improvement and continuously improves various performances of the rotary steering valve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a liquid ring sealing device of a rotary reversing valve of a heat accumulating combustion system, which solves the defects that a rotary valve is not easy to seal and the leakage amount of waste gas greatly influences the purification rate of VOC by improving the sealing structure of the rotary reversing valve, and greatly improves the waste gas purification quality and efficiency of the heat accumulating combustion device.
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a liquid ring sealing device of a rotary reversing valve of a regenerative combustion system, the rotary reversing valve comprising: valve casing, inlet box, scavenging box, exhaust box, annular divide gas board and rotatory case. The annular groove of the liquid ring sealing device is arranged on the annular wall surface of the air inlet box, the lower ring body of the rotary valve core is arranged in the annular groove, and the lower end of the lower ring body is immersed in sealing liquid in the annular groove. The rotary valve core rotates, and the lower ring body rotates in the sealing liquid of the annular groove. One end of an overflow pipe of the filter of the liquid supply device is communicated with the annular groove, and the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the liquid collecting box. The upper part of the liquid collecting box is provided with a circulating pump, and a liquid discharge pipe of the circulating pump is communicated with the inside of the annular groove.
The invention is further improved, and the preferred technical measures adopted are as follows: and a sealing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower ring body of the rotary valve core, an annular sealing piece is arranged in the sealing ring, and the annular sealing piece is in contact and dynamic sealing with the inner annular wall surface of the annular groove.
The invention is further improved, and the preferred technical measures adopted are as follows: the lower part of the annular air dividing plate of the exhaust box is fixedly provided with a spray ring; the liquid inlet pipe of the spray ring control valve is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe of the circulating pump, and the spray liquid sprayed by the spray ring sprays and washes the waste gas treated in the exhaust box; spraying the washed spray liquid, purifying the spray liquid by a purifying filter from a runner pipe at the bottom of the exhaust box, and purifying the spray liquid by a liquid collecting box. The lower ring body of the rotary valve core is soaked in the spray liquid in the annular groove, and the spray liquid flows out of the overflow pipe of the annular groove to the exhaust box for recycling.

2, a sealing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower ring body of the rotary valve core, an annular sealing piece is arranged in the sealing ring, and the annular sealing piece is in contact dynamic sealing with the inner annular wall surface of the annular groove; the sealing effect is improved, and leakage of untreated waste gas is prevented to the greatest extent;
and 3, the spray ring sprays, purifies and washes the treated organic waste gas, removes pollutants in the discharged waste gas, and improves the purification effect of the discharged waste gas to the greatest extent.

As shown in fig. 1, the regenerative combustion system rotary reversing valve includes: valve housing 101, intake box 102, scavenging box 103, exhaust box 107, annular gas dividing plate 104 and rotary valve core 105; the annular groove 201 of the liquid ring seal 106 is mounted on the annular wall 202 of the inlet box 102. The lower ring body 203 of the rotary valve spool 105 is installed in the annular groove 201, and the lower end of the lower ring body 203 is immersed in the sealing liquid 204 of the annular groove 201. The rotary valve element 105 rotates, and the lower ring 203 rotates in the sealing liquid 204 of the annular groove 201. One end of an overflow pipe 303 of a filter 302 of the liquid supply device 301 is communicated with the annular groove 201, the other end of the overflow pipe 303 is communicated with a liquid collecting box 306, a circulating pump 304 is arranged on the upper portion of the liquid collecting box 306, and a liquid discharge pipe 305 of the circulating pump 304 is communicated with the interior of the annular groove 201. As shown in fig. 2, a seal ring 401 is mounted on the inner wall of the lower ring body 203 of the rotary spool 105, an annular seal member 402 is mounted in the seal ring 401, and the annular seal member 402 is in contact with the inner annular wall surface 403 of the annular groove 201 for dynamic sealing.
The first embodiment of the liquid ring sealing device of the rotary reversing valve of the regenerative combustion system is finished.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 3, a spray ring 501 is fixedly installed at the lower part of the annular gas separation plate 104 of the exhaust box 107, and a liquid inlet pipe 503 of a control valve 502 of the spray ring 501 is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe 305 of the circulating pump 304. The exhaust gas treated in the exhaust chamber 107 is sprayed and washed with the spray liquid 504 discharged from the spray ring 501. The spray liquid 504 after spray washing enters a purifying filter 506 from a runner pipe 505 at the bottom of the exhaust tank 107 for purification, and the purified spray liquid 504 enters the liquid collecting tank 306. The lower ring 203 of the rotary valve body 105 is immersed in the spray liquid 504 in the annular groove 201, and the spray liquid 504 flows out from the overflow pipe 303 of the annular groove 201 into the exhaust tank 107.

A liquid ring seal for a rotary reversing valve of a regenerative combustion system, the rotary reversing valve comprising: valve shell, air inlet box, scavenging box, exhaust box, annular air dividing plate and rotary valve core; the liquid ring sealing device is characterized by comprising: an annular groove mounted on an annular wall surface of the intake box; the lower ring body of the rotary valve core is arranged in the annular groove, and the lower end of the lower ring body is soaked in sealing liquid of the annular groove; the rotary valve core rotates, and the lower ring body rotates in the sealing liquid of the annular groove; one end of the overflow pipe of the filter of the liquid supply device is communicated with the annular groove, and the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the liquid collecting box; the upper part of the liquid collecting box is provided with a circulating pump, and a liquid discharge pipe of the circulating pump is communicated with the inside of the annular groove; a sealing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower ring body of the rotary valve core, an annular sealing piece is arranged in the sealing ring, and the annular sealing piece is in contact dynamic seal with the inner annular wall surface of the annular groove; the lower part of the annular air dividing plate of the exhaust box is fixedly provided with a spray ring; the liquid inlet pipe of the spray ring control valve is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe of the circulating pump, the spray liquid sprayed by the spray ring sprays and washes the waste gas treated in the exhaust tank, the spray liquid after spraying and washing enters the purifying filter from the flow channel pipe at the bottom of the exhaust tank for purification, and the purified spray liquid enters the liquid collecting tank; the lower ring body of the rotary valve core is soaked in spray liquid in the annular groove, and the spray liquid flows out of an overflow pipe of the annular groove to an exhaust box for recycling.
