技术领域
本发明涉及有硬板底的、有阀的袋，尤指一种病案真空包装袋。
背景技术
纸质病案的保管目前仍是原始的保管方式，排列放在档案架或密集架上，通过库房的恒温恒湿来保障纸质病案的完整和长久保存，目前真空包装保存技术已开始用于病案保管，已知有两种包装方式：一种是用全封闭式的真空包装机，需要将整个病案袋子放入机器内，所以设备体积大，抽真空时间长，操作不方便。另一种是先通过在袋口用抽气管抽气再封口的一体机，该机器需将一抽气管放入袋子开口部位进行抽气，抽气完成后，再将袋口热封。该类机器体积大，操作不方便，密封效果不好，且真空袋只能一次性使用。另外，抽气管时，会导致病案袋出现折皱，影响抽真空状态。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种病案真空包装袋。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种病案真空包装袋，包括袋体和抽气接头，其特征在于：所述袋体内固定连接有用于容纳病案的病案托，所述病案托横截面呈“”形，其底部设有通孔；所述袋体进口部设有真空拉链；袋体上设有抽气接头，所述抽气接头包括设有抽气口的接头盖、阀芯、弹簧座、弹簧、密封圈和空心接头，所述接头盖与空心接头密封连接，所述空心接头固定于袋体上，所述弹簧座固定于接头盖内，所述阀芯可移动地安装于弹簧座内，弹簧座内还安装有弹簧，所述弹簧套于阀芯将阀芯顶压在接头盖的抽气口上，所述阀芯上安装有与接头盖的抽气口配合的密封圈，所述袋体上还有标示牌，标示牌上有插口。
本发明的有益效果是：抽真空保管纸质病案，更好的防霉防潮防尘防虫，与传统的病案库房的恒温恒湿对比起到了节能减排的作用。使用真空拉链可以轻松的将袋口封闭和打开，使袋体能反复使用，大大提高了使用的便利性和可靠性。相比现有已知技术大大节约了成本。病案托横截面呈“”形，能保证病案在抽真空时不会被折皱损坏，其底部设有通孔能保证抽气时气道通畅。所采用的抽气接头结构简单、防回流效果好，能保证病案真空包装袋的真空度长期稳定。

具体实施方式
参见附图，本发明一种病案真空包装袋，包括袋体1和抽气接头3，其特征在于：所述袋体1内固定连接有用于容纳病案的病案托2，所述病案托2横截面呈“”形，其底部设有通孔21；所述袋体1进口部设有真空拉链5；袋体1上设有抽气接头3，所述抽气接头3包括设有抽气口的接头盖31、阀芯32、弹簧座33、弹簧34、密封圈35和空心接头36，所述接头盖31与空心接头36密封连接，所述空心接头36固定于袋体1上，所述弹簧座33固定于接头盖31内，所述阀芯32可移动地安装于弹簧座33内，弹簧座33内还安装有弹簧34，所述弹簧34套于阀芯32将阀芯32顶压在接头盖31的抽气口上，所述阀芯32上安装有与接头盖31的抽气口配合的密封圈35，所述袋体1上还有标示牌4，标示牌4上有插口。
所述病案托32可使病案在抽真空时不至于变形损坏。其底部的通孔21可使袋内的空气在抽真空时气路通畅。
所述真空拉链5可以是市售的真空双牙拉链、真空压缩袋拉链等。
标示牌4上的插口可插入标示卡。以方便标识病案。
使用时先装将真空拉链5打开，将纸质病案放进病案托32中，再将将真空拉链5闭合，将抽气装置的气嘴插入接头盖31上的抽气口中，气嘴克服弹簧34 推力压下阀芯32，抽气口便被打开，开启抽气装置即可对袋体1抽真空，抽真空接头3和抽气装置连接方便、操作简单；抽气结束后，弹簧34 复位推动阀芯32 重新封闭抽气口，可阻止空气回流，使真空包装袋长期保持真空状态。
