Abstract
The invention discloses a corner component and a display panel packing box, wherein the corner component comprises a fixing piece, a fixing piece and a plurality of corner fixing pieces, wherein the fixing piece is fixed at the corner of the packing box; the first supporting piece is connected with the fixing piece through a connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the first supporting piece in the first direction is changed under the control of the connecting piece. Through the mode, the invention can simplify the maintenance process and reduce the fragment rate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of display panels, in particular to a corner component and a display panel packing box.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, at present, large-sized ultra-high definition televisions are sought by more and more consumers, and the maximum characteristics of the ultra-high definition television panels are as follows: the distance 101 from the most edge of the flexible connecting material 100 to the edge of the panel is very small, the minimum is only about 10mm, and the number of the flexible connecting materials 100 is large, so that the precision control of the whole inner diameter of the packing box is particularly important when designing the package.
Referring to fig. 2, when the inner diameter of the packing box 200 is normal, the liquid crystal panel 201 is placed in the packing box 200, and the right side of the liquid crystal panel 201 is placed in line with the inner wall of the packing box 200, there is a certain gap 202 between the left side and the packing box 200.
Referring to fig. 3, if the inner diameter is too large, the gap 300 is too large, so that the panel 301 cannot be blocked by the four corner retaining walls, and the panel 301 slides into the circuit board receiving slot, which may result in poor breaking.
Referring to FIG. 4, if the inner diameter is too small, the panel 401 will be clamped by the package 400, the panel 401 will extend beyond the wall of the package 400, and the clamping force will cause the bad fragment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a corner component and a display panel packaging box, which can simplify the maintenance process and reduce the fragment rate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: a corner module for use with a package is provided.
The corner assembly includes: the fixing piece is fixed at the corner of the packing box; the first supporting piece is connected with the fixing piece through a connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the first supporting piece in the first direction is changed under the control of the connecting piece.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts another technical scheme that: a display panel packing case is provided.
This packing box includes: a packaging box housing and a plurality of corner components.
The corner assembly includes: the fixing piece is fixed at the corner of the packing box; the first supporting piece is connected with the fixing piece through a connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the first supporting piece in the first direction is changed under the control of the connecting piece; and the second supporting piece is fixed relative to the fixing piece, and the structure of the second supporting piece is the same as that of the first supporting piece, so that the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the second supporting piece in the second direction is changed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the thickness of the first and second supporting pieces is changed through the connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packing box in the first and second directions is changed to match the length or width of the display panel, so that the display panel is fixed; compared with the prior art that only a plurality of fixing components with selectable fixing depths are arranged, the thickness of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece is changed through the connecting piece, the inner diameter of the packing box can be freely adjusted, the maintenance process is simplified, and the fragment rate is reduced.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a corner module according to a first embodiment of the invention.
The corner module comprises a fixing member 501 and a first support member 502. The fixing piece 501 is fixed at the corner of the packing box; the first supporting member 502 is connected to the fixing member 501 through a connecting member 503, and the inner diameter of the packing box defined by the first supporting member 502 in the first direction is changed under the control of the connecting member 503.
The first supporting member 502 is made of an elastic material and is elastically deformed under the action of an external force; the fixing member 501 is a hard material; the inner diameter of the packing case in the first direction is controlled by varying the thickness of the first support 502.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a corner module according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, a second supporting member 601 and a fixing member 602 are included, the second supporting member 601 and the fixing member 602 are relatively fixed, and the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the second supporting member 601 in the second direction is changed by adopting the same structure as the first supporting member 502.
Optionally, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
Referring to fig. 7-9, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a connecting member of a corner module of the present invention, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of a connecting member of a corner module of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a third embodiment of a corner module of the present invention.
Alternatively, the connector 603 is a screw, as shown in FIG. 7, or a rotating sleeve, as shown in FIG. 8.
The fixing piece 901 is provided with at least one through hole 902, a screw or a rotating sleeve penetrates through the through hole 902 from one side of the fixing piece 901 to the first support part 903 and the second support part 904 on the other side of the fixing piece 901, and the screw or the rotating sleeve is rotated to change the compression stress between the first support part 903 and the fixing piece 901 and further change the thicknesses of the first support part 903 and the second support part 904.
Optionally, the through hole 902 is disposed at the geometric center of the surface of the fixture 901; the number of the through holes 902 is not limited to one, and when a plurality of through holes are provided, the geometric centers of the arrangement of the plurality of through holes coincide with the geometric center of the surface of the fixture 901.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic view illustrating a connecting member control method of a corner module according to the present invention.
