Abstract

the bending curvature of the rectifying plate 5 is the same as that of the tail edge of the blade 2, so that the design of the rectifying plate 5 can be greatly facilitated, and the rectifying effect of the whole axial flow fan blade can be further improved, and the vortex noise effect can be reduced; the rectifying plate 5 is connected to the blade 2 through at least one supporting column 7, one supporting column 7 is used for connecting the rectifying plate 5 and the blade 2, the other supporting column 7 is used for ensuring the structural strength of the rectifying plate 5, so that the rectifying plate cannot deform in the rotating process of the axial flow fan blade, the rectifying effect of the whole axial flow fan blade and the effect of reducing vortex noise are ensured, the number of the supporting columns 7 can be determined according to the length of the rectifying plate 5, if the blade 2 is smaller and the rectifying plate 5 is shorter, the number of the supporting columns 7 can be only one, if the blade 2 is larger and the rectifying plate 5 is longer, the number of the supporting columns 7 can be correspondingly increased to two, three or more, and all the supporting columns 7 are preferably uniformly distributed in the length direction of the rectifying plate 5; the depth of the blind hole 8 is 2/5-3/5 of the thickness of the rectifying plate 5, preferably 1/2, when the rectifying plate 5 is thicker, the depth of the blind hole 8 can be properly reduced, and when the rectifying plate 5 is thinner, the depth of the blind hole 8 can be properly increased, so that the purpose of ensuring that the depth of the blind hole 8 is not too shallow is to ensure that the effect of reducing the rotation noise of the axial flow fan blade; the width of the rectifying plate 5 is 5-20 mm, preferably 6mm, 12mm and 18mm, and the width of the rectifying plate 5 is selected in the range, so that the axial flow fan blade can achieve the purpose of reducing vortex noise, and the rectifying effect of the rectifying plate 5 can be ensured, and in the aspect of the width selection of the rectifying plate 5, when the blade 2 is larger, the width of the rectifying plate 5 is also larger, and when the blade 2 is smaller, the width of the rectifying plate 5 is also smaller; the thickness of the rectifying plate 5 is 2-5 mm, preferably 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm, and the thickness of the rectifying plate 5 is selected within the range, so that the structural strength of the rectifying plate 5 is ensured, and the rectifying plate 5 cannot deform in the rotating process of the axial flow fan blade, thereby ensuring the rectifying effect of the whole axial flow fan blade and reducing the vortex noise effect, and the thickness of the rectifying plate 5 is selected to be larger when the blade 2 is larger and smaller when the blade 2 is smaller; the distance of the gap 6 is 6-7.5 mm, preferably 6.2mm, 6.7mm and 7.2mm, and the distance of the gap 6 is selected within the range, so that the axial flow fan blade can achieve the purpose of reducing vortex noise, and the rectification effect of the rectification plate 5 can be ensured, and the distance of the gap 6 is selected so that the distance of the gap 6 is larger when the blade 2 is larger and the distance of the gap 6 is smaller when the blade 2 is smaller; Reducing the pressure difference at the tail edges of the pressure surface and the suction surface through a gap S at the bottom of the rectifying plate, and controlling vortex noise; and meanwhile, the plane at the top of the rectifying plate rectifies the airflow of the back pressure surface, so that the mutual influence of the tail edges caused by different airflow speed directions is reduced, and the effect of reducing vortex noise of the tail edges of the axial flow fan blades is achieved.
The main reason is that when the axial flow fan blade rotates, a large pressure difference exists between the pressure surface and the suction surface of the blade, so that when the airflow flowing through the pressure surface of the blade and the airflow flowing through the suction surface of the blade meet at the tail edge of the blade, airflow vortex can be generated at the tail edge of the blade, and vortex noise is generated. The existing axial flow fan blades on the market achieve a certain effect in reducing vortex noise, but the vortex noise generated by the axial flow fan blades during rotation is still larger.
