The invention is designed based on two basic principles, one is that the mobile phase is in a relatively closed state, and outside air needs to enter the mobile phase through an air filter head, so that the microbial pollution source is reduced; and secondly, the solvent filter head can be conveniently separated from the mobile phase in the solvent bottle, and when the liquid chromatogram does not work, the solvent filter head is separated from the mobile phase, so that the solvent filter head cannot be polluted even if the mobile phase generates mildews in the placing process, the normal use can be recovered after the mobile phase of the mildews is replaced, and the cross contamination cannot occur.
The reason that the bottle cap structure for preventing the mobile phase mildew is not easy to design by applying the above principle is that if the traditional solvent bottle structure is used for achieving the purpose of separating the solvent filter head from the mobile phase, the solvent filter head needs to be lifted up to be separated from the liquid level of the mobile phase, but the liquid remained in the solvent filter head flows out to cause a larger cavity volume, and after the mobile phase is put into the liquid bottle structure again, a large amount of bubbles enter a mobile phase pipeline, the movement of a one-way valve of a chromatographic pump is seriously influenced, and a liquid chromatographic column is also damaged to a certain extent; secondly, the mobile phase solvent bottle is usually made of glass, and during high-temperature production of the glass bottle, along with the loss and temperature variation of a manufacturing mold, the smoothness and the roundness of the bottle mouth can be varied, so that a certain difference exists between bottle mouths of each batch, the requirement on the design reliability of a sealing structure is high, and the existing liquid chromatography bottle cap structure often causes poor sealing; in addition, the solvent filter head is an important part of the liquid chromatogram, plays a role in preventing granular substances from entering a chromatographic pump and a part behind the pump, and needs to be replaced because the filter head has a certain service life, so that the convenience of replacing the solvent filter head needs to be considered, and the sealing degree of a contact surface of the filter head also needs to be considered; the conventional design thinking of the liquid chromatography solvent filter is that the solvent filter is separated from a bottle cap, and as a mobile phase pipeline needs to penetrate through the bottle cap and the placement depth of the solvent filter needs to be adjusted frequently according to the height of a solvent bottle, the pipeline penetrating port cannot be a sealing structure.