By tightening the screw or rotating the sleeve, the compressive stress between the first support member 1001 and the fixing member 1002 is increased, so that the thickness of the first support member 1001 is reduced; by loosening the screw or rotating the sleeve, the compressive stress between the first support member 1001 and the fixing member 1002 is reduced, so that the thickness of the first support member 1001 is increased.
Of course, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, other engineering means may be used to vary the compressive stress between the first support member 1001 and the fixing member 1002, thereby controlling the thickness of the first support member 1001.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a fixing member of a corner module according to the present invention.
The fixing member 1101 includes a first fixing sheet 1103 and a second fixing sheet 1104 which are spaced and parallel to two adjacent sides of the packing case casing 1102, the first supporting member 1105 and the second supporting member 1106 are fixed on one side of the first fixing sheet 1103 and the second fixing sheet 1104 which are opposite to the sides of the packing case casing 1102, and the display panel 1107 is fixed in the packing case casing 1102 by controlling the thickness of the first supporting member 1105 and the second supporting member 1106 so that the first supporting member 1105 and the second supporting member 1106 match with the length or the width of the display panel 1107.
The thickness of the first supporting piece and the thickness of the second supporting piece are changed through the connecting pieces, the inner diameter of the packing box can be freely adjusted, the maintenance process is simplified, and the fragment rate is reduced.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel packaging box according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The display panel packaging box comprises a packaging box shell 1201 and corner components 1202, wherein the number of the corner components 1202 is two, the corner components are arranged at two diagonal corners of the packaging box shell 1201, and buffer members 1203 are arranged at the remaining two corners.
The corner element 1202 is the corner element described in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein, and the buffer member 1203 has a fixed thickness.
Fig. 12 shows only corner members 1202 at two diagonal corners of package housing 1201. as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, corner members 1202 may also be located at two diagonal corners of package housing 1201.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel packaging box according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The display panel packing box comprises a packing box shell 1301 and corner components 1302, wherein the number of the corner components 1302 is two, the corner components are arranged at two corners of the same side of the packing box shell 1301, and buffering parts 1303 are arranged at the rest two corners.
The corner element 1302 is the corner element described in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein, and the buffering element 1303 has a fixed thickness.
Fig. 13 shows only corner elements 1302 located at two same side corners of one side of the container body 1301, and as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, corner elements 1302 may also be located at two same side corners of the other three sides of the container body 1301.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel packaging box according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
The display panel packaging box comprises a packaging box shell 1401 and corner components 1402, wherein the number of the corner components 1402 is three, the corner components are arranged at three diagonal corners of the packaging box shell 1401, and a buffering component 1403 is arranged at the remaining one corner.
The corner element 1402 is the corner element described in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein, and the buffer member 1403 has a constant thickness.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the three sets of corner modules 1402 may be located at any three corners of the package housing 1401.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel packaging box according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The display panel packing box comprises a packing box shell 1501 and corner assemblies 1502, wherein the number of the corner assemblies 1502 is four, and the corner assemblies are arranged at four corners of the packing box shell 1501.
The corner element 1502 is the corner element described in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the thickness of the first and second supporting pieces is changed through the connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packing box in the first and second directions is changed to match the length or width of the display panel, so that the display panel is fixed; compared with the prior art that only a plurality of fixing components with selectable fixing depths are arranged, the thickness of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece is changed through the connecting piece, the inner diameter of the packing box can be freely adjusted, the maintenance process is simplified, and the fragment rate is reduced.

1. A corner module for use with a package, comprising:
the fixing piece is fixed at the corner of the packing box;
the first supporting piece is connected with the fixing piece through a connecting piece, and the inner diameter of the packaging box defined by the first supporting piece in the first direction is changed under the control of the connecting piece;
the first supporting piece is made of elastic material;
the connecting piece is a screw or a rotating sleeve;
the fixing piece is provided with at least one through hole, the screw or the rotating sleeve penetrates through the through hole from one side of the fixing piece to reach the first supporting piece on the other side of the fixing piece, and the screw or the rotating sleeve is rotated to change the extrusion stress between the first supporting piece and the fixing piece so as to change the thickness of the first supporting piece;
the corner assembly comprises a second supporting piece, the second supporting piece and the fixing piece are relatively fixed, and the inner diameter of the packing box defined by the second supporting piece in a second direction is changed by adopting the same structure as the first supporting piece;
the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
2. A display panel packaging case, comprising:
a packaging box housing and a plurality of corner components;
