本发明涉及一种新型质轻混凝土,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:水泥50‑100份;PC 30‑50份;碳粉5‑10份;生石灰10‑15份;粉煤灰50‑70份;废弃物段烧料15‑34份;硫酸锌0.05‑0.2份;碳酸钙1‑4份;外加剂15‑30份;浆水50‑100份;骨料36‑85份;超缓剂3.85‑5.1份。本发明的优点在于:本发明质轻混凝土,打破传统混凝土的配方,将PC代替部分水泥,经过碳酸钙和硫酸锌的活化,以及生石灰的补强,所得质轻混凝土不仅具有混凝土的工程价值,而且质地比现有的混凝土要减轻10倍以上,给施工减轻了很大的负担。

本发明涉及混凝土制造领域,特别涉及一种新型质轻混凝土。
背景技术
混凝土,简称为“砼(tóng)”:是指由胶凝材料将集料胶结成整体的工程复合材料的统称。通常讲的混凝土一词是指用水泥作胶凝材料,砂、石作集料;与水(加或不加外加剂和掺合料)按一定比例配合,经搅拌、成型、养护而得的水泥混凝土,也称普通混凝土,它广泛应用于土木工程。但是,现有的混凝土由于重量大,给施工造成强大的负担。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种质地较轻的新型质轻混凝土。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型质轻混凝土,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
水泥 50-100 份;
PC 30-50份;
碳粉 5-10 份;
生石灰 10-15 份;
粉煤灰 50-70 份;
废弃物段烧料 15-34 份;
硫酸锌 0.05-0.2 份
碳酸钙 1-4 份;
外加剂 15-30 份;
浆水 50-100 份;
骨料 36-85 份;
超缓剂 3.85-5.1 份。
进一步的,所述矿粉等级为S95级以上;所述粉煤灰等级为Ⅱ级以上。
进一步的,所述浆水浓度在10%-15%之间。
本发明的优点在于:本发明质轻混凝土,打破传统混凝土的配方,将PC代替部分水泥,经过碳酸钙和硫酸锌的活化,以及生石灰的补强,所得质轻混凝土不仅具有混凝土的工程价值,而且质地比现有的混凝土要减轻10倍以上,给施工减轻了很大的负担。
本发明提供的一种混凝土的配方,价格便宜,制作简单,强调高,耐性久,添加了外加剂增强了混凝土的牢固性,是市场上最好的新型质轻混凝土。

硫酸锌 0.05份
碳酸钙 1份;
外加剂 15份;
浆水 50份;
骨料 36份;
超缓剂 3.85份。
上述配方中,矿粉等级为S95级以上;所述粉煤灰等级为Ⅱ级以上,浆水浓度在10%-15%之间。

水泥 100 份;
PC 50份;
碳粉 10 份;
生石灰15 份;
粉煤灰 70 份;
废弃物段烧料 34 份;
硫酸锌 0.2 份

外加剂 30 份;
浆水 100 份;
骨料 85 份;
超缓剂 5.1 份。
上述配方中,矿粉等级为S95级以上;所述粉煤灰等级为Ⅱ级以上,浆水浓度在10%-15%之间。

PC 40份;
碳粉 7 份;
生石灰 13 份;
粉煤灰 60 份;

外加剂 23 份;
浆水 70 份;
骨料 54份;
超缓剂 4 份。
上述配方中,矿粉等级为S95级以上;所述粉煤灰等级为Ⅱ级以上,浆水浓度在10%-15%之间。
