Abstract

本发明提供了一种隔音滤尘窗纱织物及其制备方法,该包括有窗纱织物依次排列的表层、粘合层和里层;所述表层由聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸、玻璃纤维、增塑剂、硬脂酸、二氧化钛、卵磷脂、纳米二氧化硅、二甲基硅油制成。其制备方法是先将聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸、玻璃纤维、增塑剂、硬脂酸、二氧化钛、卵磷脂、纳米二氧化硅、二甲基硅油混合,熔融制膜,得到表层,然后将表层和里层采用热溶胶粉点涂层复合工艺进行粘合,粘合后在热压定型机上进行定型处理,即得。本发明的隔音滤尘窗纱织物采用多层结构,在织物表面粘合复合物层,不仅隔音效果好,而且可有效吸附粉尘颗粒物,提高室内空气质量。

本发明属于窗纱面料技术领域,具体涉及一种隔音滤尘窗纱织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
窗纱织物作为家用纺织品的一种,在人们的生活中占据很重要的部分。窗纱一般有两种:一种为纺织类窗纱,是以化纤为原料,通过纺织加工技术,织造成窗纱,是一种很薄的布。另外一种则是俗称为纱窗的窗纱,是由窗纱编织设备编织而成,这种窗纱是被广泛用于门窗、走廊上。窗纱织物主要作用是将内部空间与外界隔开,保持内部空间的私密性。现代窗纱织物,已经不再只局限于作为室内装饰品,是装饰性与实用性的巧妙结合。既可以减光、遮光,以满足不同使用环境下的光线要求;又可以除尘、隔热、消声,改善内部空间的条件。
近年来,国内外已经不断研发、生产各种窗饰织物,过去款式单调而价廉的窗纱,如今正以崭新姿态吸引了不少人的视线,在家居中扮演起重要角色。市场上的窗纱,无论在质感、颜色、图案等方面,都有了新的突破。此外还有其他很多功能性的窗饰织物,赋予了窗饰织物更高的附加值。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种隔音滤尘窗纱织物及其制备方法,该窗纱织物不仅隔音效果好,而且可有效吸附粉尘颗粒物,提高室内空气质量。
技术方案:一种隔音滤尘窗纱织物,包括有依次排列的表层、粘合层和里层;所述表层由聚乙烯5-10份、丁腈橡胶5-10份、聚乙二醇1-3份、柠檬酸0.8-2.4份、玻璃纤维0.4-1.5份、增塑剂0.3-0.9份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份、二氧化钛0.2-0.6份、卵磷脂0.4-0.9份、纳米二氧化硅0.1-0.5份、二甲基硅油0.5-1.2份制成。
进一步地,所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇800。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在70-300nm。
进一步地,所述二氧化钛为金红石型二氧化钛。
进一步地,所述里层为涤纶和天然棉的混纺织物,混纺比例为65%:35%。
上述隔音滤尘窗纱织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸、玻璃纤维、增塑剂、硬脂酸、二氧化钛、卵磷脂、纳米二氧化硅、二甲基硅油混合,熔融制膜,得到表层;
步骤2,将表层和里层采用热溶胶粉点涂层复合工艺进行粘合,粘合后在热压定型机上进行定型处理,即得。
有益效果:本发明的隔音滤尘窗纱织物采用多层结构,在织物表面粘合复合物层,不仅隔音效果好,而且可有效吸附粉尘颗粒物,提高室内空气质量。

1.一种隔音滤尘窗纱织物,其特征在于:包括有依次排列的表层、粘合层和里层;所述表层由聚乙烯5-10份、丁腈橡胶5-10份、聚乙二醇1-3份、柠檬酸0.8-2.4份、玻璃纤维0.4-1.5份、增塑剂0.3-0.9份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份、二氧化钛0.2-0.6份、卵磷脂0.4-0.9份、纳米二氧化硅0.1-0.5份、二甲基硅油0.5-1.2份制成。
